DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00,19th December 2019 – 08:00, 20th December 2019
1. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Bir Nabala bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Hizma and Anata towns then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city, clashed with several residents then detained a resident.
2. On December 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and summoned Mohammad Abu Rayala to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
Israeli forces detained Salah Habis Mohammad Ali in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
1. At 11:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
2. On the evening of December 19th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.
At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

At 18:50,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Enav military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:55
At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Hablat town and Ras Atiya village.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
At 16:00,Israeli forces positioned at Jaljuliya military checkpoint located in south east Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
At 02:00, a group of Israeli settlers from "Givat Gilad" settlement outpost located in Far'ata town set fire to 2 vehicles owned by Saher Abdel-Saaleem and Thaer Raed Abdel-Rahem and spray painted racist graffiti on the torched vehicles.
At 21:00,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Awrta military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 22:00.
At dawn on December 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, stormed and searched a home then took measurements of a home owned by the family of Amjad Alawi {a Palestinian Detainee} which was demolished at an earlier time.
At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.
At 18:00, Israeli forces closed the steel entrance gate in Kafil Harris town and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.
At 10:30, Israeli forces demolished a room and a concrete wall owned by Haytham Omar Yusef {a resident of Al-Duhishat camp} located near Al-Karistas hospital in Bethlehem city for allegedly being built with out a license because of its location in area C {which is under Israeli military and administrative control}.
1. At 18:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Kisan village located in south Teqou' town unleashed attack dogs towards Atallah Ibrahim Obiyat as he was herding his goats in the area and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions and scratches.
2. On December 19th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Sede Bo'az" settlement outpost located in Al-Khader town chopped off the limbs of approximately 300 Olive trees owned by Hisham Al-Barmeel.
Atallah Ibrahim Ibiyat was hospitalized with contusions and scratches after Israeli settlers unleashed several attack dogs towards him as he was herding his goats in Kisan village located in south Teqou' town.
At 14:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:30.
1. At 14:50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya town and clashed with several residents.
1. At 10:55, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arrub camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Tarqumiya town.
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by launching tank artillery shells, opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
•Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 8 missiles {during 3 consecutive airstrikes} towards North Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching projectiles towards the Green Line.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 07:30 on December 19th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
At 22:30 on December 19th 2019, ,Israeli military aircraft's launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian gunmen sites in north west Beit Lahiya town.
At 16:00 on December 19th 2019, Israeli forces detained 3 unidentified residents in North Beit Lahiya town as they attempted to climb the border fence in to Israel.
At 19:50 on December 19th 2019,Palestinian Gunmen launched 1 projectile towards the Green Line.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 19:35 on December 19th 2019, ,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards open area's in east Deir Al-Balah city.
At 09:45 on December 19th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several resiednts in east Al-Qarara town located in north east Khan Yunis city.
At 22:45 on December 19th 2019,Israeli military aircraft's launched 4 missiles towards Palestinian gunmen sites in west Khan Yunis city.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
At 23:00 on December 19th 2019,Israeli military aircraft's launched 2 missiles towards open area's located in east Rafah city.
