WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and clashed with several residents.

Attack

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.
2. On the evening of December 7th 2018, Israeli forces positioned in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Detention

On December 5th 2018, Israeli forces detained Ramzi Mohammad Abdel-Karim Matour {A resident of Beituniya town} as he was heading to Al-Ram town in Jerusalem district.

JENIN

Raid

At 21:55, Israeli forces raided Sabah Al-Khier neighborhood in Jenin city until 01:30.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 16:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Ghousoun town and Al-Jaroushiya village until 06:10.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 13:50, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town until 14:30.

Attack

At 13:00,Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 18:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Za'tara" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:00.

Detention

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Ali Abdallah Abdel-Hafith Al-Hajawi {A resident of Hajja village in Qalqiliya district}.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:25, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town.

Detention

1. On December 6th 2018, Israeli forces detained Fatima Jabr Khalil Taqatqa {A resident of Um Salmunat village}.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned at "Container" military checkpoint detained Mohammad Radi Eirikat {A resident of Abu Dis town in Jerusalem city}.

HEBRON

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir and Halhul towns until 06:20.

Temporary Detention

At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Samiya village in North west Al-Samou' town temporarily detained Head of Al-Samou' town council and 13 other employees of the Al-Samou' town council as they were constructing 7 classrooms which were demolished by Israeli forces {as mentioned in the report of December 6th 2018} then released them at 15:40 except the construction workers who were to be detained for 2 weeks.

Assaults on Property

At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Samiya village in North west Al-Samou' town temporarily detained Head of Al-Samou' town council and 13 other employees of the Al-Samou' town council as they were constructing 7 classrooms which were demolished by Israeli forces {as mentioned in the report of December 6th 2018} then released them at 15:40.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 31st 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 55 residents and left 55 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 14:30 on December 7th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 4 residents and left 8 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Jabaliya town.

Detention

At 12:00 on December 6th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing detained Sumer Salah Abu Thaher as she was to accompany her sick husband to a hospital in the West Bank, while her husband returned after her arrest to the Gaza Strip without going to the hospital.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 14:30 on December 7th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 20 residents and left 17 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 20 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 13:30 on December 7th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 14:30 on December 7th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 16 residents and left 16 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 16 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 14:30 on December 7th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 11 residents and left 12 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation..

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 11 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

1. At 14:30 on December 7th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured a resident and left 2 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 18:20 on December 7th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards 2 residents near the border fence in North East Rafah city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Rafah city.
