WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At dawn on December 25th 2018 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city, detained 7 residents {including a child}
2. On December 25th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, served a military order for the demolition of a home and took photograph's of several homes {under constructions} for allegedly being built with out licences and installed surveillance cameras at the west entrance of the village.
3. At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At dawn ob December 25th 2018, Israeli forces detained the child Omar Saleh Abu Daheem {17 years old} in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At dawn on December 26th 2018, Israeli forces detained 3 residents {including 2 children}: Ahmad Eyad Al-Rajabi {13 years old}, Hamza Zuhier Al-Rajabi {16 years old} and Yusef Maher Al-Rajabi after storming and searching their homes in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained 7 residents: Muhammad Muza {16 years old}{A resident of Beit Liqya town in Ramallah & Al- Bireh district}, Omar Salim alqam, Ahmad Shaher 'Alqam, Mohammed' Aqqam, Mahmoud 'Ali Alqam, Mahmoud Ashraf' Alqam and Ashraf Alqam {All are residents of Shu'fat camp} during their raid into Shu'fat camp.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Khalid Mahmoud Mutier and Ahmad Mohammad Husni Mutier in Qalandiya camp.

Attack

1. At 21:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

Since 11:35 on December 13th 2018, Israeli forces continued its closure of "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city {for the 14th consecutive day} and prevented residents and vehicles from crossing the checkpoint in both directions.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:35 and again at 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:20, Israeli force set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction and assaulted a resident and his wife and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.
3. At 12:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 07:30 on December 25th 2018, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 10:500, Israeli forces raided Ein Yabroud village, clashed with several residents then detained a resident.
3. At 22:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city until 00:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Yahya Issa Muslih in Ein Yabroud village.

Physical Assault

At 12:20, Israeli forces assaulted Mohammad Ibrahim Othman Ziyadat and his wife at a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.

Attack

At 10:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Yabroud village.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on December 26th 2018, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, Bruqin and Al-Silah Al-Harthiya towns, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammed Ahmed Jaradat {A resident of Jenin city}, Mohammed Qabalawi {A resident of Burqin town}, and Hassan Mustafa Jaradat {A resident of the town of Silat al-Harthiya}.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 17:35, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Al-Nabi Eliyas village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 12:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Azzu town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Samed Abu Haniya and Ali Abdel-Hafith Adwan in Azzun town.

At 01:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Azzun town.

Land Levelling

On December 25th 2018, Israeli forces leveled approximately 70 dunums of land owned by Mohammad Ibrahim Suwan and Rashid Hussien Suwan located in Za'ra Abu Qarsh and Deir Qatish area's located in Immatin villages which are located near "Immanual" settlement

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Madma village bridge and detained a resident.

Raid

At 01:555, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Balata camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 05:15.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at flying checkpoint near Madma village bridge detained Ahmad Mustafa Ahmad Abdel-Latif {A resident of Assira Al-Qibliya village}
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Hassan Nafez Sa'id Araisha {A resident of Balata camp}, Basim Hassan Marshoud {A resident of of Balata camp}, and Ahmed Yousef Abu Eisha {A resident of Nablus city} during their raid into Balata camp .

Attack

At 01:55, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Balata camp in Nablus city.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of December 25th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the entrance of Burqat village stoned residents and vehicles and as a result smashed the windshields of several vehicles and then proceeded to stone several shops in the area and chopped of the limbs of several trees near the village entrance.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 15:25,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Za'tara" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 15:45.

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Detention

On December 25th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Anwar Mohammad Niyzi Awad {A resident of Awrta village in Nablus district} as he was returning from Jordan.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1.At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.

Settlers Attacks

At 17:00, a Israeli settlers vehicle traveling along the main road in Al-Waljat village ran over Dalia Omar Mahmoud Hamdan {19 years old} and as a result left her hospitalized with contusions.

Injuries

Dalia Omar Mahmoud Hamdan {19 years old} was hospitalized with contusions after a Israeli settlers vehicle traveling along the main road in Al-Waljat village ran her over .

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Hawawir area {located at the entrance of Halhul town} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Halhul town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Abu Al-Assjat village junction and detained a resident.

Raid

1.On the evening of December 25th 2018, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Surat, Al-Rakiz and Al-Tuwani villages located near "Mogon" settlement which is in south east of Yatta town then stormed and searched several and forcibly removed several farmers from their agricultural land then confiscated a agricultural tractor.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Surif town then stormed and searched a home.
4. At dawn on December 26th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrun camp then stormed and searched 5 homes.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at Abu Al-Asjat village junction detained Hafith Mohammad Hassan Al-Fasfous {A resident of Dura town}.

Confiscation of Property

On December 25th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a agricultural tractor owned by Issa Yunis Abu Arram and forced several farmers off their agricultural land during their raid into Khirbeit Surat, Al-Rakiz and Al-Tuwani villages located near "Mogon" settlement which is in south east of Yatta town.

Settlers Attacks

1. On December 25th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers from "Beit Beitar" settlement located in south east Yatta town uprooted 200 Olive trees owned by Barakat Mohammad Mar.
2. On December 25th 2018, Israeli settlers from "Susiya" settlement located in south east Yatta town ploughed approximately 12 dunums of land owned by Al-Nawaj'at family.
3. On December 25th 2018, Israeli settlers stormed Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood on the old city of Hebron installed several tents in the area in an attempt to confiscate the land and add it to "Ramat Yasha" settlement.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding North Gaza district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza,Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 09:00 on December 25th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50m into the vicinity of North west Beit Lahiya town then opened fire as they leveled a plot of land and withdrew at 14:30.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 16:00 on December 25th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 11:00 on December 25th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

1. At 12:00 on December 25th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city, damaged a fishing boat and confiscated another fishing boat.
2. At 13:20 on December 25th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Rafah city.

Confiscation of Property

At 12:00 on December 25th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels confiscated a fishing boat off the shores of Rafah city.

Destruction of Property
