WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and detained a resident after storming his home.
2. At dawn on February 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 23:00, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Beit Duqqu village detained 2 residents: Munther Mohammed Atta Abu Shama and Adi Assem Kamel Marar {both are residents of Beit Duqqu village}.
2. At dawn on February 12th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Sufian Nidal al-Natsheh {16 years old}, and Ayoub Abu Hadwan in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Ammar Al-Salayma in Al-Ram town.
4. Israeli forces detained Siraj Abbad Kashour in Abu Dis town.

Temporary Detention

On the evening of February 11th 2018, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city imposed a home detention sentence to the child Sa'idi Al-Sayouri {13 years old}{A resident of Jerusalem city} for a period of 5 days and fined him 500 NIS as a condition for his release from Israeli Police a custody after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 05:30, Israeli forces positioned near Hizma town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Closure of main Roads

On the evening of February 11th 2018, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Hizma town and Al-Eisawiya village and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Eiyoun Al-Haramiya area located near Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:10, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the East and West entrances of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

1. At 13:40, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Pesagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 15:35, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 23:25, Israeli forces positioned near Ras Kar Kar village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Closure of main Roads

At 19:30, Israeli forces closed the steel gate entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at 20:30.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Kafrit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Jenin city then stormed and searched 2 homes.
2. At 03:55, Israeli forces raided Kafr Dan village and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on February 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Wasim Mufid Rajeh Abed in Kafr Dan town.
2. Israeli forces detained Ziyad Ahmad Thiyab Obiedi and Eyad Ahmad Thiyab Obiedi in Bruqin town.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 13:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayyasir Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Destruction of Property

At 15:50, A Israeli Military UXO exploded in Al-Sakkut area in the North Jordan valley region and as a result amputated the head of a cow owned by Fayez Yusef Mufdi Abu Mutawi' as he was herding his cows in the area.

Settlers Attacks

At 17:00, a Israeli settler from "Migola" settlement in the North Jordan valley was herding his sheep on agricultural land owned by His sheep were grazed in agricultural crops in the Khallet Hamad area which is owned by Mohammed Fares Subaih.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:05, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and detained a resident.
2. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city, stormed and searched a home and summoned Hanin Abdel-Qadder Salah Amra to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Khalid Jaber Mohammad Qu' in Beit Lid town.

Confiscation of Property

At 04:40 on February 11th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated electronic equipment and Data server owned by Bissan Air conditioning company after storming the company during their raid into Anabta town as mentioned in the previous report.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 03:15.
2. At 21:35, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furiq military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces raided Jama'in town until 13:35.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces raided Beita town, clashed with several residents and confiscated surveillance camera footage from a gas station.
3. At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Madma village.

At 19:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beita town.

2. At 10:25, Israeli forces raided Harris village, temporarily detained 4 residents then released them after questioning by Israeli Intelligence officers.
3. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town and detained 2 residents.
4. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town.

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ashus Dawood Obaid and Ahmed Subhi Sheikh Abdullah in Deir Istiya town.

At 10:25, Israeli forces positioned in Harris village temporarily detained 4 residents: Hussam Salim Ali Sultan, Habib Hassan Yousuf Sultan, Ahmed Jouda Mohammed Daoud, and Naif Bassel Nayef Souf then released them at a later time.

At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned in Wadi Al-Firan area located in North Marj Al-Na'ja village detained 2 residents: Mu'taz Abu-Rab, and Abdul Aziz Abu Khader {both are residents of Deir Ijrier village}.

At 16:25, Israeli forces positioned near the south entrance of Jericho city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 15:30.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, stormed and searched several homes and detained 4 residents{including 2 children}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents {including 2 children}: Mousa Mahmoud Mousa El Amor {17 years old}, Mahmoud Samir Mohamed El Amour {16 years old}, Abdel Rahman Adel Awadallah El Amour and Ibrahim Youssef Ahmed Abu Farah in Teqou' town.

At 14:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Beit Fajjar town.

HEBRON

Raid

At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Yatta town then stormed and searched 2 homes.

Detention

1. At 22:45, Israeli forces detained the child : Ameer Nidal Al-Fawakhri {16 years old} in the old city of Hebron.
2. At dawn on February 12th 2018, Israeli forces detained Wajdi Al-Rajabi after storming his home during their raid into the old city of Hebron.

Attack

At 09:30, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Arrub camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

•Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Rafah District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 06:30 on February 11th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town and temporarily detained 2 fishermen then release them after confiscating their fishing boat..
2. At 23:00 on February 11th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town.

Temporary Detention

At 06:30 on February 11th 2018, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 fishermen: Tariq Abdul Bari Sultan, and A'ed Nizar Sultan then released them after confiscating their fishing boat off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town.

Confiscation of Property

At 06:30 on February 11th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a fishing boat after temporarily detained 2 fishermen off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
