JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Jib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on February 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qutna village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces detained Hatem Abu Assab in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Ameen Rawhi Taha in Qutna village.

Home seizure

On February 17th 2019, Israeli forces seized the family home of Hatem Abu Assab located in Aqbat Al-Khaldiya area in the old city of Jerusalem {which has been resided by the family for 65 years} and handing it over to one of the settlement associations based on the occupation law "Custodian of Absentee Property".

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 17th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Rawabi city roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. On February 17th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge and detained a resident.

Raid

At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet and Kobar town, Abu Shikhidum, Al-Mazra'a Al-Qibliya and Abu Qash towns, clashed with several residents, detained 2 residents in Kobar town then withdrew at 05:40.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Munir Abdel-Jalil Al-Abed and Abdallah Mohammad Al-Barghouthi in Kobar town.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Atara town bridge detained Ibrahim Al-Arouri.

Attack

At 02:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Bir Ziet and Kobar town, Abu Shikhidum, Al-Mazra'a Al-Qibliya and Abu Qash towns.

Land Levelling

On February 17th 2019, Israeli forces positioned near the east entrance of Deir Intham village leveled agricultural land owned by Ahmad Al-Tamimi, Abdel-Hamid Al-Tamimi and Ahmad Saleh Al-Khatib.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 12:05, Israeli forces raided Sabah Al-Khier neighborhood in Jenin city.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp.
3. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Silat Al-Thaher and Maythaloun towns and Saris and Al-Kafir villages.
4. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya and Arraba towns then detained 3 residents {including a University student}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammed Adnan Yousef Nazzal {A resident of Qabatiya town}, Ibrahim Zakarneh {A resident of Qabatiya town}, Hazem Mazen Al-Atari (university student) - {A resident of Arraba town}.

TUBAS

Raid

At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Aqaba town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Adham Zied Izzat Al-Masri in Aqaba town.

Settlers Violence

At 16:20, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Khilat Hamad area located in the North Jordan valley and chased Ahmad Hussien Zuhdi Abu Muh'sin as he was herding his goats in the area during which the settlers ran over and killed a goat then proceeded to steel 2 others as Israeli forces temporarily detained the owner for more than 2 hours before releasing him

TULKAREM

Raid

At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Shweikiya neighborhood, Tulkarem camp and Far'oun village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident after storming his home in Shweikiya neighborhood.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Hamdan Marwan Idilat in Shweikiya neighborhood located in Tulkarem city.

Attack

At 00:55, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:50 and again at 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 04:10.

Physical Assault

At 21:05, Israeli forces assaulted Saeb Mustafa Mardawi {A resident of Hablat town} as he attempted to enter the wall gate looking for employment.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:35,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furiq military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 13:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} then searched residents and vehicles.

At 11:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.

2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town until 06:30.

1. On February 17th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Container Military checkpoint detained Anas Ismail Abiyat {A resident of Bethlehem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Ayman Mohammad Ahmad Ismail in Jurat Al-Sham'a village.

Detention

At 15:00, Israeli forces detained the child: Ammer Mohammad Sadeq Iqteni {13 years old} after storming his home in the old city of Hebron.

Attack

At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Al-Rish Military checkpoint in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by launching tank artillery shells and opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza and Central Gaza districts and as as result injured 20 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:50 on February 17th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 18:00 on February 17th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in East Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 18 residents {including 1 residents critically injured}.
3. On the evening on the evening of February 17th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in east Beit Hanoun town.
4. On the evening of February 17th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured a resident.
5. At 23:15 on February 17th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Beit Lahiya town.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 18 unidentified residents during clashes East Jabaliya town during the march of return.
2. Israeli forces injured a unidentified residents after launching tank artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1.At 15:45 on February 17th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp and as as result injured a child.
2.At 23:35 on February 17th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Nussirat camp.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified child during clashes East Al-Buriej camp during the march of return.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 07:50 on February 17th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

At 07:50 on February 17th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
