WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Attack

At 17:15, Israeli forces positioned in Ras Al-Kabsa area located in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 15th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Raid

At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village , stormed and searched 3 homes then withdrew at 04:00.

Detention

At 11:20, Israeli forces positioned at Ni'lin town military checkpoint detained 2 residents: Ayham Abdel-Latif and Mohammad Khaldoun Amin Al-Barghouthi {Both are residents of Beit Rima town}.

Attack

1. 12:30,Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against land confiscation and settler violence} for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 12:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning in Bil'in village
3. At 13:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning in Nil'in village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Yamoun town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:50.
2. At 17:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Hadad Al-Siyahiya village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:55.

Raid

At 09:40, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town, Zubaba and Ti'inik villages.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 16:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Allar town.
2. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Quffin and Zieta towns and Nazlat Abu Al-Nar and Nazlat Al-Wusta villages.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 17:00.

Attack

On the evening of February 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at "Ayal" crossing point located in North Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces raided Aqraba town and Osarin village until 16:45.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Azmout, Salem and Deir Al-Hatab villages until 04:50.

Attack

At 09:50, Israeli forces positioned in Orif village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Yusef Ali Shihada and Farhan Nijim Shihada during clashes in Orif village.

Land Levelling

On February 15th 2019, Israeli forces leveled a plot of land and placed dirt mounds near the water tank near Orif village school, denying villagers access to their 200 dunums of land.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:10.
2. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the villages located in west Bethlehem district} city then searched residents and vehicles until 17:50.

Raid

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 16:50.
2. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Khalayil Al-Louz village until 17:10.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 10:55, Israeli forces raided Dura and Beit Awa towns and Beit Marsam and Deir Al-Asal villages.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town until 22:25.
3. At dawn on February 16th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Abdel-Fattah Khalid Abu Sal and Mohammad Khalid Salamat Al-Jandi in Al-Arrub camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza ,Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 20 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 14:30 on February 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 14:30 on February 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 4 residents {including a Journalist} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 4 residents {including a Journalist}: Mohammad Al-Za'noun after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 14:30 on February 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return and as a result injured 3 residents {including a child and a woman} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents {including a child and a woman} after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 13:30 on February 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

At 14:30 on February 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as as a result injured 9 resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
