WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ammar Abed Rabbo Al-Khatib in Hizma town.

Deportation

On December 6th 2018, Israeli forces served a military order to Adnan Ghyath {Palestinian Authority Governor of Jerusalem district} preventing him from entering the West Bank for a period of 6 months after he was summoned to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Attack

At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:50, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ras Kar Kar and Deir Ibzi' villages then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 07:40 on December 6th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city until 09:30.
2. At dawn on December 7th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Nidal Abu Aliya and Ammar Atef Hussien Abu Aliya in Al-Mughier village.

JENIN

Raid

At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Faqou'a and Arrubuna villages until 17:10.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 16:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 17:40.

At 14:50, Israeli forces raided Izbit Shufat village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Hablat town bridge {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 19:30.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Marda village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Bidya town until 03:10.

At 00:25, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Sayef Mithqal Fayiz Abu Dawas {A resident of Tubas city}.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Ubidiya town until 12:10.
2. At 12:20, Israeli forces raided Harmala village until 17:55.

Detention

1. At 19:20, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Yusef Al-Ja'bari {A resident of Beit Jalla city} as he was reporting to Israeli Civil Administration in order to apply for a work permit.
2. At 23:40, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Nu'man Mohammad Ibrahim {A resident of Bethlehem city}.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 31st 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
