Daily Report February 24, 2018

At 05:50 on February 23rd 2018 and again at 20:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat Military checkpoint in Jerusalem city detained 3 children: Ziyad Al-Sha'rawi, Mohammad Al-Husini and Majd Abu Talib {All are residents of Shu'fat camp}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Sami Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

1. At 12:10, Israeli forces positioned near "Al-Mahkama" Military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in Al-Bireh city fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 12:25, Israeli forces positioned in Ni'lin town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 13:10, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents.
4. At 13:25, Israeli forces positioned near Budrous village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
5. At 13:35, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate located in south Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
6. At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Janiyat village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.
7. At 17:10, Israeli forces positioned near Deir Intham village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Bi'r Al-Basha village until 17:20.

At 17:50, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Homish" settlement {which was abandoned} assaulted and stoned residents and as a result injured a resident leaving him hospitalized with contusions.

At 08:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 12:00.

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city , Nour Al-Shams camp and Anata town until 06:00.

At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 17:10, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city.
2. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

At 12:45, Israeli forces positioned near the closed east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against the closure of the entrance for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned near Jayyous town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 12:10, Israeli forces positioned near Huwara military checkpoint fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 4 residents {including a child}.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Beita town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and detained 2 children.
3. At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned near Salem village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents.

Israeli forces detained 2 children: Haitham Irfan Dweikat {17 years old} and Yehia Sufian Khader {14 years old} during clashes near the entrance of Beita town.

1. Israeli forces injured 4 residents: Ayman Najah Saleh Ghannam, Mohammed Hajjaj Saeed Hajjaj, Mustafa Abdel Rahman Fawzi Hadidi, and Dean Maher Mohamed Houtri {17 years old} during clashes near Huwara Military checkpoint.
2. Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Ashraf Nazheet Ashtiyeh, and Amir Mahmoud Ershid during clashes near Salem village.

1. At 23:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Ein Dweik village located in North Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned near the south entrance of Jericho city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation..

1. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles until 16:20.
2. At 03:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city}, assaulted a resident leaving him hospitalized with contusions.

1. At 17:05 and again at 03:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city.
2. At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 20:55.
3. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, Al-Duhisheh camp and Al-Doha town, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home in Al-Duhisheh camp and as a result injured a resident and detained a resident then withdrew at 03:15.

Israeli forces detained Akram Imran Hussien Al-Atrash in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

1. At 15:50, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Khader town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 07:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 20:55, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained a resident then withdrew at 24:00.
2. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Ithna town until 05:05.

Israeli forces detained Arafat Ibrahim Al-Qawasmi in Hebron city.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

1. At 07:30 on February 23rd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 14:00 on December 23rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured 7 residents.

At 13:30 on February 23rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city and as a result injured 6 residents.

At 14:15 on February 23rd 2018, I Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured 5 residents.

At 1415 on February 23rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khan Yunis city and as a result injured 4 residents.
