Daily Report December 15, 2018

At dawn on December 15th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 3 residents.

1. At dawn on December 14th 2018, Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Ismail Ibrahim Halabia, Ibrahim Oudin, Sulaiman Halabia and Ashraf Al-Hanash during their raid into Abu Dis town {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces detained Daud Atta Mohammad Riyan in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. At 00:20, Israeli forces detained Rami Salah Thiyab Al-Fakhouri in Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Muhammad Sami Anwar 'Ubaid {14 years old}, Mohammed Musa Abu al-Homs, and Muhammad Ashraf Abu al-Hummus in Al-Eisawiya village.

Since 11:35 on December 13th 2018, Israeli forces continued its closure of "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city {for the 2nd consecutive day} and impeded the free flow of traffic in both directions.

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up 3 Military checkpoints at the entrances of Ein Siniya village, Al-Jalaziun camp and Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 16:00 and again at 24:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops, detained 2 residents , clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident.
2. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents as they stormed the family home of Islam Abu Hamadin{A Palestinian Detainee} consisting of 4 floors and prepared it for demolition, injured 6 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation, temporarily detained 100 residents who attempted to prevent the demolition and took them to Al-Bireh Al-Jadida soccer field then released them at a later time and withdrew at 06:50.

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces detained Tamer Muhanad Khalid Al-Ramahi {A resident of Al-Jalazoun camp} near Al-Jalazoun camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Ramadan Al-Halabi and Ramadan Al-Halabi in Al-Bierh city.

At 01:10, Israeli forces temporarily detained 100 residents who attempted to prevent Israeli forces from demolishing the family home of Islam Abu Hamadin {A Palestinian Detainee} during their raid into Al-Amari camp and took them to Al-Bireh Al-Jadida soccer field then released them at a later time.

1. At 10:25, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Mughier village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents.
2. At 12:20, Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against Israeli confiscation of Palestinian land and settler violence} for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 12:25, Israeli forces positioned in Nil'in village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall} for alleged stoning.
4. At 12:30, positioned in Bil'in village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall} for alleged stoning
5. At 12:30 and again at 17:15, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result killed a residents and injured 3 others {including 2 children}.
6. At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned near Beit Liqya town, Al-Nabi Saleh, Budrous and Kafr Ni'ma villages fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
7. At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 6 residents and left 18 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
8. At 19:10, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Sinjil town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
9. At 24:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Bireh city and as a result injured a resident.
10. At 01:10, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed the family home of Islam Abu Hamadin{A Palestinian Detainee} consisting of 4 floors and prepared it for demolition during their raid into Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city and as a result injured 6 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces killed Mahmoud Yusef Rabah Al-Nakhlat {18 years old}{A resident of Al-Jalazoun camp} during clashes near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp.

1. Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents in Al-Mughier village.
2. Israeli forces injured Mohammad Abu Ayish {a resident of Khirbithat Bani Harith village} during clashes in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village.
3. Israeli forces injured 3 residents: Ayman Ahmed Arqan {15 years old}, Mohammed Mahmoud Hamza Mahrouq {14 years old}, and Yousef Akram Qutb during clashes near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp.
4. Israeli forces injured 6 unidentified residents during clashes near North the entrance of Al-Bireh city.
5. Israeli forces injured Omar Al-Qatri during clashes in Al-Bireh city.
6. Israeli forces injured 6 residents{of those identified are}: Malik Mohammad Issa Ma'ala and Jallal Musa Al-Shu'ani during clashes in Al-Amari camp located in Al-Bireh city.

At 01:10, Israeli forces demolished the family home of Islam Abu Hamadin{A Palestinian Detainee} consisting of 4 floors during their raid into Al-Amari camp located in Al-Bireh city.

On December 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Beitin town located near of "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city opened fire towards a Palestine Red Crescent Society Ambulance as it was on duty carrying a patient from Deir Dibwan town and as a result caused the ambulance to redirect to another road.

At 12:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Quffin town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 17:25.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and clashed with several residents as they stormed Palestine Poly technical College {Al-Khoudary College}

1. At 15:15, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Quffin town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Quffin town.
3. At 16:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Tulkarem city.

1. At 14:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up 6 checkpoints at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city and the entrances of Azzun town, Immatin, Izbit Al-Tabib, Kafr Laqif and Al-Nabi Eliyas villages then searched residents and vehicles.

At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 13:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jama'in town then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.

1 . At 14:50, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 8 residents {including 2 children}.
2 . At 14:45, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 9 residents.
3 . At 16:05, Israeli forces positioned near Beita town junction fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4 . At 16:15, Israeli forces positioned in the east area of Orif village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
5. At 19:20, Israeli forces positioned near Salem village junction fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

1. Israeli forces injured 8 residents{including}: Eyad Kamal Aweis {16 years old}, Abdallah Samir Mohammad Awies {16 years old} and Yazan Abdel-Hakim Daraghma during clashes near the entrance of Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village.
2. Israeli forces injured 9 unidentified residents during clashes near Huwara military checkpoint.

At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town.

At 12:45, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Salfit city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 21:25, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Container military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 22:40.

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Marah Rabah village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 14:05, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Teqou' town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town and summoned Mohammad Jamil Ayed Masalmat to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.

1. On the evening of December 14th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Shadi Bassam Al-Jamal and Hamza Bassam Al-Jamal in the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces detained Loai Mohammad Ramadan Ghayth in Hebron city.

1. At 12:55, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 14:15, Israeli forces positioned in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents {including a journalist}.
3. At 15:15, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned near Hahul town bridge fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Israeli forces injured 3 residents including: Mus'ab Shawar {A journalist} during clashes in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 14:30 on December 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 9 residents and left 13 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 14:30 on December 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 16 residents and left 16 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 14:30 on December 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 24 residents and left 33 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 14:30 on December 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 10 residents and left 15 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 14:30 on December 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 4 residents and left 6 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
