ALL DISTRICTS

On February 12th 2020, demonstrations took place for the second consecutive day in all districts in the West Bank and Gaza strip rejecting The United States of America's presidents announcement of the "Deal of the Century" which aims to settle the Palestinian issue, and the participants in the marches and events confirmed their support of President Mahmoud Abbas and Palestinian leaderships demand for the implementation of the International resolutions to safeguarding the rights of the Palestinian people on their land and establishing an independent and fully sovereign Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital within the borders of June 4, 1967.

JERUSALEM

Raid

On the evening of February 12, 2020, Israeli forces raided Al-Issawiya village, where they clashed with the citizens, and arrested 2 citizens.

Detention

1. On the evening of February 12, 2020, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 3 citizens in the Old City of Jerusalem: Nidal Abu Ermila, Haitham Amin Siyam, and Ahmed Swaydan.
2. On the evening of December 12, 2020, the occupation forces arrested, in the Jabal Al-Mukaber neighborhood of Jerusalem, the citizen: Karim Abu Kaf.
3. On the morning of February 13 ,2020, the Israeli occupation forces arrested the owner: Muhammad Malik Abu Sway in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem.
4. The two detainees in the village of Al-Issawiya are: Mustafa Al-Afifi and Ziad Abu Ryala.

Attack

On the evening of February 12th 2020, during the raid of Al-Issawiya village, the Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas and tear gas canisters at the demonstrators, claiming that they were throwing rocks while they were patrolling.

At 11:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of the village of Nabi Saleh, and arrested a child.

Raid

1. At 01:35, an Israeli army force stormed the city of Ramallah and the town of Beitunia, where clashes took place with the citizens during a raid and search of a number of houses, which resulted in the injury of 3 citizens, and the confiscation of surveillance cameras for a number of houses, the arrest of a citizen, and the hourly withdrawal 02:40.

At 01:35, the Israeli occupation forces, during the storming of Ramallah and the town of Beitunia, fired rubber-coated metal bullets and sound and tear gas canisters towards the citizens, under the pretext that they were throwing stones at them while they raided and searched a number of houses, wounding 3 citizens and wounding a number of citizens - Cases of suffocation due to inhalation of tear gas.

Injuries

The 3 wounded during clashes with the occupation forces while they stormed the city of Ramallah and the town of Betunia (whose names are not known).

Closure of main Roads

2. At 16:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem Governorate), to search vehicles and verify the identities of citizens until 17:10.

Raid

1. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Asakra village, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 03:10.
2. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided the Deheisheh camp in the city of Bethlehem, arrested a citizen, and detained two citizens (one citizen and his son), and later released them, and withdrew at 05:15.

GAZA STRIP

At 13:40 on December 12th, 2020, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their position behined their green lines towards agricultural land, east of Al-Bureij refugee camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 08:30 on December 12, 2020, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of the town of Khuza'a, east of Khan Yunis.
2. At 08:35 on December 12, 2020, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on green lines towards agricultural land, east of the town of Qarara, in the northeast of Khan Yunis.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
