WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 02:20.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 04:55.
3. At dawn on February 14th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 11 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Uday Mutour, and Mohamed Idris in Al-Ram town.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Haytham Mahmoud Ayyad, Adham Nader Jafal, Mahmoud Khaled Jafal and Mohammed Murad Abu Hilal in Abu Dis town.
3. Israeli forces detained 11 residents: Anas Abu Aseb, Ahmed Yousef Obaid, Khaled Awni Abu Ghosh, Mohamed Mousa Mustafa, Samir Akram Attia, Hossam Samih Alyan, Laith Darwish, Ahmed Daoud Moheisen, Tamer Darwish, Amir Darwish, Mohamed Bassam Alian in Al-Eisawiya village.

Destruction of Property

On December 13th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Al-Eisawiya village and demolished 2 dens used as Pizza and sandwich shop and a hot drinks shop for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Budrus and Qabiyat villages and detained 2 residents.

Raid

1. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, Al-Amari camp and Beituniya town, detained a resident in Al-Amari camp then withdrew at 04:30.
2. At dawn on February 14th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in the area between Budrus and Qabiya villages detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Mohammed Hassan Alian {17 years old}, and Mohammed Ibrahim Hanoun - (both residents of Budrus village}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Mardush in Al-Amari camp located in Al-Bireh city.
3. Israeli forces detained Qussay Mustafa Abu Aliya in Al-Mughier village.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 17:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town, Ti'inik and Kafr Dan villages.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
3. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camps, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:30.
4. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town, Kafr Dan and Bi'r Al-Basha villages.

Detention

1. At 10:55, Israeli forces detained the child: Ahmad Khalifa {17 years old}{A resident of Jenin city}near Salem Military base for allegedly carrying a suspicious object.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: 'Alaa Mahmoud Abu al-Rub {resident Jenin city} and Wissam Hanoun { resident of Jenin camp} in Jenin city and Jenin camp.

TUBAS

Raid

At 12:20, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Hilwa area located in the North Jordan valley.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 12:00 and again at 20:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:10.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Jayyous and Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hablah town until 03:40.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Thulth town, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Diya Abdel-Haleem Shawahna in Kafr Thulth town.

Land Confiscation

On February 13th 2018, Israeli forces served a military order for the confiscation of 52 dunums of residential owned agricultural land located on the west area of "Alfei Menashe" settlement for settlement construction purposes (Amendment of the settlement plan for the construction of housing units for settlers}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Sharaf village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 19:50.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Muraba'a area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:45.

Raid

At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Dajjan village, detained a resident then withdrew at 06:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Marwan Bassam Amawi in Beit Dajjan village.

Attack

At 16:55, Israeli forces positioned in the south area of Salem village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident and left 3 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Mohamed Lotfi Abdel Awad Ashtia {A resident of Salem village} during clashes in the south area of Salem village.

Closure of main Roads

At 23:20, Israeli forces closed the bypass road located near "Yitshar" settlement located in North Huwwara town which leads to Sarah village junction and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.

Settlers Attacks

At 05:20, Israeli settlers from "Yitshar" settlement stoned the homes of Ahmad Daoud and Jawad Abdel-Rau'f located in Assira Al-Qibliya village and as a result shattered several windows then withdrew at 05:40.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafil Harris town and Harris village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
3. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballut town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:50, Israeli forces raided Bidiya town.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town.

Closure of main Roads

At 18:30, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Kafil Harris and Deir Istiya towns and Harris village thus impeded the free flow of traffic.

JERICHO

Raid

At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village until 04:10.

Settlers Attacks

At 16:50, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Wadi Al-Firan area located in North Marj Al-Na'ja village and assaulted Bassam Ismail Mohammad Zabidat {A resident of Al-Zabidat village} and as s result left him hospitalized with contusions.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:40.
2. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:40.

Raid

1. At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city until 03:45.
2. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, Ayda camp and Doha town, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 03:45.
3. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisha camp in Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a residents then withdrew at 03:45.
4. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Ubidiya town until 07:10.
5. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:45.

Detention

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint detained Suhayeb Al-Qawasmi {A resident of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Mohammed Adil Al Kamil {A residents of Bethlehem City, Daoud Albo {A residents of Bethlehem City}, Shadi Muhammad Shehadeh Badouna {A residents of Ayda Camp in Bethlehem city} and Mohammed Sameeh Ezbet {A residents of Doha} during their raid into Bethlehem city, Ayda camp and Doha town
3. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Ahmed Mahmoud Tqaqqa in Beit Fajjar town.

Attack

At 02:10, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their arid into Al-Duhisheh camp and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in Al-Duhisheh camp.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along the main road connecting Bethlehem and Hebron} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Einun village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town until 24:00.
2. At 23:10, Israeli forces raided Dura town.
3. At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
4. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Samu' town.
5. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town.
6. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Halhul town.

Detention

At 15:40, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Halhul town detained Samer Mohammad Saber Sabarna {A resident of Beit Ummar town} after Israeli forces Military vehicle rammed his vehicle and as a result injured 4 residents {including his wife, his brother and his 2 month old baby} and as a result they were hospitalized with contusions.

Physical Assault

Israeli forces Military vehicle rammed a vehicle near the North entrance of Halhul town and as a result injured 4 residents: Samer Mohammed Saber Sbararna, his sister Aseel, his wife Dana, and their two-year-old son Yazen and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
