WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Qalandiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 09:00 and again at 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town until 06:00.

Detention

On February 12th 2017, Israeli forces detained 5 residents {including 3 children}: the child Ameer Darbas, Bara' Mahmoud, Majd Ali Abu Sakran {16 years old}, Bashar Mahmoud and Mohammad Fawzi Obied in Jerusalem city.

Physical Assault

At 22:50, Israeli forces assaulted Nasser Quws near Al-Wad road in the old city of Jerusalem.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshipers.
2. On February 12th 2017, Israeli forces attempted to enter an mobile room made of Aluminum into Al-Aqsa Mosque compound through Al-Absat Gate {one of them entrances leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque} during which the mosque guards and several worshipers prevented them.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Detention

At 23:20, Israeli forces positioned along the main road leading to Al-Jalazoun camp detained the child: Yusef Mohammad Al-Ghaleeth {16 years old}.

TUBAS

Raid

At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Khirbiet Humsa area located in the North Jordan valley area and served military orders to 7 residents to halt construction on 16 Live stock structures owned by : Ali Fariekh Abu Al-Kabash, Yasser Mahmoud Abu Al-Kabash, Abdallah Mahmoud Abu Al-Kabash, Nasser Mahmoud Abu Al-Kabash, Hakim Ali Abu Al-Kabash, Sanad Yasser Abu Al-Kabash and Tayseer Abu Al-Kabash.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Lid town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:25.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 03:25.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khalid Ali Mustafa Swiliem and Issam Salah Ali Swiliem in Qalqilya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1.At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sabastiya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shave Shomron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Burin village.

JERICHO

Temporary Detention

At 16:40, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge temporarily detained Ishaq Darwish Al-Qanah {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus District} then released him at a later time.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 11:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Container military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 12:30.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:45 and again at 15:05, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the east and west entrances of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Beit Sahur town stadium then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 19:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Sahour city then withdrew at 20:50.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained 2 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 02:55.
3. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Doha town and detained a resident.
4. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and detained 3 residents.
5. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city and detained a resident.
6. At 05:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Obidiya town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On February 11th 2017, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Adnan Khalil Issa {A resident of Jurat Al-Sham'a village}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Jawad Ibrahim Mohammad Taqatqa {16 years old} and Fadi Mahmoud Taqatqa in Beit Fajjar town.
3. Israeli forces detained Mazen Mohammad Zawahra in Al-Doha town.
4. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ameen Abdallah Musa Abu Ahour, Khader Ahmad Masalmah and Eid Kamal Eid Al-Kamal in Bethlehem city
5. Israeli forces detained Adam Mahmoud Abdel-Rahman Darwish {15 years old} in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.
6. Israeli forces detained Shafiq Ali Suliman Radaydah in Ubeidiya town.

Attack

At 14:15, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Teqou' fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhoul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
2. At 09:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Samou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:35.

Raid

At 09:00 and again at 04:40, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:40.

Detention

1. At 21:45, Israeli forces detained the child: Ward Ibrahim Awad {16 years old} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Imad Hamdi Abu Khalaf and Yusef Khayri Abu Sineneh in Hebron city.

Physical Assault

At 17:25, Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Juhar area located in the old city of Hebron assaulted Naji Nader Abd-Rabo Al-Rajabi {18 years old} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Rafah Districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:00 on February 12th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is partially open for the exit of 601 residents {with humanitarian and emergency medical cases, students and International passport holder} and the entry of 270 residents into Gaza as well as the entry of 56 truck loads of Cement and steel for construction purposes.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 22:50 on February 12th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
