WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bir Nabala town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents as they stormed Al-Quds University campus and as a result left 17 residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 11:40, Israeli forces raided Bir Nabala town until 11:05.

Detention

1. At 05:00 on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Abu Al-Hawa and Hisham Abu Al-Hawa in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces detained Waleed Siyam in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. At 05:20, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya military checkpoint detained Ameer Isbitan.

Attack

At 10:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they stormed Al-Quds University campus during their raid int Abu Dis town and as a result left 17 residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

House Demolition

1. At 08:30, Israeli Authorities forced Jamal Barikat to demolish his home{40 m2} in Sur Baher village for allegedly being built with out a licence and threatened with imposing a hefty financial penalty if the Israeli Military implemented the demolition.
2. At 13:00, Israeli authorities demolished a home owned by Farial Ja'abis {100m} in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in
Jerusalem city for allegdly being built without a licence.
3. On February 12th 2019, Israeli authorities demolished a home {180 m} owned by Jamal Yahya Idkedek and a storage room {60 m} owned by Ma'moun Jamal Yahya Idkedek in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out licenses.

Destruction of Property

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces demolished a live stock den {100 m} owned by Al-Natsha familiy in Wadi Al-Dam area in Beit Hanina town for allegdly being built without a license.
2. On February 12th 2019, Israeli authorities demolished a storage room {60 m} owned by Ma'moun Jamal Yahya Idkedek in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out license.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 12th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.
3. At 14:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Malik village and detained a resident.
4. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village, temporaraily detained a resident and released him at a later time then withdrew at 16:35.
5. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 16:05, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town until 16:30.
2. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Kobar and Bir Ziet towns, Abu Shikhidum and Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya villages, detained a child in Kobar town then withdrew at 05:10.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Kafr Malik village detained Malik Anas Dar Ayesh.
2. Israeli forces detained Mujahid Wajdi Fihmi Al-Barghouthi {17 years old} in Kobar town.

Temporary Detention

1.On the morning of February 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of "Pesagout" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city temporarily detained 2 school children as they were travelling to Al-Hashimiya school took them inside the settlement then released them at a later time.
2. At 14:55, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village temporarily detained Jafar Mu'tadil Assi {A resident of Beit Rima town} then released him at a later time.

JENIN

Raid

1. On the evening of February 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and stormed several merchant shops.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Arraba town and Fahma village, detained a resident in Fahma village then withdrew at 05:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Labib NAwasra in Fahma village.

TUBAS

Raid

At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Tubas city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 3 residents and assaulted Ali Mahmoud Amliyan and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Detention

1. At 07:55 on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces detained Akram Mahmoud Ka'anba in Um Al-Jamal area located in the North Jordan valley.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Arrabi Muafaq Abu Dawas, Uday Shahrouri and Ahmad Hussien Daraghman in Tubas city.

Injuries

Israeli forces assaulted Ali Mahmoud Amliyan during their raid into Tubas city and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Attack

At 03:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Tubas city.

Assaults on Property

At 12:30,Israeli forces began digging to build a water line for the Israeli company "Makrout" in the agricultural land west of the road leading to the village of Kordala in the northern Jordan valley.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:50, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Farisiya area in the Nrth Jordan valley and assaulted Barakat Ali Zuhdi Abu Muh'sien {A resident of Tubas city} as he was herding his goats in the area and a as result left him hospitalized with contusions.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At dawn on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city and detained 2 residents.
2. At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Nazlat Issa, Nazlat Al-Sharqiya, Nazlat Al-Wusta and Nazlat Abu Al-Nar villages.

Detention

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Marwan Fathi Mahmoud Tau'ma {a resident of Quffin town}.
2. On February 12th 2019, Israeli forces detained Abbas Salim Abu Baker {A resident of Izbat Nasser village}.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Issam Musa Mir'i and Mohammad Musa Mi'ri in Shweikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Fanduq village, stormed and searched 2 homes, temporarily detained a resident and released him at a later time then withdrew at 18:00.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
3. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town.

Temporary Detention

At 17:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained Obada Hisham Jab'ety for allegedly carrying a knife during their raid into Al-Fanduq village then released him at a later time.

Settlers Attacks

At 18:30, a Israeli settler driving his vehicle travelling along the main road in Al-Fanduq village ran over Bassim Hassan {55 years old}{A resident of Azzun town} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Injuries

Bassim Hassan {55 years old}{A resident of Azzun town} was hospitalized with contusions after a Israeli settler driving his vehicle travelling along the main road in Al-Fanduq village ran him over.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 08:05, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Beit Furiq" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 10:15.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.
2. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Huwara town road then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Furiq town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 23:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement, detained a resident after opening fire towards his vehicle.

Raid

1. At 21:25, Israeli forces raided Einbuis village until 22:40.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Nablus city.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction detained Mohammad Yahya Abu Zahra {A resident of Nablus city} after opening fire towards his vehicle.

Attack

At 23:30, Israeli forces Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction opened fire towards a vehicle before detaining the driver.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 13:15, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land located near the main road leading to Assira Al-Qibliya village and stormed residents and vehicles travelling along the road and as a result damaged several vehicles then withdrew at 13:30.
2. At 13:15, Israeli settler stormed agricultural land in Jalloud village then withdrew at 14:00.

SALFIT

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Dik town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Bassam Hassan Ali Ahmad in Kafr Al-Dik town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road in Al-Oja village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Nihalin town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:00.
2. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 16:50 and again at 19:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city, stormed a home, searched surveillance camera footage then withdrew at 02:55.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Wadi Al-Huriya area located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, Dura and Al-Thahriya towns, detained a resident in Dura town then withdrew at 05:50.
2. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Halhul town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Anas Fayiz Fawzi Amro in Dura town.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Nasser Al-Dudat and Nasser Mohammad Hanhin in Halhul town.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Al-Tuwani village, smashed the windshields of several vehicles and uprooted several Olive tree planted a few weeks ago.
2.At 14:25, a group of Israeli settlers attacked the home of Hana Jamil Abu Haykal in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron.
3. At 18:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Mussaffar area located in east Yatta town, assaulted 2 residents: Jihad Ibrahim Abu Sabha and Mahmoud Ibrahim Abu Sabha and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.
4. On February 12th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the old city of Hebron and attacked the home of Abu Imad Iqnibi then threatened to kill him and his family if they did not leave the home.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Khan Yunis district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as as result injured 6 residents and left 15 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• A child died of critical injuries sustained during clashes in Al-Buriej camp on February 8th 2019.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 09:00 on February 12th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 15:00 on February 12th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards approximately 30 Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
3. At 15:30 on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in North West Beit Lahiya town during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents and left 15 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in North West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision

At 17:30 on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 17:00 on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return and as a result injured 4 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp.

Killings

At 19:30 on February 12th 2019, the child: Hassan Nabil Ahmad Nofal {17 years old}{A resident of Al-Nussirat camp} died of critical injuries sustained during clashes in Al-Buriej camp on February 8th 2019.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 08:45 on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Khuza'a town and leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 12:30.

Attack

At 12:20 on February 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 09:30 on February 12th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
