WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 12:30, the occupying forces stormed the town of Anata, where clashes took place with citizens while on patrol, injuring a citizen.
2.At dawn on 21. 02. 2020 The occupying forces stormed the village of Al-Issawiya and arrested a citizen.

Detention

1. At 08:30, the occupying forces arrested Abdullah Hussein al-Abbasi, residents of the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem.
2. The detainee in the village of Al-Issawiya is Fadi Alian.

Attack

At 12:30, Israeli forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at citizens, claiming that they had been stoned while patrolling, injuring a citizen.

Injuries

The wounded man during clashes with the occupying forces in the town of Anata is Qais Hassan Alian.

Closure of main Roads

On 20. 02. 2020 The occupying forces closed a main road leading to the land of the eastern village of Sawahara, preventing citizens from moving through it.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupying police, stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

At 19:10, Israeli forces raided Betuniya until 20:00.

Detention

At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the “Al-Mahkama” checkpoint located near the “Beit El” settlement, north of Al-Bireh city arrested Ramiz Issa Hamid, a resident of Silwad town.

Attack

At 22:10, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire towards a vehicle carrying 4 children, criticaly injuring 1 child , and transferred him to an Israeli hospital. They also detained the 3 children who were with him, and later released them.

Injuries

The child who was seriously wounded by the shooting of a vehicle carrying 4 children near the village of Beiten is: Muhammad Abdel Majid Muhammad Sarma, 16, from the village of Deir Dibwan.

Temporary Detention

The 3 children who were detained by the occupation forces after they shot a vehicle carrying them after they wounded another child - seriously wounded near the village of Beiten are: Mahmoud Mohamed Awawdeh, 15 years old, Saif Al-Din Awawdeh, 15 years old, and Dhiaa Al-Din Awawdeh, 15 years old (all residents of the town of Deir Dibwan).

JENIN

Raid

At 08:45, Israeli forces raided the towns of Ya'bad and Arabeh, and conducted patrols until 11:00.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

1. On the morning of February 20, 2020, the Israeli occupation forces closed the Tayasir checkpoint, in front of traffic in both directions, and reopened it later.
2. At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Tayasir checkpoint, and impeded the movement of traffic.

Settlers Attacks

On the morning of February 20, 2020,a group of Israeli settlers were present near the Khala Makhhul area in the northern Jordan Valley, and chased a number sheep herders while they were grazing their sheep in pastoral lands east of the area.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:00, the occupying forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to the village of Izbat al-Da'i, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 22:50, the occupying forces set up a roadblock at the Sir village junction to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

Attack

At 13:00, the occupying forces, located in the vicinity of the Jaljulia checkpoint, southeast of Qalqilya, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at the protesting citizens, under the pretext of being stoned.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 01:10, the occupying forces tightened their measures at the Hawara checkpoint and blocked traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:55, the occupying forces set up a roadblock near the Shafi Shamron checkpoint to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

Raid

1. At 11:45 , an occupying army force stormed the village of Burin and patrolled until 14:10.
2. At 21:00, a force of the Occupying Army stormed the village of Deir Sharaf and patrolled until 00:40.
3. At 02:50, a force from the Occupying Army stormed the village of Tel and patrolled until 06:20.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 10:10, the occupying forces tightened their measures at the Za'atra junction checkpoint and blocked traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:15, the occupying forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to deir Alot town to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

Raid

At 13:25, an occupying army force stormed the town of Kafr al-Deek and patrolled until 17:20.

Detention

At 19:00, the Israeli occupation forces arrested at the Za'tara Junction checkpoint. The citizen: Adnan Abdel-Rahman Jamal Nizar - residents of Qabatiya town in Jenin Governorate.

JERICHO

Detention

At 21:00, the occupying forces positioned at al-Karama (Allenby) detained Ashraf Abdel Fattah Yusuf Hijazi, a resident of Tulkarem, on his way back from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem Governorate), to search cars and verify citizens ’identities.
2. At 14:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the entrance of Tuqu 'town. The checkpoint was repeated at 07:00 hours, to search cars and verify citizens ’identities.
3. At 14:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock under the bridge of Al-Khader, to search cars and verify citizens ’identities.
4. At 14:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a roadblock at the western entrance of Husan village, to search cars and verify citizens ’identities.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:15, the occupying forces set up a roadblock at the Ziv village junction to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 22:55, the occupying forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the al-fah's area south of Hebron, and arrested a citizen.

Detention

1. At 22:55, the occupying forces arrested three citizens in the Old City of Hebron, Mansour Tayseer al-Tarsh, his two brothers Fathi, and Mervat.
2. The detainee at a sudden checkpoint at the entrance to the al-fah's area south of Hebron is Khalil Abdul Rahman Yassin Abu Sneina.

Attack

At 13:05, the occupying forces in front of al-Aroub camp fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas at the demonstrators, under the pretext of being stoned, resulting in a number of citizens suffering from suffocation as a result of inhaling tear gas.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on 26. 08. 2014 The permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings and introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, and to expand the area of fishing for 6 miles with an increase of up to 12 miles with At the end of this year, the area of the "buffer security" area will be reduced from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and the prevention of assassinations, and the remaining issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.

* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez" is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, international humanitarian workers, merchants, businessmen and travellers through al-Karama crossing - pre-coordinated).

1. At 07:30 on 20. 02. 2020 Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural land north of the town of Beit Hanoun.
2. At 07:50 on 20. 02. 2020 Israeli gunboats fired at fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the coast of The Sudanese area west of beit Lahiya.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Mantar-Karni crossing: closed since 02. 03. 2011 once and for all by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shujaiya Crossing - "Nahal Oz" fuel crossing: closed since 04. 01. 2010 by unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 14:20 on 20. 02. 2020 The occupying forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural land east of Deir al-Balah.
2. At 21:00 on 20. 02. 2020 The occupying forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Deir al-Balah.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 14:20 on 20. 02. 2020 The occupying forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural land east of the town of Al-Qararah, northeast of the town of Al-Qararah, east of Khanyounis.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: Closed.
* Sofa Crossing: Closed.
* Karam Abu Salem Crossing - "Kerem Shalom" is partially open (for the introduction of food and goods, limited quantities of fuel, private sector building materials and internationally funded projects).
* Entrance of return - Rafah is open in both directions (to leave and enter citizens).
