WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Issawiya village, where clashes took place with the citizens while they were on patrol.
2. At dawn on 23/02/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Hizma and detained a citizen.

Detention

1. At 21:40, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Sur Baher village detained the citizen: Abed Rabhi Basie.
2. At dawn on 23/02/2021, the Israeli occupation forces detained Mamoun Farhan in the Shuafat camp in Jerusalem.
3. The detainee in Hizma town is: Muhammad Sa`ada Saeed.

Deportation

At 17:00, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem served a notice banning the citizen: Daniel Zuhair Abu Nasra - a resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in the city of Jerusalem, for a period of 14 days from his place of residence in the Al-Tur neighborhood, in addition to his home detention for two days, as a condition for his release after summoning him for investigation into The "Al-Maskobiya" Detention and Investigation Center

House Demolition

At 08:40, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a two-story residential building containing 4 apartments owned by the citizen: Fadi Elyan (one of the guards of Al-Aqsa Mosque), his two brothers Murad, Amjad, and their father, located near the entrance to the village of Al-Issawiya, under the pretext of not being licensed then clashed with several citizens who attempted to prevent the demolition and as a result a wounded citizen.

Attack

1. At 08:40, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas towards citizens for alleged stoning after they demolished a building consisting of 4 apartments near the entrance to the village of Al-Issawiya and as a result a wounded citizen.
2. At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning during their raid into the village of Al-Issawiya.
3. At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Injuries

The Israeli Occupation forces wounded Muhammad Abu Al-Hummus. during clashes after they demolished a building consisting of 4 apartments near the entrance to the village of Al-Issawiya.

Destruction of Property

At 13:00, the Israeli occupation forces demolished in the village of Sur Baher, 2 shops owned by citizen: Muhammad Tarshan, under the pretext of not having a license.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint between the villages of Ras Karkar and Deir Bzeih, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 10:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Liqia, and detained a citizen.

Detention

The detainee in the town of Beit Luqia is: Fadi Hatem Asi.

Settlers Attacks

At 23:20, a group of settlers threw stones near the settlement outpost of "Givat Asaf", southeast of the village of Beitin, at Palestinian vehicles passing by on the road leading to the "Al Mahkma checkpoint" established near the settlement of "Beit El".

JENIN

Raid

1. At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided Ya'bad town and conducted a patrol.
2. At 23:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided Arraba town, and patrolled until 05:10.
3. At 01:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the towns of Silat al-Harithiya and al-Yamun, where clashes took place with the citizens as they stormed a number of houses in the town of al-Yamun, and detained 3 citizens - all are residents of al-Yamoun town then withdrew at 05:10.
4. At 07:50, the Israeli occupation forces Jenin and Al-Zababdeh town, and conducted a patrol.

Detention

The 3 detainees in the town of Al-Yamoun are: Essam Abu Hassan, Muhammad Farah Samoudi, and Sind Sufyan Khamaysa.

Attack

At 01:45, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several citizens for alleged stoning during their raid into the town of Al-Yamoun while they were storming and searching a number of homes.

TUBAS

Raid

1. On 02/22/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided Tayasir village and detained a citizen.
2. At 02:00, the Israeli occupation raided Tubas and detained 2 citizens.

Detention

1. The detainee in Tayasir village is: Hassan Khaled Diab Amer.
2. The two detainees in the city of Tubas and the village of Tayaseer are: Obadah Shafiq Tawfiq al-Kharraz and Fazaa Sidqi Muhammad Sawafta.

House Demolition

On 02/22/2021, the Israeli occupation forces demolished 12 tents used for housing in Khirbet Humsa al-Fawqa village in the northern Jordan Valley, in addition to 3 tents for sheep and 4 pens for raising livestock, and they seized them, as well as confiscated 4 water tanks, drained them as well as confiscating additional 4 plastic water tanks.

Destruction of Property

On 02/22/2021, the Israeli occupation forces demolished 3 tents for raising sheep and 4 pens in the village of Khirbet Hamsa al-Fawqa, in the northern Jordan Valley, in addition to the demolition of 12 tents used for housing.

Confiscation of Property

On 02/22/2021, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated 4 septic tanks and 4 plastic water tanks, while they were demolishing 12 residential tents and barns for raising sheep, in Khirbet Hamsa al-Fawqa village in the northern Jordan Valley.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 15:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided Khirbet Jabara village, and conducted a patrol until 17:30.
2. At 16:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided Safarin village, and conducted a patrol.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the "Kedumim" settlement junction, and detained a citizen.

Raid

At dawn on 02.22 2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Qalqilya, and detained a citizen.

Detention

1. The detainee at the flying checkpoint near the "Kedumim" settlement junction is Diaa Rajab Juma - a resident of the village of Kafr Qaddum.
2. The detainee in Qalqilya is: Ayman Hassan Dhiab.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 18:15, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Beit Furik checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance to Madama village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 01:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the "Shafi Shimron" settlement junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At dawn on 22/02/ 2021,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Einabus, and detained 3 citizens (brothers).
2. At 23:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided Salem village until 00:30.

Detention

The 3 detainees in the village of Einabus are: Abdul-Jabbar Allan, and his two brothers, Mustafa and Jawad.

Settlers Attacks

At 12:55, a group of settlers attacked a number of citizens and prevented them from grazing their sheep on pastoral lands.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 14:05, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Zaatarah Junction checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr al-Dik, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 12:05 and again at 18:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of the village of Al-Jiftlik, and detained a General Intelligence Service officer.

The detainee at a flying checkpoint located at the junction of the village of Al-Jiftlik is: Al-Askari - Muhammad Dais

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasanah area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 15:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near Al Nashash Junction (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 17:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Tuqu ' and patrolled until 18:30.
2. At 18:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided Bethlehem and Janata town, and detained 3 civilians.

Detention

The 3 detainees in Bethlehem and Jannatah are: Moaz Muhammad Soman - a resident of Bethlehem, Ahmed Saeed Al-Sabah - a resident of Jannata, and Salah Musa Al-Sabah - a resident of Jannata.

House Demolition

At 13:15, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a 160-square-meter (under construction) house in Khirbet al-Deir, north of the town of Tuqu owned by Mujahid Mahmoud Salman, under the pretext of not having a permit.

Destruction of Property

On 02/22/2021, the Israeli occupation forces demolished Arishin in the areas of Al-Dabdoub and Al-Sawana, south of the town of Al-Khader, owned by two citizens: Mahmoud Khalil Ghoneim and Muhammad Mustafa Sobeih, under the pretext of not being licensed.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Fawwar camp, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 22:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Carmel, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Hebron, and confrontations took place with citizens as they stormed a number of houses, and withdrew at 23:55.
2. At 23:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Dhahiriya until 05:40.
3. At 02:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Ummar, detained a child, and delivered a notoice to the citizen: Muhammad Ibrahim Bahr for review by the Israeli intelligence.
4. At dawn on 23/02/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Arroub camp, and detained a citizen.

Detention

1. The detainee in the town of Beit Ummar is: Abi Yusef Abu Maria, 17 years old.
The detainee in Al-Arroub camp is: Qusay Jihad Ja`ara.

At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning while they were storming a number of houses during their raid into Hebron City.

Settlement Activities

On 02/22/2021, the Israeli occupation forces began digging, extensions, and settlement infrastructure behind the central bus station (the old garage) inside Al-Shuhada Street in the city, in order to expand the military site established on citizens' lands in the city center.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.

• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Khan Yunis Governorate, and by Israeli gunboats opening fire towards fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea in the Gaza and Central Gaza governorates.

At 09:45 on 22/02/2021, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the beach of Nuseirat camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:00 on 22/02 2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khuza'a town, east of Khan Yunis.

RAFAH
