WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on December 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.

Detention

1.At dawn on December 18th 2019, Israeli forces detained the child Mahmoud Issam Abu Nab {17 years old} in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli force detained Ahmad Abu Rumi in Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Ofra" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 10:15 and again at 04:00, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town, temporarily detained a resident then released him at a later time and detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:05.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 03:20.
3. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Kobar town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:25.
4. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Abu Shikhidium village, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:55.
5. At dawn on December 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Yabroud village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Atara town bridge detained Izaldin Mansour Abu Odwan {a resident of Qalqiliya city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Omar Mahmoud Abdel-Latif and Mohammad Mahmoud Abdel-Latif in Beituniya town.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Yusef Munthir Aliyan, Musa Issa Sharakat and Jihad Abu Sabieh in Al-Jalazoun camp.
4. Israeli forces detained Ala Ali Faraj Al-Barghouthi in Kobar town.
5. Israeli forces detained Kamal Faysal Qindah in Abu Shikhiudum village.
6.Israeli forces detained Soliman Qatash {14 years old} in Yabroud village.

Temporary Detention

At 10:15, Israeli forces temporarily detained Ahmad Odah Al-Nadi during their raid into Beituniya town then released him at a later time.

Attack

1. At 01:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces positioned at Bir Ziet University junction fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they pass ed through the area during their raid into Kobar town and Abu Shikhiudum village.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on December 19th 2019,Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp then detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Nidal Ribhi Al-Shalabi {A resident of Jenin Camp}, Walid Jamal Muhammad Hassan {A resident of Jenin Camp}, and Muhammad Jalamneh {A resident of Jenin city}.

TUBAS

Raid

On the evening of December 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Bayda village located in the North Jordan valley then stormed and searched several homes.

Assaults on Property

On December 18th 2019, Israeli forces prevented several farmers from entering agricultural land located in Um Al-Jamal area in the North Jordan valley and threatened to confiscate any agricultural tractor located in the area.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:20,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Enav military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:20.

Raid

At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Allar town, stormed searched 3 homes the withdrew at 04:10.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 01:00.

Attack

1. At 16:00,Israeli forces positioned at Jaljuliya military checkpoint located in south east Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 22:45,Israeli forces fired , stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Qabalan town and Yitma village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 16:45, Israeli forces detained Ma'moun Fayez Nasr Ayanat {a resident of Nablus city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.

SALFIT

Raid

At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Harris village, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Jameel Zaher Jameel Daoud in Harris village.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:05, Israeli forces setup a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Oja village then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1.At 17:40,, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Khadir town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Raid

At dawn on December 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and summoned Mohammad Khalid Ta'amra to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron then searched resiednts and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town, detained a University student then withdrew at 03:30.
2. At dawn on December 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Salem Atwani {a University student} in Beit Kahil town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 18:20 on December 18th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 06:00 on December 19th 2019,,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Beit Hanun town.

Palestinian Attacks

At 02:30 on December 19th 2019,Palestinian Gunmen launched 1 projectile towards the Green Line.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Air Strike

1.At 05:00 on December 19th 2019,Israeli military aircraft's launched 3 missiles towards Palestinian gunmen sites in north west Gaza city.
2. At 05:10 on December 19th 2019,Israeli military aircraft's launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian gunmen sites in north west Gaza city.
3.At 05:15 on December 19th 2019,Israeli military aircraft's launched 5 missiles towards Palestinian gunmen sites in north west Gaza city and as a result damaged a home.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:00 on December 18th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
