WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 13:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' military checkpoint which connects Jerusalem,Jericho. Ramallah & Al-Bireh districts and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At dawn on December 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, stormed and searched the home of Ahmad Mohammad Darbas and confiscated a computer and a cellular Telephone then summoned him to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town.
3. At 16:20, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes near Al-Quds University then withdrew at 16:50.
4. At dawn on December 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Shu'ayeb Odah Askar in Hizma town.

Temporary Detention

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned at the west entrance of Al-Eisawiya village temporarily detained 3 children:
Anas Kamal Obaid, Adam Muhannad Obaid, and Ahmed Mohammed Abu Owais as they were returning home from school then released him at a later time.
2. On December 11th 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city sentenced 2 residents: Khaled Ibrahim and Mohammed Thaer Alian {both are residents of Jabal Al-Mukkabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city} to 10 days home detention and imposed a financial penalty of 1000 NIS each for allegedly stoning Israeli forces who were positioned at Al-Shiekh Sa'ed military checkpoint.

Assault on Educational sector

At dawn on December 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Quds University campus in Abu Dis town, stormed and searched several college buildings and the headquarters of the student Union , confiscated surveillance camera footage and damaged several equipment.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on December 11th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a computer and a cellular Telephone from the home Ahmad Mohammad Darbas during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Closure of main Roads

At 19:30, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Hizma town from both directions.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. At 09:40, Israeli Police forces stormed the Dome of the Rock mosque and Al-Aqsa mosque while escorting 30 employees from The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and head of the Israeli Archaeological Authority then withdrew at a later time.
3. At 16:20, Israeli forces forces stormed the Dome of the Rock mosque and Al-Aqsa mosque and prevented several employees from Al-Waqf { Jerusalem Islamic Waqf} from cleaning up rubble located inside the mosque during which they clashed with several residents who opposed the Israeli raid on the mosque thus prevented employees from entering then withdrew at a later time.

Attack

1. At 16:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes near Al-Quds University during their raid into Abu Dis town.
2. At 16:20, Israeli Police forces fired stun canisters towards several employees of Al-Waqf { Jerusalem Islamic Waqf}
as they were protesting denial of entry to the mosque as they stormed The Dome of the Rock mosque.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Ein Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 09:20 and again at 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Rima town then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yabroud village then searched residents and vehicles.
7. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
8. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Surda village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 23:05.
9. At 23:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beitin town then searched residents and vehicles.
10. At 24:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Yabroud village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 16:55, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes near The Palestinian Authorities Ministry of Finance and WAFA news Agency headquarters and as a result injured 6 residents and left 12 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation then detained a resident and confiscated his vehicle.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces raided Ras Kar Kar village.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mansour Shaltaf in Ramallah city.

Attack

1. At 16:15, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 4 residents and assaulted a resident leaving him injured with contusions.
2. At 16:55, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes near The Palestinian Authorities Ministry of Finance and WAFA news Agency headquarters and as a result injured 6 residents and left 12 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation during their raid into Ramallah city.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 4 residents: Maher Mahmoud Ali Al-Tamimi, Mohammad Bassam Al-Tamimi, Taim Fadil Al-Tamimi and Wi'am Eyad Abed Al-Tamimi during clashes near Al-Nabi Saleh village.
2. Israeli forces injured 6 residents {including : Layth Abdel-Rahman Kitana, Hamada Aref and Raed Al-Tamimi during clashes in Ramallah city.

Physical Assault

Israeli forces assaulted and injured Ahmad Shaker Mahmoud Al-Tamimi during clashes near Al-Nabi Saleh village.

Confiscation of Property

At 16:55, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle after they stormed and searched a home in Ramallah city.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 10:35, Israeli forces raided Kafrit village.
2. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Arqat village.
3. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Zabadat village then stormed and searched 2 homes.
4. At dawn on December 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Barta'a village, stormed and searched several homes and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mahdi Jihad Qubha, Eyad Mohammad Daoud Qubha and Riyad Mohammad Daoud Qubha in Barta'a village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:55.

Raid

1. At dawn on December 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city and detained a resident.
2. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Rammin village as they were searching for 3 Israeli settlers who stormed the village then withdrew at 11:25.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Sadqi Jamil Ikbariyat in Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:50, 3 Israeli settlers stormed Rammin village and Al-Harjiya area then withdrew at 12:25.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Sier village then searched residents and vehicles.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 10:40,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of the Israeli Military stormed and mapped residential owned land located in east Jit village.
2. At 18:30, a Israeli settler opened fire towards vehicles travelling along the main road leading to Azzun town after unidentified individuals hurled a Molotov cocktail bomb towards his vehicle.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Yitshar" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
3. At 19:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles.

Assault on Educational sector

On December 11th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Dajjan village and stormed a secondary school, served a military order to the school administration to halt construction on additional classrooms and prevented construction workers from resuming their work.

Settlers Attacks

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers initiated a campaign of incitement towards President Mahmoud Abbas - the head of state of Palestine, where he hung his picture at the entrances of the colonies and the streets of the swamp, with a sniper's insignia and written "Death to the financier of murder and financier of murder."

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 08:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow off traffic until 10:50.

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.

Raid

1. At 12:40, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town and Harris village until 17:25.
2. At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town, stormed and searched a home and summoned Sadq Burhan Yacoub Abu Ali to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 17:25.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 03:15.

Detention

At 17:00, Israeli forces detained Sadq Burhan Yacoub Abu Ali {A resident of Deir Istiya town } as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 09:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Jitflik village,demolished a home {under construction} for allegedly being built with out a licence and detained its owner then withdrew at 13:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Omar Abdel-Karim Rahalat in Al-Jiftlik village.

At 09:20, Israeli forces demolished a home {under construction} owned by Omar Abdel-Karim Rahalat in Al-Jiftlik village for allegedly being built with out a licence.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Um Al-Rakaba area located in Al-Khader town hen searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Waljat village, served a military order to halt construction on the home owned by Fayez Mustafa Abd Rabbo for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. At 20:10, Israeli forces raided Irtas village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 21:30.

At 20:00, Israeli forces detained Omar Khalil Issa Shahin {A resident of Irtas village} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khilat Khadour junction located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a child.
2. At dawn on December 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on December 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Yatta town the stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Salim Al-Rajabi {13 years old} in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Mahmoud Al-Hur in Surif town.

Attack

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Ithna town opened fire towards a resident and as a result killed him.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Hawawir area junction {located at the North entrance of Halhul town} fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning
3. On the evening of December 11th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Assaydat area located in Beit Ummar town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Killings

Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Ithna town opened fire towards and killed Omar Hassan Abdel-Fattah Awad {27 years old}{A resident of Ithna town}.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 31st 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Killings

At 20:30 on December 11th 2018, the child Ahmad Yasser Sabri Abed {4 years and 8 months old}{A resident of Al-Farahin area in Abbasan town} died of serious injuries sustained as Israeli forces opened fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march on December 8th 2018.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
