WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Anata town, clashed with several residents near the local girls school and as a result left several school girls suffocated from tear gas inhalation then detained a resident.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and clashed with several residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Al-Manashi in Anata town.

Attack

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents near the local girls school during their raid into Anata town and as a result left several school girls suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

JENIN

Settlers Attacks

On December 5th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Homish settlement stoned several residents and vehicles traveling along the main road connecting Jenin and Nablus and as a result shattered the windshield of a vehicle owned by Mohammad Abbadi {a resident of Ya'bad town}.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Bal'a town, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 06:35.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ahmad Foad Raja Ameer, Istiphan Foad Shahrour and Tarik Adnan Shahrour in Bal'a town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.

Attack

At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned near Jaljuliya military checkpoint located at the south east entrance of Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

Confiscation of Property

On December 5th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a tractor owned by Manour Id'is {a resident of Deir Sharaf village} near the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem.

Settlers Attacks

1. On the morning of December 5th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers installed a mobile trailor on land in Burqa village then burned tires long the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin thus blocking the flow of traffic.
2. At 12:30, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Sabastiya village stoned vehicle and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Ali Ahmad Jabrin.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 12:40,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicles until 18:40.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:35,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city, detained 2 residents and summoned Ibrahim Yassin Abu Sarour to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning then withdrew at 04:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Malik Nayef Zaboun and Saddam Aqel Mustafa Al-Haj in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.

Temporary Detention

At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint temporarily detained Baha Nafe' Omar Ibrahim {a National Security Force officer}{a resident of Beit Fajjar town} then released him at 11:00.

Destruction of Property

On December 5th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a vehicle repair garage and car wash owned by Husam Khalifa located the entrance of Al-Waljat village for allegedly being built without a license.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Sahab area junction located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

House Demolition

On December 5th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a residential room owned by Nazha Makhamra and 3 others owned by Shihada Makhamrat in Maghir area located in south east Yatta town.

Detention

At 15:00, Israeli forces detained Obeidat Akram Abdel-Rahman Jawabrat near the entrance of Al-Arroub camp.

Settlers Attacks

On December 5th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Mitzpe Yair" settlement assaulted several farmers from Al-Jabarin family as they were on agricultural land located in Um Al-Arayis area in east Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza district.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 08:45 on December 5th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in east Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
