WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 13:25, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
2. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained 2 residents.
3. At dawn on December 18th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp then stormed and searched 2 homes.

Detention

1. On the evening of December 17th 2018, Israeli forces detained the child Imad Abdel-Halim Sader { Ar resident of the old city of Jerusalem}.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces detained Kamal Al-Kiyali {A resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city}.
3. At 16:20, Israeli forces positioned near "Giva' Binyamin" settlement located near Jaba' village detained Rabi' Zidan Mut'ab Snoubar {A resident of Yitma town in Nablus district}.
4. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Sadeq Al-Khatib and Salah Al-Din Shalbi Askar in Hizma town.

Temporary Detention

At 14:50, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders to place 11 residents: Jihad Qus, Louay Nasser Aldin, Ahmed Jaber, Rawhi Kulghasi, Khader Al Ajlouni, Murad Mask, Mohammed Hashlamoun, Hamza Muhlas, Mohammed Ashour, Mohammad Ghanem and Murad Ghazi under house arrest in their place of residents in Jerusalem city until December 21st 2018 and imposed fines amounting to 1500 NIS each as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Deportation

On December 17th 2018, Israeli authorities issued a expulsion order for Jihad Ghazawi {A resident of Jerusalem city} banning him from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 15 days as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Eisawiya village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

Since 11:35 on December 13th 2018, Israeli forces continued its closure of "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city {for the 5th consecutive day} and prevented residents and vehicles from crossing the checkpoint in both directions.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ramallah and Ein Qinya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {along Al-Mu'arajat road which connects Ramallah & Al-Bireh with Jericho} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city until 14:15.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city and Surda village.
3. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Rihan area then stormed and searched several homes.
4. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town until 05:20.
5. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town , detained a resident then withdrew at 05:20.
6. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Ramallah and Al-Bireh city, detained a resident in Ramallah city then withdrew at 03:50.
7. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town, detained a resident, stormed and searched the family home of Mihran Al-Zir {A Palestinian Detainee} and confiscated 500 JD.
8. At dawn on December 18th 2018, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Yassir Yusef Aqel in Beit Rimma town.
2. Israeli forces detained Ayat Sa'ed Dahahna in Ramallah city.
3. Israeli forces detained Eyad Dar Assi in Beit Liqya town.
4. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Sami Hamad in Silwad town.

Attack

At 13:05, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Pesgout " settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Confiscation of Property

At 05:00, Israeli forces confiscated 500 JD after storming and searching d the family home of Mihran Al-Zir {A Palestinian Detainee} during their raid into Beit Liqya town.

House Demolition

On the evening of December 14th 2018, Israeli forces and several Israeli settler from "Bet El" demolished a home {which is abandoned} located near the settlement east of Al-Jalazoun camp.

Settlers Attacks

At 20:20, Israeli settlers from "Bet El" settlement stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road leading to Al-Jalazoun camp.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and detained 2 residents.
2. At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Jenin and its camps,Bruqin and Jaba towns , Markat and Sannour village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes in Jenin camp then detained 6 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents:Ali Abdel-Rahman Ba'jawi and Mustafa Iz Al-Din Al-Kilani in Ya'bad town.
2. Israeli forces detained 7 residents: Nizar Amjad Abu al-Haija {A resident of Jenin refugee camp}, Jum'a Abu Khalifeh, {A resident of Jenin refugee camp}, Mohammed al-Sa'di Abu Shafi {A resident of Jenin refugee camp}, Nasr Abdel Karim Alawneh {A resident of Jab'a village}, Mohammed Musa {A resident of Marqa village} and Hamam Ziad Gharbia {A resident of Sannur village} during their raids into Jenin and its camps,Bruqin and Jaba towns , Markat and Sannour village,.

At 04:20, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin camp..

TUBAS

Raid

At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Kashadat area located near Tubas city..

TULKAREM

Raid

At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Shweikat neighborhood in Tulkarem city, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident then withdrew at 17:15.

Attack

At 10:40, Israeli forces rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Shweikat neighborhood in Tulkarem city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Muhanad Hamdan Qassim during clashes in Shweikat neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Immatin village.
2. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Far'ata village until 03:45.
3. At 06:15, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village, stormed and searched several homes then detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdelat Abdel-Mahdi Ali in Kafr Qaddum village.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Tel village.
2. At 07:30, Israeli forces raided Beita town.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 19:40, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the entrance of Burqa village and removed several Palestinian flags.
2. At 03:10, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Nablus city to enter Joseph's Tomb then proceeded to curse at and slander Palestinian Police officers guarding the Tomb then withdrew at a later time.

SALFIT

Raid

1. At 13:35, Israeli forces raided Bruqin and Kafr Al-Dik towns until 17:35.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed the temples of Al-Kifl, Yoshah ibn Nun and Thi al-Nun, and led the Talmudic rituals then withdrew at 04:45.

Settlers Attacks

At 05:20, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Yasuf village, slashed the tires of 8 vehicles owned by Ahmed Yassin, Nazmi Yassin, Mohammed Hamouda, Mujahid Atiani, Samer Yassin, Samir Yassin, Atiyani Atiyani, and Osama Yassin then spray-painted racist and anti arab graffiti onto the outer walls of a home and mosque.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem disrtict} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:25, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem and Beit Sahour cities until 00:50.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Ubidiya town until 00:50.
3. At 20:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, detained 2 children then withdrew at 00:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 children: Mohammad Nasseem Subieh {17 years old} and Hadi Ithab Salah {17 years old} in Al-Khader town.

Attack

1. At 16:20, Israeli forces positioned at the west entrance of Teqou' town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. On the evening of December 17th 2018, Israeli forces positioned in Um Al-Rakaba area located in Al-Khader town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

1. On the evening of December 17th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Deir Mar Saba area located in Al-Ubidiya town and performed Talmudic rituals.
2. On the evening of December 17th 2018, a Israeli settlers driving his vehicle near Al-Minat village junction ran over Mohammad Mahmoud Oda Ghazzal {A resident of Kisan village} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Sahab junction in the old city of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town until 05:50.
2. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city the stormed and searched a home.
3. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Ithna town until 02:30.
4. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on December 18th 2018, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and detained 2 residents.
6. At dawn on December 18th 2018, Israeli forces raided Yatta town, detained 2 residents as they served a military order for the demolition of the family home of Khalil Yusef Al-Jabarin {A Palestinian Detainee}.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Abu Bassil in Al-Arrub camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Abu Jahishat and Loai Attallah Abu Jihishat in Ithna town.
3. Israeli forces detained Moath Fadil Abu Hassan and Ra'fat Fadil Abu Hassan in Yatta town.

Attack

At 19:20 and 23:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arrub camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several homes for alleged stoning from the area.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza district and as a result injured 9 residents and left 13 suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 14:30 on December 17th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in North West Beit Lahiya town during the march of return and as a result injured 9 residents and left 13 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:30 on December 17th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards approximately 20 Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town then released them at 17:00.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 9 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in North West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:30 on December 17th 2018, Israeli naval forces confiscated a fishing boat off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
