Raid

1. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and clashed with several residents.
2. At dawn on February 25th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Arafat Najib and Isam Najib in Jerusalem city.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nour Al-Ajlouni and Hassan Eid near Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city.
3. At 19:50, Israeli forces detained Aya Abu Nab as she exited Al-Aqsa Mosque in the old city of Jerusalem.
4. Israeli forces detained Abu Yazan Al-Rajabi in Al-Ram town.

Deportation

1. On February 24th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning Raed Al-Da'na from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of 6 months as a condition for his release after being detained by Israeli forces at an earlier time.
2. On February 24th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning 2 residents: Nour Al-Shalabi and Mohammad Al Zaghir from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of 6 months as a condition for his release after being detained by Israeli forces at an earlier time.
3. On February 24th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning 2 residents: Ali Ajaj and Husni Al-Kilani from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of 3 days a condition for their release after being detained by Israeli forces at an earlier time.
4. On February 24th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning 3 residents: Arafat Najib, Samir Al-Qibani and Isam Najib from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of 7 days a condition for their release after being detained by Israeli forces at an earlier time.
5.On February 24th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning 2 residents: Abdel-Athim Salhab {Chairman of the Council of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in Jerusalem and Najjah Barakat { Deputy Director General of Awqaf Department} from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of 7 days a condition for their release after being detained by Israeli forces at an earlier time.

Attack

At 00:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 24th 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Mughier village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town.
2. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village until 01:15.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Yamoun town and temporarily detained a child.

Raid

1. At 14:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town and Ti'inik village.
2. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ra'i town and Fahma village, clashed with several residents in Fahma village and detained a resident in Kafr Ra'i town.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Arraba town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Mustafa Milhim in Kafr Ra'i town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khader Adnan Musa and Tarik Hussien Qa'dan in Arraba town.

Temporary Detention

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Yamoun town temporarily detained the child: Ameer Rabi' Abu Jabal {13 years old} then released him at a later time.

Attack

At 01:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Fahma village.

At 14:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Far'a camp.

Settlers Attacks

On February 24th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Qa'da and Al-Sawid area's located in the North Jordan valley and placed steel fencing around hundreds of plots of land in attempt to confiscate the land.

At 08:20, Israeli forces raided Kafa village until 08:40.

QALQILIYA

1. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Immatinn village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Izbit Soliman village.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:45, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Immatin village and uprooted several Olive trees.

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Beita town junction and detained a resident.

At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village until 03:10.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:55 and again at 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages in Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Harmala village.
2. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained a resident and confiscated a vehicle.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ehab Abdallah Yusef Taqatqa in Beit Fajjar town.

Confiscation of Property

At 00:55, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned Ehab Abdallah Yusef Taqatqa after detaining him during their raid into Beit Fajjar town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Simiya village junction {located between Al-Samou' and Al-Thahriya towns} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir and Al-Shiyoukh towns until 17:30.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil and Beit Awwa towns then stormed and searched a home in Beit Awwa town.
3. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
4. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and summoned Ahmad Al-Hirini to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
5. At dawn on February 25th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1.At 17:30, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdel-Azziz Al-Maghaslat {17 years old}{A resident of Al-Fuwar camp} near Al-Ibrahimi mosque in the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces detained Raed Abdel-Fattah Al-Ja'bari in Hebron city.

Destruction of Property

On February 24th 2019, Israeli forces stormed Jurat Al-Khil area located in Wadi Sa'ir valley and destroyed 2 Solar power Generators which provide electricity for 2 homes and destroyed the belongings of 3 homes owned by Ibrahim Khalil Shiladat and Abdallah brahim Khalil Shiladat and Ahmad Shiladat.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Detention

At 18:30 on February 24th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents near the border fence in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 13:40, On February 24th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards a motorcycle near the border fence in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 18:30 on February 24th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return.
2. At 23:00 on February 24th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards a group of residents located near the border fence in east Al-Maghazi camp then fled back into the Gaza strip.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:00 on February 24th 2019, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
