At 12:30, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site and as a result and left several demonstrators suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

4. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Burqa village until 03:00.

At 16:30, a group of Israeli settlers {Under the protection of Israeli Forces} stormed Madma village during which Israeli soldiers fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents who attempted to prevent the settler attack.

At 19:20, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 19:55.

4. At 14:10, Israeli forces raided Betar village.
5. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Ayda camp, stormed several homes and summoned 3 residents: Mohammad Hamad, Raed Mustafa Awaies and Abdel-Hay Abu Sarur to report to Israeli intelligence for questioning.

At 09:10 on February 17th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
