JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 05:00 on December 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained a resident.
2. At 12:45, Israeli special forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident.
3. At 05:`0, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Thaer Khalid Mahmoud Mutier in Qalandiya camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Fadi Abdel-Rahman Mansour in Biddu town.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Yasser Musa Qassim in Abu Dis town.

Attack

At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned near Jaba' village roundabout fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 children.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 children: Abdullah Ayman Amoush {13 years old}, and Na'im Dawood Amoush {13 years old}{ both are residents of Jaba' village} during clashes near Jaba' village roundabout.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Khirbithat Al-Misbah village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village until 03:00.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities and Beituniya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several a print shop in Ramallah city then confiscated equipment and documents and withdrew at 05:00.
3. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Awarta town until 04:15.
4. At 06:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained 2 residents.
5. At dawn on December 6th 2018, Israeli forces raided Safa village and detained 3 residents.
6. At dawn on December 6th 2018, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'mma village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Kamal Abu Aliya and Hamza Judah Yusef Abu Aliya in Al-Mugheir village.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Yacoub Abdel-Raziq Falanat, Yazan Jad Karajat and Jihad Atta Falanat in Safa village.
3. Israeli forces detained Majdi Soliman Attiya in Kafr Ni'ma village.

Attack

At 02:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a print shop during their raid into Ramallah city.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:30, Israeli forces confiscated confiscated equipment and documents as they stormed and searched a print shop during their raid into Ramallah city.

Settlers Attacks

1. On the afternoon of December 5th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers attempted to enter agricultural land located in Al-Jiljil archaeological sites in Deir Abu Mash'al village {which consists of several archaeological land marks and caves} during which local residents were able to prevent the settlers from reaching the area.
2. At 17:30, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Turmus'aya village attacked a vehicle owned by Sa'id Talib {A town council member} and as a result damaged his vehicle.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 11:20, Israeli forces raided Abba village.
2. At 15:50, Israeli forces raided Sanour village until 16:05.
3. At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Jaba' and Silat Al-Thaer towns and Al-Fanduqumiya village.
4. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, Jenin camp, Bruqin town and Al-Shuhada village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes in Jenin camp and as a result injured 4 residents {including 3 children} and detained 2 residents {including a child}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Murad Mahmoud Al-Sa'di {15 years old} and Ashraf Salah Hussien Turkman in Jenin camp.

Attack

At 02:45, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 4 residents {including 3 children}.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 residents {including 3 children}: Majed Mahmoud Ahmad Abu Naasah {15 years old}, Qais Ibrahim Mahmoud al-Bitawi {14 years old}, Youssef Mahmoud Ibrahim Badawi {17 years old}, and Amin Amin Amin Bani Ghra. during clashes in Jenin camp.

At 15:45, Israeli forces raided Tayassir village.

TULKAREM

Detention

At 02:25 on December 5th 2018, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdel-Latif Abu Hamshat during their raid into Shwakiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Sir village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village until 01:30.

Detention

At 01:45 on December 5th 2018, Israeli forces detained Wael Ahmad Hussien Iblati during their raid into Qalqiliya city {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 18:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Yitshar" settlement junction located in North Huwara town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba'a area junction located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Faroush Beit Dajjan village, confiscated construction equipment used for building the roof of a school {under construction} after forcing workers to halt construction for allegdly not having a licence.
2. At 07:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Bithan village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the north entrance of Bruqin town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.

Destruction of Property

On the morning of December 4th 2018, Israeli forces demolished 3 merchant shops {A dry clean shop, Carpintry shop and a Steel mill} owned by Fadi Soliman, Nadi Soliman and Salah Solimna in the west area of Harris village for allegedly being built with out a licence because of their location in area C which is under Israeli Military and Administrative control.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:25.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction{located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 17:45.

Detention

At 22:00, Israeli forces detained Ali Ibrahim Ahmad Assakra {60 years old}{A resident of Asakra village} as he was visiting his son who is detained in Israeli prisons.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city {located near "Yitshar" settlement junction} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 16:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the north entrance of Al-Thahriya town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 16:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Dura town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on December 5th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town and detained a resident.
2. At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town, stormed and searched several homes, confiscated a vehicle owned by Adnan Abu Tabanat.
3. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, Nuba and Beit Ulla towns and detained 2 residents in Hebron city.
4. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.
5. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Halhul town and detained 2 residents.
6. At dawn on December 6th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained a child.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ayman Ali Musa Abu Arqoub in Al-Samou' town.
2. Israeli forces detained Nour Al-Din Mohammad Salhab and Eyad Naji Al-Atrash in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces detained Loia Nu'man Al-Sa'da and Mahmoud Khlid Al-Sa'da in Halhul town.
4. Israeli forces detained Hamza Al-Badawi {17 years old} in Al-Arrub camp.

Temporary Detention

At 14:15, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Al-Rish military checkpoint located in the old city of Hebron temporarily detained the child Abed Zaki Marmar {13 years old} then released him at a later time.

Assault on Educational sector

At 09:10, Israeli forces demolished a school {consisting of 7 rooms} located near Al-Samiya village in North west Al-Samou' town for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Destruction of Property

At 12:40, Israeli forces demolished a agricultural green house located near Al-Fuwar camp.

Confiscation of Property

At 23:50, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Adnan Abu Tabanat during their raid into Al-Thahriya town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 31st 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire raiding North Gaza district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 07:30 on December 5th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 60 m into the vicinity of east Beit Hanun town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 10:00 on December 5th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian gunmen sites located in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 15:30 on December 5th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
