WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Duqu village, clashed with several residents and assaulted 2 residents as they stormed and searched 12 homes then withdrew at 16:45.
3. At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and clashed with several residents.
4. At dawn on December 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and clashed with several residents and they stormed and searched 2 homes.

Detention

1. On December 11th 2019, Israeli forces detained Zakiya Ali Hussien {a resident of Beit Duqqu town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces detained Saleh Habas Mohammad Ali as he was located near the light rail way in Jerusalem city.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces detained Muntassir Jaber {a resident of Al-Eisawiya village}.

Physical Assault

At 15:20, Israeli forces assaulted 2 residents: Mahmoud Dauod and Waleed Daoud in Beit Duqu village.

Attack

1. At 15:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 12 homes during their raid into Beit Duqqu village.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hizma town.
3.At dawn on December 12th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At 11:45, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town, Qibiya, Shuqba and Budrus villages until 14:55.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 16:40.
3. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home and as a result injured a paramedic and detained a University student then withdrew at 03:40.
4. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes then withdrew at 06:55.
5. At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:00.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Shatha Majed Hassan {a University student} in Ramallah city.
2. Israeli forces detained Malik Al-Louzi in Beituniya town.

Attack

1.At 15:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Bireh city.
2. At 21:55, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents.
3. At 01:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Al-Bireh city and as a result injured a paramedic.
4. At 01:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beit Rima town.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Foad Tamer Daraghma and Ismail Amr during clashes near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city.
2. Israeli forces injured a unidentified paramedic during clashes in Ramallah city.

JENIN

Raid

At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Faqou'a village until 02:20.

At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Tulkarem and Nur Al-Shams camps until 05:50.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Kaddumim" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Jit village junction and detained a resident for allegedly carrying a knife.

Raid

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Izbit Salman village until 15:30.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Izbit Al-Tabib village.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Jit village junction detained Lenna Faysal Bazour {a resident of Raba village in Jenin district}.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 15:35, Israeli forces raided Beita town and Duma village until 16:50.
2. At 16:45, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers as they stormed archaeological sites in the area.
3. At 19:10, Israeli forces raided Yatma village until 22:50.
4. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Qusra town until 02:00.
5. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided the east neighborhood of Nablus city until 02:50.

Settlers Attacks

On December 11th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers chased and assaulted several resiednts who were herding their livestock in east Khirbeit Yanoun located in east Beit Furik town.

SALFIT

Raid

At 10:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town until 15:30.

Detention

On December 10th 2019, Israeli forces detained Kareem Fahed Abdel-Latif Daoud {a resident of Harris village}.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Murajat road {which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:40.

Raid

At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Aqbat Jaber camp in Jericho city , detained a resident then withdrew at 06:25.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Khalil Abu AL-Assal in Aqbat Jaber camp in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At dawn on December 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city and detained 3 children.

Detention

1. On the evening of December 11th 2019, Israeli forces detained Yahya Marwan Yusef {a resident of Bethlehem camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 children: Talal Fayez Talal Al-Dabs {15 years old}, Akram Rami Khalid Malash {16 years old} and Usayed Al-Din Ahmad Abu Sah'irat {17 years old} in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Yatta town until 13:20.
2. At 09:55 and again at 23:55, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained 6 residents then withdrew at 06:10.
3. At dawn on December 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town then stormed and searched 6 homes.
4. At dawn on December 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Dura town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 6 residents: Omar Abdel-Qader Al-Qawasmi, Abdel-Khaleq Al-Natsheh, Mohammed Jamal Al-Natsheh, Issa Al-Jabari, Jawad Bahr Al-Natsheh, and Mazen Al-Natsheh in Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by firing live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 16:30 on December 11th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Beit Hanun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 08:30 on December 11th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 09:00 on December 11th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
3. At 17:50 on December 11th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
