WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 04:00 on December 19th 2018 and again at dawn n December 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hizma town,detained a resident and temporarily detained Kifah Salah Al-Din then released her at a later time.
2. At dawn on December 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. On December 19th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Ibrahim Affanat and Mohammad Ghalib Ayed {Both residents of Abu Dis town}.
2. Israeli forces detained Nadim Abdel-Hamid in Hizma town.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ahmad Abu Irmalah, Ra'fat Tarik Al-Eisawi and Fadi Al-Eisawi in Al-Eisawiya village.

Temporary Detention

At dawn on December 20th 2018, Israeli forces temporarily detained Kifah Salah Al-Din during their raid into Hizma town then released her at a later time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

At 03:00, Israeli settlers stormed Beit Hanina town, slashed the tires of approximately 40 vehicles owned by Awad, Al-Gharbali and Bruqan families {who homes are located near "Pesgat Za'iv" settlement} and spray painted anti arab and racist slogans on the outer walls of several homes.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

Since 11:35 on December 13th 2018, Israeli forces continued its closure of "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city {for the 6th consecutive day} and prevented residents and vehicles from crossing the checkpoint in both directions.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town until 13:20.
2. At 05:25, Israeli forces raided Kobar town and detained 4 residents {including a child}.

Detention

1. At 04:35 on December 19th 2018, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ibrahim Qindah during their raid into Abu Shikhiudum village.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Wathiq Abdul Karim Abu Haj, Omar Jalal Dar Yusuf, Omar Mohammed Asfour {15 years}, and Amjad Mahmoud Bakr Amriya during their raid into Kobar town.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 12:35, Israeli forces raided Bi'r Al-Basha and Al-Hafriyat villages.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Jenin city.
3. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Kafriet and Nazlat Zied villages.
4. At 19:40, Israeli forces raided Zibadat village.

TUBAS

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Tubas city, stormed a home and summoned Samih Soliman Ibshirat to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning then withdrew at 03:30.

Detention

At 16:30, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Al-Zaghir Ahmad Aliyan Awad and Ali Mohammad Aliyan Awad as they were herding their goats in Ein Al-Hilwa area.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Jabarat village until 11:20.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Zieta town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Sinayriya village until 05:00.
2. At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 10:10,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furiq military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Bithan and Tel villages until 01:30.

Detention

At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned at Huwwara military checkpoint detained Mohammad Ammar Nassar {A resident of Madma village}.

Settlers Attacks

On December 19th 2018, an armed Israeli settler stormed the Al-Kharoub area of ​​the village of Asira al-Qibliya, located near the settlement of Yitzhar pointed his pistol towards and threatened to fire at a Palestinian TV news crew and near the Colonization and wall resistance committee during the filming a set piece about land that was recently razed by Israeli settlers.

At 09:40, Israeli forces positioned near "Nikkodim" settlement located in east Teqou' town detained 2 residents: Musa Hussien Tanouh and Murad Musa Hussien Tanouh as they were farming agricultural land near the settlement and confiscated farming equipment because of alleged stoning from the area.

Confiscation of Property

At 09:40, Israeli forces confiscated farming equipment owned by Musa Hussien Tanouh after detaining him and his son near "Nikkodim" settlement located in east Teqou' town.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of December 19th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Khimar area located in North West Beitar village and leveled a plot of land and paved a 1 km long road in order to establish a settlement outpost in the area during which local residents were able to prevent them from continuing.

HEBRON

Raid

At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, Yatta and Al-Samou' towns.

Attack

On December 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Fuwar camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children for alleged stoning

Settlers Attacks

At 12:20, a group of Israeli settlers positioned in Khrobat area located in east Yatta town assaulted several members of Al-Ruba'i family as they attempted to confiscate their agricultural land.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding North Gaza and Central Gaza district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 07:30 on December 19th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50m into the vicinity of east Beit Hanoun town and leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.

Attack

At 07:30 on December 19th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town .

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 16:45 on December 19th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 100 m into the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp and leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 17:30.

Attack

At 08:30 on December 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:00 on December 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
