JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on February 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At dawn on February 18th 2018, Israeli forces detained Adel Issam Al-Kahtib during their raid into Hizma town {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.
2. At dawn on February 19th 2018, Israeli forces detained 5 residents {including 3 children}: Muslim Musa Odeh, Ahmad Ziad Zaidani, {14 years old}, Mohammed Samer Sarhan{14 years old}, Uday Adnan Ghaith, {17 years old} and Ahmed Zia Ghaith in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Shadi Muhisien Al-Eisawiya village.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Sa'ada in Al-Ram town.

Attack

At 19:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hizma town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road connecting Surda village and "Bet El" settlement then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

1. At 14:20, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town until 15:00.
2. At dawn on February 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home and summoned Bassil Al-Rimawi to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Attack

1. At 16:05, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Janiya village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 18:25, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Sinjil town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3 At dawn on February 19th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Beit Rima town.

JENIN

Detention

At 14:15, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of "Salem" military base detained Ahmad Fayez Bushkar {A resident of Askar camp in Nablus city}.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 19:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Shufa" military checkpoint an impeded the free flow of traffic until 22:00.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 04:40.
2. At dawn on February 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mahmoud Badir {16 years old}, Anas Saqr al-Aqra, and Suhaib 'Abdul Karim Musa Abu Hamed{17 years old} in Qalqiliya city.

Attack

At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in west Jayyous town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 16:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 24:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village and detained a child.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Yitshar" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Sharaf village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.
4. At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sara village then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.

1. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town until 22:00.
2. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Einbus village until 24:00.
3. At dawn on February 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 2 residents.
4. At dawn on February 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beita town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 22:35, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara Military checkpoint detained 2 residents: Waseem Shaher Issa Al-Aqra and Hazem Qassim Al-Aqra {Both are residents of Qaballan town}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village detained Anas Iyad Sulaiman Aweis {16 years old}{A resident of Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village}.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nasser Al-Assi and Mohammed Abdul-Zahra in Nablus city
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mustafa Khadr and Alaa Sabri Farhat in Beita town.

Attack

At dawn on February 19th 2018, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 16:40 and again at 21:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 24:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 17:40, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes , detained 3 residents{including a child} then withdrew at 20:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Muhannad Naim Abdul Karim, Jihad Abdul Karim Sheikh Abdullah, and his brother Amjad {17 years old} in Deir Istiya town.

Attack

At 17:40,Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Deir Istiya town.

Physical Assault

At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned near Kafr Al-Dik town assaulted Nidal Wasif Ali Ahmad {A resident of Kafr Al-Dik town} and as a result left him hospitalized with a fractured leg and contusions.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 04:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town and detained 2 residents {including a child}.
2. At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained a resident.
3. At 04:55, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 05:50.

Detention

1. At 13:55, Israeli forces detained Murad Mahmoud Ahmad Taqatqa {A resident of Beit Fajjar town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Iyad Nader Ahmad Tataqqa {17 years old} and Ahmed Mahmoud Ibrahim Tqatqa in Beit Fajjar town.
3. Israeli forces detained Hamza Adna Musa Al-Bathan in Teqou town.

Attack

At 04:55, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Raid

At 06:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained an elderly resident.

Detention

1. At 20:05, Israeli forces positioned near "Kiryat Arba'a" settlement located in east Hebron city detained 2 residents: Tarek Khader Aida and Safwan Youssef Rashad Aida {Both are residents of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Suliman Abdel-Qadder Al-Zarrour Al-Tamimi {75 years old} in Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.
•Israeli warplanes launched 10 missiles towards Gaza and Rafah district.

• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement opening fire and launched projectiles towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Palestinian Attacks

At 20:50 on February 18th 2018, Palestinian gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.

Air Strike

At 03:30 on February 19th 2018,Israeli fighter jets launched 10 missile towards agricultural land located in east Al-Shukat town located in east Rafah city.
