WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 19:45, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and detained 2 residents.
2. At 21:10, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 03:05.
3. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. On February 11th 2019, Israeli forces detained Uday Radi Bader as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. On February 11th 2019, Israeli forces detained Yazan Harashfat in Ras Khamis neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Imad Al-Baya' and Ahmad Mohammad Khalifa in Shu'fat camp.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Habas Ali Subeih and Saddam Ali Subeih in Hizma town.

Temporary Detention

On February 11th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order house arrest of the child Yusef Sami Dari {14 years old}{A resident of Al-Eisawiya village} for a period of 5 days and issued a fine of 5000 NIS as a condition for his release after being detained by Israeli forces at an earlier time.

Attack

At 21:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 11th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road leading to Al-Jalazoun camp near "Bet El" settlement then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on February 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Turmus'aya town and detained a resident.
2. At 20:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Tarbiya wal Ta'lim neighborhood near Al-Jalazoun camp, stormed Fadi Karim Ambulance headquarters then withdrew at 22:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Anad Ziyad Jabarat in Turmus'aya town.

Closure of main Roads

At 20:45, Israeli forces closed the steel gate entrance located along the road leading to Al-Jalazoun camp near "Bet El" settlement and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 12:20, Israeli forces raided Jenin city.
2. At 15:25, Israeli forces raided Rababa village, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 15:35.
3. At 16:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda town.
4. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp and Bruqin town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes in the camp and as a result injured a resident then detained 7 residents {including National Security Force officer}.

Detention

1. At dawn on February 11th 2019, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Al-Razi, Qassam Raghib Al-Sa'di and Nadim Nidal Odah during their raid into Jenin city and its camp.

2. Israeli forces detained 7 residents: Najib Awni Huwail {National Security Force officer}, Ashraf Mohammed Al Qaisi, Nasser Hisham Abu Tabikh, Yousef Al Shalabi, Mohammed Waddah Al Asmar, Nour Eldin Khaled Mansour and his son Abdullah during their raid into Jenin city and its camp and Bruqin town.

Attack

At 05:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin camp and a as result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Shadi Dabiya during clashes in Jenin camp.

TUBAS

Detention

1. On February 6th 2019, Israeli forces detained Shalash Hamed Rizq Daraghma {A resident of Tubas city}.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces detained Izzaldin Mahmoud Ka'abna in Um Al-Jamal area in the North Jordan valley.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 13:30.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ibba village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Ibba village.
2. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home and as a result injured a resident and confiscated sums of cash then withdrew at 02:15.

At 00:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched s home during their raid into Beit Furiq town and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in Beit Furiq town.

Confiscation of Property

At 00:50, Israeli forces confiscated sums of cash after storming and searching the home of Marouf Hamdi Khatatbat during their raid into Beit Furiq town.

SALFIT

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 00:10, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Khader Adel Shaheen {A resident of Al-Bireh city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Jihad Nihad Abdel-Kareem Abdallah in Deir Istiya town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Jiftlik village , temporarily seized a Palestinian National Security force vehicle with 4 officers inside the vehicle and took them to "Ma'ale Efraim" settlement then released them at 14:50.

At 13:10, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Al-Jiftlik village , temporarily seized a Palestinian National Security force vehicle with 4 officers inside the vehicle and took them to "Ma'ale Efraim" settlement then released them at 14:50.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:45.

Raid

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Al-Dier area in Teqou' town and occupied a home and converted its rooftop into a military post then withdrew at 11:30.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Jalla city, stormed and searched "Al-Jarishi" printing press then withdrew at 04:25.

House Occupation

At 08:40,Israeli forces occupied a home and converted its rooftop into a military post during their raid into Khirbeit Al-Dier area in Teqou' town then withdrew at 11:30.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on February 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 20:40 and again at 07:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, served a military order for the demolition of a home owned by the familiy of Arafat Soliman Irfa'ya {who Israeli forces accuse of killing a Israeli settler in Jerusalem city a few days ago} then stormed and searched the home of Issa Khieri Al-Ja'bari and confiscated sums of cash.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town then stormed and searched a home.
4. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Ithna town then stormed and searched a home.
5. At dawn on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, detained 2 residents {including a child} and confiscated a vehicle.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khattab Wahid Abu Mariya {16 years old} and Yusef Ibrahim Sabri Awwad in Beit Ummar town.

Temporary Detention

At 13:55, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron temporarily detained 3 residents {including a child}: Bara Mohammad Nawaj'a, Ehab Ayed Ayed Al-Najjar and Baha Ayed Ayed Al-Najjar {16 years old} {All are residents of Yatta town} then released them at a later time.

Confiscation of Property

1. At 07:00, Israeli forces confiscated sums of cash from the home of Issa Khiery Al-Ja'bari during their raid into Hebron city.
2. At dawn on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Yusef Ibrahim Awad after detaining during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

Closure of main Roads

At 14:30, Israeli forces closed the dirt bypass road in Sha'b Al-Batm area which leads to Al-Mussafar area in east Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central district and as a result injured 2 residents.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 13:15 on February 11th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 18:45 on February 11th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 18:00 on February 11th 2019, 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 15:45 on February 11th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 11:30 on February 11th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 18:30 on February 11th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
