JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces detained Soliman Al-Sayad {A resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem district}.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abu Farha {A resident of Jerusalem city}.

Temporary Detention

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained Anwar Awad {A resident of Beit Hanina town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a summon he received after Israeli forces stormed and searched his home, then released him at a later time.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned at Hizma military checkpoint temporarily detained Mahmoud Al-Shiekh {A resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city} then released him at a later time.

Deportation

1. On December 2nd 2018, Israeli courts in Jerusalem city issued a order preventing Adnan Ghayth {The Palestinian Authorities Governor of Jerusalem district}from entering the West Bank districts for a period of 14 days, placing him under home detention for a period of 3 days as well as fining him 500 NIS as a condition for his release after he was detained more than a week ago.
2. On December 2nd 2018, Israeli Authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued orders to expel 9 residents: for 14 days from the West Bank governorates in addition to payment of a financial guarantee as a condition for releasing them after they were arrested earlier: Alaa Abu Al Hawa, Amer Awad, Fadi Mahmoud, Hussam Abu Sneineh, Khalil Bashir, Mohammed Al Qaq, Ahmed Mustafa, Iyad Hadra, and Hatem Mahlous. They are: Adnan Ghaith (Governor of Jerusalem), Alaa Abu Al Hawa, Amer Awad, Fadi Mahmoud, Hossam Abu Sneineh, Khalil Basheer, Mohammed Al Qaq, Ahmed Mustafa, Eyad Hadra and Hatem Al Mahlous.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 12:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrances of Silwad town {located near "Ofra" settlement}, Deir Abu Mash'al and Shuqba villages then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge, detained 2 residents and confiscated a vehicle.
3. At 17:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village and impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the steel gate entrance then reopened it at 20:15.
4. At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 22:05, Israeli forces raided Deir Ibzi' village until 01:20.
2. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained a residents and served a military order for the demolition of a home owned by the familiy of Islam Abu Hamid {A Palestinian Detainee} then withdrew at 04:00.
3. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Jifna village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near Atara town bridge detained 2 residents: Ahmad Nabih Sanif {A resident of Qarwat Babi Zied village} and Muntasir Waleed Abdel-Jalil Ahmad .
2. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Salam Abed Badar in Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city.
3. Israeli forecs detained Othman Tahseen Zied in Jifna village.

Attack

At 02:25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Al-Amary camp in Al-Bireh city.

Confiscation of Property

At 16:50, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Atarah town bridge confiscated a vehicle owned by Muntasir Waleed Abdel-Jaleel Ahmad after detaining him.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Shuhada village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 14:30.
2. At 04:15, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp then detained a residents after storming and searching his home in the city.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Bassam Al-Arrabi in Jenin city.

Attack

At 14:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Shuhada village.

Raid

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Bardala village, confiscated a tractor, took photographs of a agricultural den owned by Khalid Rushdi Sawafta.
2. At 12:50, Israeli forces raided Attouf village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:25, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:00.

1. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Tulkarem camp then detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Attil town and detained a resident.

1. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Soliman Ahmad Souji {A resident of Tulkarem camp} and Hani Banan Mohammad Suwan {A resident of Tulkarem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Layth Affif Al-Attili in Attil town.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 13:20, Israeli forces closed Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic after redirecting traffic towards Awarta village junction until reopening it at 14:30.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:45 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Osarin village and prevented resiednts from entering or exiting until 12:05.
2. At 09:45 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 18:45, Israeli forces raided Yassid village until 19:05.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 07:35.

Attack

1. At 10:55, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {who were protesting agianst the Israeli occupations measures in Jerusalem city} for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nablus city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Mohammad Khalid Abu Zaytoun {17 years old}{A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city} during clashes near Huwara military checkpoint.

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village, stormed and searched several homes, confiscated 50000 NIS and gold jewelry from the home of Mahmoud Hussien Nuwarat then withdrew at 03:40.

At 02:00, Israeli forces confiscated 50000 NIS and gold jewelry from the home of Mahmoud Hussien Nuwarat during their raid into Fasayil village.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and detained 5 residents.
2. At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Husan village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Dawood Mohammed Salah, Ahmed Ibrahim Ghaneim, Thaer Riad Salah, Osama Saladin Salah, and Mohamed Fawaz Salah in Al-Khader town.

1. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At dawn on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained 2 children.
3. At dawn on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located in the area between Al-Thahriya town and Al-Ramaddin village detained Odeh Mohammad Al-Haroub.
2. Israeli forces detained Qusay Wassim Nayef Al-Badawi {14 years old} and Munjid Ahmad Al-Badawi in Al-Arrub camp.

At 15:25, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arrub camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

At 19:45, a Israeli settler stormed Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron and assaulted Bassam Abu Aisha and his family.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 31st 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza, Gaza and Rafah districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on December 2nd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 08:50 on December 2nd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 08:35, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.
2. At 06:55 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

At 16:00 on December 2nd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
