WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Qutna village then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

At 21:00, Israeli forces detained Ali Radi Mohammad Arikat {A resident of Abu Dis town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Temporary Detention

On February 13th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city sentenced Waleed Siyam {A resident of the old city of Jerusalem} to home detention until February 15th 2019 as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 20:30, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Hizma town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

House Demolition

At 13:00, Israeli authorities in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city demolished a home {approximately 65 m2} owned by Mohammad Obidat for allegdly being built with out a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

At 20:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Mukhmas village junction impeded the free flow of traffic in the area.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 13th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Abu Mash'al village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Mughier village, assaulted a residents and as a result left him hospitalized with a fractured foot then withdrew at 00:45.

Raid

1. At 09:55, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village then stormed and searched several homes.
2. At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, detained 3 residents {including 2 children} then withdrew at 05:30.
3. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 5 residents {including a child}.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Yusef Ehab Musa Al-Zabadi {17 years old}, Ibrahim Nassir Al-Zibadi and Qusay Hamza Hamidat {17 years old} in Al-Jalazoun camp.
2. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Abdel-Rahim Nafith Abdel-Al {17 years old}, Soliman Mislih Al-Dik, Fadi Abu Adi and Jabr Ibrahim Al-Sayis in Kafr Ni'ma village.

Attack

At 03:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Kafr Ni'ma village.

Injuries

Obeida Hassan Abu Aliya {A resident of Al-Mugheir village} was hospitalized with a fractured foot after Israeli forces assaulted him near a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Al-Mugheir village.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:20, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the area near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village and installed tents in the area then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli military.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Khilat Ijmi' area located in the North Jordan valley and impeded the free flow of traffic from both directions.

Assaults on Property

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces escorting a Excavator stormed Al-Malah area in the North Jordan valley and began construction work in the area.
2. At 10:00 on February 13th 2019,he Israeli military forced 50 families out of their home in Khirbeit Ras Al-Ahmar, Al-Malah, Al-Maytat and Al-Burj areas located in the North Jordan valley region from 10:00 until 17:00 for alleged military training in the area {which was based on a prior military order given to local residents}.

Confiscation of Property

At 13:40, Israeli forces positioned at Ras Al-Ahmar area located in the North Jordan valley area confiscated a vehicle owned by Ahmad Thiyab Abu Kahziran {A resident of Tubas city}.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Quffin town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 5 residents then withdrew at 02:40.

Detention

1. On February 13th 2019, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Akram Mohammad Zariqi {A resident of Bal'a town}.
2. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Ameer Sa'id Khalid Harshat, Rabi' Jamal Harshat, Amin Ahmad Sa'id Khashan, Mohammad Sa'id Sabah and Mohammad Samir Ammar in Quffin town.

Attack

At 00:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Quffin town.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Jayyous and Azzun towns until 16:00.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home , detained a resident then withdrew at 01:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Mohammad Baydat in Jayyous town.

Attack

At 01:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jayyous town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:10.
2. At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Burin village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Closure of main Roads

At 13:15, Israeli forces partially closed the entrance of Osarin village with dirt mounds.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 10:30 and again at 18:40,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.
2. At 16:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:15.

Raid

At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Bidya town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:35.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Amin Mohammad Salah Ahmad in Bidya town.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 22:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Kafr Al-Dik town and damaged a water well.
2. At 10:10 ,a group of settlers stormed Iskaka village and slashed the tires of 20 vehicles owned by (those who were identified): Muhammad Talib Muhammad Harb, Abdullah Ahmad Lami, Hindi Abdul Halim Lami, Adnan Ibrahim Harb, Munir Abdel Halim Harb, Saif Eddin Ahmed Lamy , Jawdat Abdel Halim Lami, Sufian Ibrahim Harb, Abdullah Fawaz Hussein, and also spray-painted anti Arab and racist slogans.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along road {90} in Al-Oja village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Detention

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Yazid Majid Khalid {A resident of Jayyous town in Qalqiliya district} as he was returning from Jordan.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Ush Al-Ghurab area located in east Beit Sahour city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00 and again at 23:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the villages located in west Bethlehem district} city then searched residents and vehicles until 00:20.

House Demolition

At 08:10, Israeli forces demolished a home {approximately 80 m2} owned by Mohammad Musa Zirinat located in Bi'r Owana area in Beit Jalla city which is located near the wall gate for allegedly being built with out a licence.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Halhul town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Sahab junction located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Tabaqat village then stormed and searched 2 homes.
2. At dawn on February 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Yatta town, stormed and searched the home of Samir Bahis and confiscated his vehicle.
3. At dawn on February 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched 2 homes.

Attack

At 21:50, Israeli forces positioned in Khilat Khadour area in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Temporary Detention

At 11:30, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Mussafir area located in east Yatta town temporarily detained Nidal Yunis Makhamrat {Deputy council of Massafar Yatta village} then released him at a later time.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on February 14th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Samir Bahis after storming his home in Yatta town.

Destruction of Property

At 11:00, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed Al-Mussafar area located east Yatta leveled and destroyed water pipe lines which provide water to 17 communities in the area and also leveled a road which was paved by The Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority, which links the Khallet al-Daba area with Mussafer Yatta.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as as result injured 2 residents.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:30 on February 13th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 10:30 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jabaliya town.
3. At 18:00 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in North West Beit Hanoun town during the march of return.
4. At 19:30 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in North West Beit Lahiya town during the march of return.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 14:50 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 14:30 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp.
2. At 15:00 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.
3. At 15:30 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured a resident.
4. At 16:15 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 14:45, on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 15:40 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town located in North Khan Yunis city.
3. At 18:00 on February 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents in east Khuza town located in east Khan Yunis city and as a result injured a resident.
4. At 19:00 on February 13th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards several Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 1 unidentified resident after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
