Demonstrations

• On December 8th 2017,Mass rallies were launched in all cities and towns in all districts, rejecting the decision of the American president to declare Jerusalem as the "capital of the occupying state" and the transfer of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to occupied Jerusalem. The participants in the marches stressed that the decision will not change the situation Which is protected by international resolutions and laws as an occupied Palestinian city, and that Jerusalem is the capital of the Palestinian people and its independent state.

JERUSALEM

Attack

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Ram town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Jerusalem fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 12:50, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

1.On December 8th 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ma'moun Al-Karaki {14 years old} and Anas Qassim near Bab Al-Amoud gate in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. On December 8th 2017, Israeli forces detained the child Nasser Afanah {14 years old}{A resident of Sur Baher village}.
3. Israeli forces detained Yahya Ahmad Jaber Dawin during clashes in Beit Ijza village.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:05.

At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Sira village and detained a resident.

Attack

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Janiyat village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

8. At 15:05, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and detained a child.
9. At 23:15,Israeli forces positioned near "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near Bet El settlement in North Al-Bireh city opened fire towards a woman and as a result wounded her then they proceeded to detain her.

Injuries

1.Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in Al-Janiyat village.

4. 5.Israeli forces detained Asma Kamal Mohammad Waridat {A resident of Al-Thahriya town in Hebron city} after injuring her during clashes near "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near Bet El settlement in North Al-Bireh city .

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Mohammad Ibrahim Abu Safiya in Beit Sira village.
2. Israeli forces detained the child: Ahmad Diyab Abu Rahma {16 years old} during clashes in Bil'in village.

JENIN

Raid

At 08:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Arqa village.

On the evening of December 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jalmat Military checkpoint located in North Jenin city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents and left 6 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation then detained 7 residents.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Aqaba village then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Attack

1. At 12:45, Israeli forces positioned at "Ghishouri" factories area located in west Tulkarem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 9 residents {including 3 children }and left 6 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. On December 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned near Quffin town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. On December 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate near shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Hajja and Kafr Qaddum villages then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 12:20, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Kafr Qaddum village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 12 residents {including a journalist} and left 15 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

2. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned near Jayyous town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 12:45, Israeli forces positioned at Jaljuliya Military checkpoint in Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents and left 20 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

6. At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned in east Assira Al-Qibliya village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

1. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafil Harris town and Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Attack

At 08:40, Israeli forces positioned at the south entrance of Jericho city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 6 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 6 residents: Yazen Mohammed Mustafah markets, Mohammed Ibrahim Arafat Jalaita, Montaser Ali Hassan Salah, Mohamed Issa Jalaita, Iyad Nasser Abdul Jarad, and Abdul Hafiz Issa Abdul Hafiz Hijazi during clashes at the south entrance of Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Huwara village then searched residents and vehicles until 13:10.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Carmisan area located in North Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

At 22:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city until 23:00.

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned near Teqou' town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 12:45, Israeli forces positioned at Billal Bin Rabah mosque located in North Bethlehem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocating from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 14:50, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Khader town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

5. At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned in Dar Salah village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
6. At 20:30, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Ayda camp in Bethlehem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

1. At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Al-Assal Al-Foqa village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and clashed with several residents.
2. At 12:25 and again at 19:00, Israeli forces raided Halhul town.
3. At 23:45, Israeli forces raided the area between Sakka and Al-Majd villages.

Attack

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and detained 2 residents,
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Arub camp fired live ammunition , rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 4 residents.
3. At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Beit Ummar town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned at Halhul town bridge fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and detained 2 residents including a child.
5. At 12:45, Israeli force positioned near Zif village junction fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
6. At 17:40, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and detained a child.

Detention

1. At 14:25, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Maher Qufshiya {A resident of the old city of Hebron} after his vehicle collided with a Israeli Military jeep in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces detained Mazeed Samir Saqaf Al-Hayt {A resident of Nablus city} near the entrance of Beit Awwa town.
3. Israeli forces detained Fadi Sami Abu Saymiya {17 years old} and Rashid Maher Ahmad Ramadan during clashes at Halhul town bridge.
4. Israeli forces detained Ammar Mohammad Hussien Abdel-Al {16 years old} during clashes in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 residents: Wadih Abdul Rahman Al Qassas, Yousif Tayseer Abdul Rahman Al-Titi, Nidal Nawaf Al-Sharif and Mohammed Nadim Mohammed Khader Al-Badaw during clashes near the entrance of Al-Arrub camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire and launching Tank Artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district.
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
•Israeli Military Aircraft broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district and as a result killed 4 residents {including 2 Palestinian Gunmen} and injured 82 others {including 2 in critical condition}.

•Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 8 projectiles towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:00 on December 12th 2017,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town
2. At 12:45 on December 12th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire and launched stun and tear gas canister towards several demonstrators near Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing located in east Jabaliya town and as a result killed a residents and injured 24 residents {including 2 critically injured}.
3. At 19:40 on December 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian gunmen in east Beit Hanoun town.
4. At 22:50 on December 12th 2017,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town

Air Strike

1. At 21:00 on December 8th 2017, Israeli Military aircraft launched missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen near Al-Shiekh Ziyad city located east of Deir Al-Balah town and as a result killed a resident and left 16 others injured.
2. At 21:05 on December 8th 2017, Israeli Military aircraft launched missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen in east Beit Hanoun town.
3. At 21:30 on December 8th 2017, Israeli Military aircraft launched missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen in west Beit Lahiya town.
4. At 03:50 on December 9th 2017, Israeli Military aircraft launched 3 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen in North Jabaliya town.

Killings

Israeli Airstrikes killed Maher Mohammad Attallah {54 years old} in Al-Shiekh Ziyad city located east of Deir Al-Balah town.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 24 unidentified residents during clashes near Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing located in east Jabaliya town
2. Israeli forces injured 16 unidentified residents during clashes near Al-Shiekh Ziyad city located east of Deir Al-Balah town.

Palestinian Attacks

1. At 18:10 on December 8th 2017, Palestinian Gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line.

2. At 21:55 on December 8th 2017, Palestinian Gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision

1. At 08:30 on December 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards east Gaza city.
2. At 12:40 on December 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire, launched stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city and as a result injured 13 residents and left 18 other suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Air Strike

At 04:10 on December 9th 2017, Israeli Military aircraft launched a missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen in south Gaza city and as a result killed 2 residents {including a Palestinian Gunmen}..

Killings

Israeli airstrikes towards south Gaza city killed 2 residents: Mohammad Mohammad Jabr Sha'ban Al-Safadi {25 years old} and Mahmoud Mohammad Abdel-Qadder Al-Attal {26 years old}.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 13 unidentified residents during clashes in in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city .

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 12:25 on December 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire, launched stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured 9 residents and left another residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Air Strike

At 03:35 on December 8th 2017, Israeli Military aircraft launched a missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen in Al-Nussirat camp.

Israeli forces injured 9 unidentified residents during clashes in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 12:40 on December 8th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire, launched stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Farahin area located in east Abbassan Al-Kabirah town and as a result killed a resident and injured 15 residents others.

Air Strike

At 03:20 on December 9th 2017, Israeli Military aircraft launched a missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen in west Khan Yunis city.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Mahmoud Abdel-Majeed Al-Masri {29 years old} during clashes in east Al-Farahin area located in east Abbassan Al-Kabirah town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 15 unidentified residents during clashes in Al-Faraheen area.

RAFAH
