Closure of main Roads

At 17:30, Israeli forces closed the main road in Ein Al-Louz area located in Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along the main road connecting Ramallah and Jericho} then searched residents and vehicles until 19:25.
2. At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 20:25.
3. At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.
4. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Safa and Khirbeit Al-Misbah villages then searched residents and vehicles until 01:30.

Raid

1. At dawn on February 11th 2017, Israeli forces raided Deir Ijreer village and summoned Arqam Nafith Zidani to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 12:55, Israeli forces raided Beitunia town until 13:50.

At 11:25, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the bypass road near Burqa village stined residents and vehicles then withdrew at 13:50.

At 16:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Faduqumiya village until 17:20.

Confiscation of Property

At 12:30, Israeli forces confiscated 4 water pipe lines as they stormed Al-Hadadiya village in the North Jordan valley and temporarily seized a vehicle owned by Nassar Mohammad Bani Odeh then took him to "Roghi" settlement.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city, detained a resident then withdrew at 14:00.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun Atma village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.
3. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:15.
4. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:15.

Raid

At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Jit village.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ra'fat Bassam Abu Zied near the east entrance of Qalqilya city.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 19:20.

1. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqilya city} and impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the steel gate entrance and reopened it at 19:20.
2. At 22:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shave Shomron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.
3. At 22:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sabastiya and Burqa village junctions then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.

At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village removed a Palestinian flag mas { 3rd consecutive time}, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 17:45.

At 17:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents as they removed a Palestinian flag mas { 3rd consecutive time} during their raid into Sabastiya village.

Military Checkpoints

At 16:45 and again at 18:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 19:20.

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along road (90) located in Al-Oja village, temporarily detained Ayman Ibrahim Shihadeh {A resident of Nablus city} then released him at 21:10.

Detention

At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Jabr Jamal Odah {A resident of Huwara town in Nablus district} as he was returning from Jordan.

Temporary Detention

At 19:15, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located along road (90) in Al-Oja village temporarily detained Ayman Ibrahim Shihadeh {A resident of Nablus city} then released him at 21:10.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Nihalin village, impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the main steel gate entrance then reopened it at 14:50.
2. At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:40.

Raid

1. At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 01:40, Israeli forces Beit Sahour city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then detained a resident.
3. At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Obidiya town, stormed a home and summoned Ahmad Mohammad Ayad Musbah Raba'ya to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning
4. At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:45.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Bassam Mus'ad in Beit Sahur town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Yusef Mahoud Thiyab Al-Amour and Akrama Awadallah Mohammad Al-Amour in Teqou' town.

1. At 01:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Beit Sahour city.
2. At 03:05, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:30, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints along Halhuol town bridge and at the entrance of Al-Dahriya town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

1. At 04:10 on February 11th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Samiya village located west of Al-Samou' town, stormed and searched a home , detained 8 residents {including 7 family members}.
2. At dawn on February 12th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, stormed and searched several homes and detained a child.
3. At dawn on February 12th 2017, Israeli forces raided Bal'a town and summoned Haytham Jameel Awad to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque in the old city of Hebron detained Asra Samih Jaber {18 years old} for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier.
2. Israeli forces detained 8 residents: Asra Ishaq Baheed, Musa Mohammad Musa Baheed, Imad Baheed, Jihad Baheed, Ra'fat Baheed, Ali Baheed, Raed Baheed and Rami Baheed during their raid into Al-Samiya village located west of Al-Samou' town.
3. Israeli forces detained Qusay Mohammad Hamad Kamal Abu Mariya {14 years old} in Beit Ummar town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.

•The The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza , Gaza, Central Gaza and Rafah districts.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

1. At 06:00 on February 11th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Beit Hanoun town.

3. At 08:00 on February 11th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in north Beit Lahiya town.
4. At 08:00 on February 11th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in north Beit Hanoun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

1. At 06:00 on February 11th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city.
2. At 06:00 on February 11th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jahr Al-Dik town located in south east Gaza city

CENTRAL GAZA

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is partially open for the exit of 325 residents {with humanitarian and emergency medical cases, students and International passport holder} and the entry of 183 residents into Gaza as well as the entry of 70 truck loads of Cement and steel for construction purposes.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

At 06:00 on February 11th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Rafah city.
