JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Duqu village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained 4 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Jaber Ahmad Salah al-Din, Assem Nasif Saeed, Mohammed Thaer Abu Khalil, and Abdul Rahman Osama Al-Khatib in Hizma town.

Destruction of Property

On December 3rd 2018, Israeli authorities forced Ahmad Awni Siyam to demolish parking space and a parking garage near his home in Ein Al-Louza area of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city after serving a military order for its demolition at an earlier time for allegedly being built without a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 12:00, a group of Israeli settlers lead by Israeli MP Yahuda Glick under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:50, a Israeli settler vehicle travelling in Al-Eizariya town ran over the child Ayoub Soliman Abu Amrat {16 years old} and as a result left him hospitalized with fractures and contusions.

Injuries

The child: Ayoub Soliman Abu Amrat {16 years old} was hospitalized with fractures and contusions after he was ran over by a Israeli settlers vehicle in Al-Eizariya town.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Yabroud village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:45.

Raid

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town,summoned several University students to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 10:55.
2. At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city.
3. At 06:30, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Yahya Ali Ismail Zahran in Deir Abu Mash'al village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Jarba village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sanour village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 23:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.

2. At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Barta'a village, confiscated farming equipment from a Poultry farm {which is under construction} owned by Majdi Husni Kabha for allegedly being built without a licence.

Raid

At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Far'a camp , detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:45.

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Zakariya Musa Aliyan and Yusef Mohammad Ali Wakkad Walweel in Al-Far'a camp.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result killed a residents and injured another then withdrew at 05:00.

Attack

At 00:50, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Tulkarem city and as a result killed a resident and injured another.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Mohammad Husam Abdel-Latif Habali {22 years old}{A resident of Tulkarem camp} during clashes in Tulkarem city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Mohammad Maher Salah Habayib during clashes in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Kafr Thulth then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous and Azzun towns then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.
3. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.

Raid

1. At dawn on December 3rd 2018 and again at 18:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, detained a resident then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 14:35, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 17:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Zuhier Ibrahim Saleem in Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50 and again at 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles , detained a resident then withdrew at 16:50.
2. At 08:500, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qussin village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Bithan village and detained a National Security force officer.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village, clashed with several residents, temporarily detained 4 residents then released them at a later time.
3. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on December 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Dajjan village and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on December 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Awarta village, detained a University student and summoned Samer Saleem Saharab to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located in the area between Nablus and Assira Al-Shamaliya town detained Jamal Mohammad Hamadnat {A resident of Assira Al-Shamaliya town}.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdallah Fakr Dababsat in Al-Bithan village.
3. Israeli forces detained Obada Nizar Jamal in Assira Al-Shamaliya town.
4. Israeli forces detained Nassir Radwan Abu Thabit in Beit Dajjan village.
5. Israeli forces detained Zuhid Thiyab Qawariq {A University student} in Awrta village.

Temporary Detention

At 19:50, Israeli forces temporarily detained 4 residents: Mohammed Kiwan, Ghazi Al-Shaer, Amr Shehadeh, and Subhi Kiwan during their raid into Sabastiya village then released them at a later time.

Confiscation of Property

At 08:35, Israeli forces confiscated a caravan owned by Maqbulat Nassrallah Othman located in Majdal Bani Fadil village {near the bypass road leading to Jericho district}.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:20, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Odala village stoned several homes and vehicles in the village.

At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:50.

On December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces demolished a car wash owned by Hassan Salah Soliman located along the road connecting Bidiya town and Harris village for allegedly being built with out a licence.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Mu'arajat road {which connects Jericho and Ramallah districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 08:20, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village and demolished 2 home owned by Ayman Yusef Qarinat and Hassan Abu Kharabish for allegedly being built with out licences.

House Demolition

At 08:20, Israeli forces demolished 2 home owned by Ayman Yusef Qarinat and Hassan Abu Kharabish during their raid into Fasayil village for allegedly being built with out licences.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 04:45, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on December 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Fayiz Abdel-Mughni Salhab in Bethlehem city.

Attack

At dawn on December 4th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp {After unknown persons threw a Molotov cocktail at a settler vehicle} then stormed and searched several homes.
2. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 4 residents.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town and detained a resident.
4. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, detained 4 residents {including 2 children}, confiscated a vehicle from the home of Yusef Ahmad Abu Hisham and summoned Murshid Mohammad Awad to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
5. At 07:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Fuwar camp then stormed and searched 3 homes.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Mohamed Abdel-Azim Nour El-Din Abu Turki, Jawad Shafiq Abu Aisha, Ibrahim Zidan Rajabi, and Salim Kasmo Rajabi in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Abdel-Affo Al-Amalat in Beit Ula town.
3. Israeli forces detained 4 residents {including 2 children}: Amr 'Issa al-Za'aik{16 years old}, Majdi Morshed Mohammed Awad {14 years old}, Qusay Ahmed Khalil Abu Maria, and Abdel Nasser Nasser Abdel Hamid Abu Maria in Beit Ummar town.

At 15:15, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Ain area located in Beit Ummar town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:00, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle from the home of Yusef Ahmad Abu Hisham during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

On December 3rd 2018, a group of settlers under the protection of Israeli Military forces erected a huge candlestick on the roof of the Ibrahimi Mosque in the Old City of Hebron, under the pretext of celebrating the Hanukkah holiday.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 31st 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire raiding Central Gaza district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Khan Yunis district and as a result injured 13 residents and left 29 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 08:55 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.
3. At 10:20 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located near the border fence in east Beit Hanun town.
4. At 11:55 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North west Beit Lahiya town.
5. At 14:00 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in North west Beit Lahiya town during the march of return and as a result injured 23 residents and left 29 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
6. At 14:30 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards approximately 20 Palestinian fishing boats during demonstrations off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town .

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 13 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in North west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 07:30 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Deir Al-Balah city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:45 on December 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
