WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on February 11 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town then stormed and searched several homes.

Detention

At dawn on February 11th 2019, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Abdel-Latif after storming his home in the old city of Jerusalem.

Assault on Educational sector

On February 10th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Iksa military checkpoint prevented 5 teachers from entering the village while they were on their way to Beit Iksa Girls secondary school which resulted in the cancellation of classes for the day.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 10th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Raid

At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 04:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Zahed Matar Abdel-Rau'f Al-Rimawi, Tayem Awad Jaber Al-Haj Al-Rimawi and Mahmoud Thalji Thaher Al-Khatib in Beit Rima town.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Qabatiya town and Masilat village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Imrayha village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on February 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp then detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mahmoud Ali Nafie al-Sa'di {a resident of Jenin camp}, Abdullah Sa'id Eghbariya {a residents of Jenin city}, and Ahmad Ghazi Eghbariya {a residents of Jenin city} during their raid into Jenin city and its camps.

TUBAS

Detention

At 24:00, Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Fa'eq Sanbour, Zied Hamad, Raed Hawash and Arafat Abed in the North Jordan valley.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 20:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:50.

Detention

At 22:50, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Quffin town detained 2 residents: Khalid Muti' Abdel-Qadder Harshat and Imran Ayman Bashir Harshat {both are residents of Quffin town}.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 05:00.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 09:25, , Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furiq military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 13:05.

Raid

At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 03:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ramiz Hamad Ahmad Aweis and Zied Kamal Aweis in Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 11:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Orif village and opened fire towards several residents near the village school during which Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack then withdrew at 12:45.
2. On the evening of February 10th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed North Huwara town and shattered the windshields of several vehicles which were parked in front of home one of which is owned by Romal Suwati.

Attack

At 11:30, Israeli forces positioned near Orif village school fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they attempted to prevent Israeli settlers who opened fire towards several resident who were on agricultural land in the area.

SALFIT

Detention

At 02:45, Israeli forces positioned near "Arail" settlement detained Suhayeb Hazim Salah Al-Mathbouh {a resident of Hebron city}.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 12:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road connecting the west villages of Bethlehem district} and detained a resident.
4. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along road 60 near Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, detained a residents then withdrew at 05:30.
2. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, detained 3 residents {including 2 children} then withdrew at 05:30.
3. At 04:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Walja village and demolished a home in Ein Al-Jweiz neighborhood for allegedly being built without a licence.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road connecting the west villages of Bethlehem district} detained Mu'taz Khalil Azziyat {a resident of Al-Doha town}.
2. Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Hani Mohammad Suman in Bethlehem city.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ibrahim Hassan Issa {14 years old}, Kareem Mohammad Da'dou' {14 years old} and Ahmad Ali Issa in Al-Khader town.

House Demolition

At 04:40, Israeli forces demolished a home {approximately 100 m} owned by Majdi Al-Shuwiky in Ein Al-Jweizat area in Al-Walja village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nabi Yunis area junction {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fah's area located in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Majd village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On the morning of February 10th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Tuwani village located in Al-Masafar area in east Yatta town and stormed the main water pump stations as they searched the area for main water lines and disconnected them from pumping water to the area.
2. At 19:45, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 2 residents.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Dura town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained a resident.
4. At 04:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained a child.
5. At dawn on February 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahdi Abdel-Jawad Mohammad Ali Bader and Rami Issa Ashour in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained Yassin Mohammad Mahmoud Al-Roujoub in Dura town.
3. Israeli forces detained Wahid Samir Khalil Adi {16 years old} in Beit Ummar town.
4. Israeli forces detained Bader Mahmoud Al-Hawamda in Al-Samou' town.

Attack

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Dura town.
2. At 04:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Khan Yunis district.
• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching projectiles towards the Green Line {which landed near the border fence}.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 18:00 on February 10th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return.

Detention

At 21:30 on February 10th 2019, Israeli forces detained a unidentified residents who attempted to climb the border fence from North West Beit Lahiya town in to Israel.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Palestinian Attacks

At 23:00 on February 10th 2019, Palestinian gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line {which landed near the border fence}.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 18:00 on February 10th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
