WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained 2 residents.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident.
3. At dawn on February 10th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. At 20:55, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya military checkpoint detained 2 residents {including a child}: Mohammad Awni Islan {16 years old} and Abdel-Malik Hassan Abu Latifa for allegdly carrying sharp objects.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ali Radi Erikat and Mohammad Radi Erikat in Abu Dis town.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Adam Ma'moun Abu Rayala, Ali Amjad Atiya and Salah Ghassan Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

At 20:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eizariya town and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Ali Bahij Bassat during clashes in Al-Eizariya town.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 8th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Rawabi city roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ni'lin town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.
4. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Shuqba village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.

Raid

At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Ur Al-Tahta village and detained 2 children.

Detention

1. At 19:55 on February 8th 2019, Israeli forces detained Arafat Atiya Soliman Arfay'a {29 years old}{A resident of Hebron city}{who was accused of killing a Israeli settler in Jerusalem city} during their raid into Al-Bireh city {As mentioned in the previous report}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ayman Jamil Fahed Soliman {15 years old} and Ahmad Saher {15 years old} in Beit Ur Al-Tahta village.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 21:25, a group of Israeli settlers positioned in Wadi Al-Dalab area located near Ras Kar Kar village stoned vehicles travelling in the area.
2. At 22:45, Israeli settlers from "Bet El" settlement stoned vehicles travelling along the main road near Al-Jalazoun camp.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Yamoun town then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Bal'a town then stormed and searched a home.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Eliyas village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 23:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 00:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.

Settlers Attacks

At 20:20, Israeli settlers positioned at "Arail" settlement roundabout stoned vehicles traveling near the area.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Murarajat road {which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Fasayil village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Ashraf Assad Ibrahim Abu Ghafra {A resident of Kafr Thulth town in Qalqiliya district} as he was travelling home from Jordan.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the villages in west Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 19:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, detained a resident then withdrew at 22:05.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:35.

Detention

1.Israeli forces detained Wael Mujahid Abdallah Issa in Al-Khader town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Saleem Mohammad Abu Mifrih and Murad Sami Za'al Jibril in Teqou' town.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:20, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at "Kafar Itsiyon" settlement roundabout stoned vehicle travelling along the main road which connects Bethlehem and Hebron.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:55 and again at 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.
2. At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khursa village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:40.

Raid

At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city,summoned 3 residents {including a woman}: Maysar Musa Al-Haymouni, Kamal Yacoub Al-Ja'bari and Mohammad Al-Ju'ba to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning and took measurement of a home owned by the family of Arafat Attiya Soliman Arfa'ya {who was accused of killing a Israeli settler in Jerusalem city} in order to prepare it for demolition.

Attack

At 20:35, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Arrub camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several homes inside the camp for alleged stoning from the area.

Closure of main Roads

On the evening of February 9th 2019, Israeli forces closed the steel gate entrance of Al-Arrub camp thus preventing residents from entering or exiting the camp until reopening it at a later time.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 23:50, Israeli settlers positioned at Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron stoned the headquarters of "Youth against settlement" Headquarters and several other homes in the area.
2. On the evening of February 9th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Kiryat Arba'" settlement headed by Ofar {An extremist settler} stor,ed Al-Sahlat area located south of the old city of Hebron during which they called out {via loud speaker} for the murder of Palestinian citizens.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza, Central Gaza and Rafah districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 10:10 on February 9th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.
2. At 12:45 on February 9th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.
3. At 21:55 on February 9th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

1.At 22:00 on February 9th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards 3 residents near the border fence in east Rafah city
2. At 22:05 on February 9th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched flash grenades towards agricultural land in east Rafah city and as a result landed on a Green house which was destroyed after catching fire.

Destruction of Property

At 22:05 on February 9th 2019, a Green house was destroyed as it caught fire after a flash grenade fired by Israeli forces exploded near the green house in east Rafah city.
