WEST BANK

ALL DISTRICTS

On February 13th 2020, demonstrations took place for the second consecutive day in all districts in the West Bank and Gaza strip rejecting The United States of America's presidents announcement of the "Deal of the Century" which aims to settle the Palestinian issue, and the participants in the marches and events confirmed their support of President Mahmoud Abbas and Palestinian leaderships demand for the implementation of the International resolutions to safeguarding the rights of the Palestinian people on their land and establishing an independent and fully sovereign Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital within the borders of June 4, 1967.

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 14:00, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Al-Zaeem checkpoint, impeding traffic.

Raid

On the evening of 14. 02. 2020, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Al-Issawiya, where they clashed with the citizens while they were patrolling.

Detention

On the 14th of February 2020, the occupation forces arrested 2 citizens - residents of Al-Eizariya town, and they: Muhammad Muhannad Ghobash and Muhammad Ata Muhammad Bussa.

Attack

1. At 17:40, the Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas and tear gas canisters at the demonstrators, near the entrance to the town of Hazma, on the pretext that they were throwing stones.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:15, the Israeli occupation forces erected a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mishaal village, to search cars and verify citizens ’identities.
2. At 18:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to the village of Beit Awar, to search vehicles and verify citizens ’identities.

Detention

At 14:10, the occupation forces arrested, citizen: Usama Hamed Saleh - residents of the village of Deir Al-Sudan, while he was checking with the Israeli intelligence, based on a prior notification.

Attack

1. At 12:50 p.m., israeli forces in the village of Bil'in fired sound bombs and tear gas at the demonstrators, under the pretext of being stoned.

1. At 13:15, the occupying forces closed the northern entrance to the village of Shaqba, to traffic.
2. On 14. 02. 2020 The occupying forces closed the iron gate at the entrance to the town of Abboud, in front of traffic.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 18:25, the occupying forces tightened their measures at the Tiaser checkpoint, blocking traffic until 19:40.

TULKAREM

Attack

At 15:00, the occupying forces charged with guarding the apartheid wall adjacent to the town of Qaqin fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at the demonstrators, under the pretext of being stoned, injuring a citizen.

Injuries

The man wounded during clashes with israeli forces guarding the apartheid barrier near the town of Qaqin (his name is not known).

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:20, the occupying forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to the town of Azzun to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

Attack

1. At 12:30 p.m., the occupying forces, who are in the vicinity of the Jaljulia checkpoint, southeast of Qalqilya, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at the protesting citizens, under the pretext of being stoned.
2. At 13:00, the occupying forces fired metal bullets, rubber-coated bombs and tear gas at the demonstrators, protesting against the closure of the village entrance, on the pretext of being stoned, injuring 20 citizens. Asphyxiation due to inhalation of tear gas.

At 16:00, the occupying forces fired sound bombs and tear gas at the citizens, claiming that they had been stoned.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 19:40, the occupying forces tightened their measures at the Za'atra junction checkpoint, blocking traffic until 21:00.

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:20 , the occupying forces set up a roadblock at the eastern entrance to the village of Yasov to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 11:55.

Detention

At 20:15, the occupying forces arrested Hussein Abdel Moneim Dawabsheh, a resident of Madma village.

JERICHO

Attack

1. At 12:45, israeli forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at the demonstrators, under the pretext of being stoned, and arrested a child.
2. At 12:50, israeli forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at the demonstrators, under the pretext of being stoned.

Detention

The child arrested during clashes with the occupying forces at the northern entrance to Jericho is Yassin Omar Sash, 15.

At 07:40, the occupying forces tightened their measures at the Kantiner checkpoint and blocked traffic.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:40, the occupying forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to al-Fawwar camp to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 4:00 p.m., the occupying forces set up a roadblock on the Halahul town bridge to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

GAZA STRIP
