JERUSALEM

Attack

At 17:40, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jabal area junction in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

Since 11:35 on December 13th 2018, Israeli forces continued its closure of "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city {for the 10th consecutive day} and prevented residents and vehicles from crossing the checkpoint in both directions.

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 16:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Jinayat village.
2. At 04:$0, Israeli forces raided Abu Qash village, stormed and searched a cars sales lot owned by Mohammad Farid Abu Shikhiudum then withdrew at 06:00.

Attack

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against land confiscation and settler violence} for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned in Ni'lin town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned in Bil'in village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the construction of the wall and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
4. At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Detention

At dawn on December 22nd 2018, Israeli forces positioned along bypass road near Al-Jamalat military crossing point in North Jenin city detained Mujahid Khalid Al-Mahdi {A resident of Jenin camp}.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 14:15, Israeli forces raided Quffin town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 14:50.

Attack

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Quffin town.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate located in Shweika neighborhood in Tulkarem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate located in Quffin town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:40, a group of Israeli settlers from "Avnei Hefetz" settlement herded their goats on agricultural land located in Kafr Al-Labbad town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:30.

Attack

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result injured 4 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

2. At 15:50, Israeli forces positioned at "Ayal" crossing point located in North Qaliliya city stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 residents {including} Nidal Ishtaya {A journalist} during clashes the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military}.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 12:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Sabastiya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Bazariya village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 15:30.

Raid

At 07:25 on December 21st 2018, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Hatab village and took photograph's of a flour mill and several old buildings.

Settlers Attacks

At 16:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of the Israeli Military stormed east area of Orif village during which Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack and as a result injured a residents and left 5 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near Beita town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents, temporarily detained 3 residents {including 2 children} then released them at a later time.
2. At 15:10, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Qantaraiya area located near Kafr Qalil village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned at the east area of Orif village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack and as a result injured a residents and left 5 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during clashes in Beita town.
2. Israeli forces injured a unidentified residents during clashes in the east area of Orif village.

Temporary Detention

At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near Beita town , temporarily detained 3 residents {including 2 children}: Ramiz Hassan Qawariq {15 years old}, Bader Salah Dweikat {15 years old} and Mukid Jarah Majed Al-Adeli then released them at a later time.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 01:20, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained 2 residents: Billal Jafar Hassan and Sameh Judat Abdel-Majid Hassan {both are residents of Qusra village in Nablus district}.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Container Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 17:20.

Raid

At 12:40, Israeli forces raided Husan village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:50, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at Beit Einoun village junction and at the entrance of Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem} then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 20:55, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arrub camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several homes near the entrance of the camp after unidentified individualizes hurled a Moltov cocktail towards a Israeli Military watch tower located at the camp entrance.

Confiscation of Property

At 12:00, Israeli forces confiscated 1800 NIS from the home of Hazim Abu Rajab after storming and searching his home in the old city of Hebron.

Closure of main Roads

On December 21st 2018, Israeli forces closed Bir Al-Saba' road which connects Hebron city with Karamat village and impeded the free flow of traffic.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result killed 5 residents {including 2 residents who died of serious injuries sustained during clashes in May 14th 2018}, injured 40 residents {including 2 journalists}and left 68 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Rafah district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 09:00 on December 21st 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 14:00 on December 21st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 5 residents and left 10 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 5 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 14:00 on December 21st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result killed 2 residents {including a child}, injured 15 residents {including a Journalist} and left 36 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed 2 residents: Mohammad Mu'in Khlil Jahjouh {16 years old}{A resident of Al-Shata' camp in Gaza city} and Abdel-Azziz Abu Shrariyat {28 years old}{A resident of Gaza city} during clashes in east Gaza city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 15 unidentified residents {including Ahmad Hani Abdel-Azziz Hamad - a journalist} after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 09:00 on December 21st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 14:00 on December 21st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result killed 2 residents {including 1 resident who died of serious injuries sustained during clashes in May 14th 2018} injured 8 residents {including a journalist} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed 2 residents: Ayman Mohammad Shabir {18 years old}{a resident of Deir Al-Balah city} and Maher Attiya Mohammad Yassin {40 years old}{A special needs patient}{A resident of Al-Nussirat camp} after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 8 unidentified residents {including Sami Jamal Talib Masran- a journalist} after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 14:00 on December 21st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 9 residents and left 8 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 15:00 on December 21st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents who attempted to climb the border fence from East Abbassan town into Israel during which they were able to escape inside the Gaza strip.

Killings

At 21:00 on December 21st 2018, Ashraf Mohammad Hamad Radwan {36 years old} who died of serious injuries sustained during clashes in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march in May 14th 2018}.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 9 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

1. At 14:00 on December 21st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as 3 result injured a residents an left 14 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:30 on December 21st 2018,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.

Injuries
