WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:15, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Hizma town and prevented vehicles and residents from entering or exiting it.

Detention

At dawn on December 9th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Eyad Al-Rajabi and Mahdi Jaber in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

House Demolition

On December 8th 2018, Israeli Authorities forced Juhar Hashimat and his brother Murad to demolish their apartments in Wadi Qaddim area in Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city and forced them to pay heft financial penalties for allegedly building with out a licence.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 09:30
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance of Silwad town and opened fire towards a vehicle owned by Dr. Husam Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Riman forcing him to stop then temporarily detained him , his son and his brother and released them at 20:30.
3. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Beit Rima and Abboud towns hen searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Temporary Detention

At 18:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents:Dr. Husam Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Riman ,his son and his brother after opening fire towards their vehicle near a checkpoint at the western entrance of Silwad town for allegedly not stopping at the checkpoint then released them at 20:30.

Attack

At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint at the western entrance of Silwad town opened opened fire towards a vehicle owned by Dr. Husam Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Riman forcing him to stop.

At 22:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Qad, Deir Abu Da'if, Faqu'a and Abba villages.

At 13:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 16:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Wadi Al-Rasha village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 20:45, Israeli forces raided Azzun town then stormed and searched a home.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Qibliya until 01:40.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided the east neighborhoods of Nablus city , Askar and Balata camps, stormed and searched several homes and detained 4 residents in Askar and Balata camps then withdrew at 04:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Jamil Salah al-Din al-Aqra {A resident of Askar camp}, Salama Marwan Abdel-Jawad {A resident of Askar camp}, Mohammed Zaki Ibdah {A resident of Askar camp}, and Baraa Kamal Mohammed Hashash - {A resident of Balata camp} during their raid into Askar and Balata camps.

Settlement Activities

On December 8th 2018, The Israeli occupation forces issued a military order no. (06/966/2018) extending the water tanker from the settlement of Shvut Rachel to the settlement of Magdulim, 7 km above the lands of Qusri and Jalud villages and of the lands of the citizens in the village of Jalud with a length of more than 4 km. The land to be penetrated by the water line in 7 basins of the lands of Jalud village, the ponds carrying the numbers (23,22,19,18,16,14,13) The village of Qasri will be divided into 3 basins which are the basins carrying the numbers (4,3,1). The water line will destroy large areas of the land of the citizens in the villages of Jalud and Qasr. Work on meters of water pipes, in addition to what they will have Israeli bulldozers ruined the land while working in the D water line.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 15:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west neighborhoods of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:40.

Raid

1. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Al-Doha town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 07:25.
2. At 03:55, Israeli forces raided Irtas village until 07:25.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Rani Firsan Bishirat and Mahmoud Adel Zaboun in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town {located in Wadi Al-Juz area} then searched residents and vehicles.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 31st 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.
