JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces raided Hizma town.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and detained 2 residents {including a child}.
3. At dawn on February 13th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. At 05:00 on February 12th 2018, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Amoud Area in Jerusalem city detained Ashraf Ashour.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Qusay Ahmad Dari {17 years old} and Uday Ahmad Dari in Al-Eisawiya village.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ahmed Ouda Yacoub, Mohamed Mahmoud Mutair, and Jasser Mohammed Abed Rabbo in Qalandiya camp.

Attack

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Ram town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

On February 12th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Halishi area Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city and slashed the tires of several residential vehicles and spray painted anti arab and racist graffiti.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Ein Yabrud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Beit Ur Al-Tahta village and detained a resident.
3. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Ein village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 17:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles until 19:00.

Raid

1. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Abwein, Arrura, Beit Rima, Deir Ghassana towns and Jalijliya, Mazar'a Al-Nubani, Ajoul, Deir Al-Sudan, Qarwat Bani Zied and Kafr Ein villages until 06:10.
2. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city and Beituniya town until 04:00.
3. At dawn on February 13th 2018, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and , attempted to run over the child Husam Habbas Bani Odah {17 years old}{A student at Iz Al-Din Al-Qassam school}.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Jenin cit and its camps, Al-Silah Al-Harthiya, Al-Zababdah, Qabatiya, Arraba, Maythaloun and Kafr Ra'i towns, Nazlat Zied, Bi'r Al-Basha, Al-Kafir, Masliya and Al-Jarba villages until 03:00.
3. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Um Al-Rihan village and detained a resident.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Quffin, Baqa Al-Sharqiya and Zieta towns, Nazlat Issa , Nazlat Abu Al-Nar and Al-Nazlat Al-Wausta villages until 21:50.
2. At 05:15,Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Tulkarem and Nour Al-Shams camps, detained 4 residents {including 2 Security Force officers} in Nour Al-Shams camp then withdrew at 07:15.

Detention

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces detained Hanin Abdel-Qadder Salah Mar {A resident of Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Fares Mohammed Abdullah Khalifa, Al-Askari - Mahfouz Nadhmi Ali Aisha, Nihad Ahmed Yousef Harb, and Alaa Ahmed Mahmoud Abu Qusaidu in Nour Al-Shams camp.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Imatin village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of East Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 04:00.

Settlers Attacks

At 05:45, a group of Israeli settlers from "Gilad" settlement outpost located in Jit village slashed the tires of 3 vehicles and smashed the windshields of 3 vehicles owned by Ali Mashhour Yamin and spray painted racist graffiti on the walls of a home.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 16:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement junction located in North Huwara town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.

Raid

1. At 19:45, Israeli forces raided Beita town {for alleged firebombing of a settlers vehicle}.
2. At 20:10, Israeli forces raided Einbuis village until 00:25.

Closure of main Roads

On February 12th 2018, Israeli forces closed 2 bypass roads which connect Beita with Awarta and Awdla village with dirt mounds.

Settlers Attacks

At dawn on February 13th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Awarta village and conducted Talmudic rituals near archaeological sites then smashed the windshields and slashed the tires of several vehicles in the area.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballut town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:30,Israeli forces raided Deir Ballut town.
2. At 17:35, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town.
3. At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town, stormed a gas station and inspected surveillance camera footage.
4. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Dik town until 06:00.

Attack

At 18:05, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction Military checkpoint opened fire towards a vehicle for allegedly not stopping at the checkpoint.

Destruction of Property

At 07:30 on February 12th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Wadi Qana area near Deir Istiya town and demolished a building and a live stock barn owned by Nathmi Salman and Riziq Abed Abu Ruda for allegedly being built with out a licence because of its location in Area C which is under Israeli Military and administrative control.

JERICHO

Detention

At 21:15, Israeli forces detained Awwad Suliman Malihat {A resident of a Bedouin community near Al-Oja village} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area located near Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on February 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Nihalin village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on February 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Husan village and detained a resident.
3. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village and summoned Yasser Ahmad Omar Al-Shiekh to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
4. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city until 02:10.
5. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town until 03:30.
6. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city until 04:00.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Bara Ibrahim Sami Shakarna in Nihalin village.
2. Israeli forces detained Jamal Jaber Taha Hamamra in Husan village.

Attack

At 08:20, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Teqou' town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North Hebron city {at bypass road 35} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the north entrance of Hebron city {located along bypass road 35 near Halhul town bridge}.
4. At 23:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Sahab junction in the old city of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 06:55.
3. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Surif town then searched several homes.
4. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town.

Detention

At 09:45, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Issa Al-Qawasmi {A resident of Hebron city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Destruction of Property

On February 12th 2018, Israeli forces demolished a vehicle repair shop owned by Ibrahim Sabarna located along road {60} near Beit Ummar town for allegedly being built with out a licence.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 12:30 on February 12th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in Jahr Al-Dik town located in south east Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
