Daily Report February 26 2021

• At 24:00 on 25/02/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces imposed a complete closure on the governorates of the West Bank on the occasion of "Purim" among the Jews, and prevented citizens and workers, including those holding permits, from entering the city of Jerusalem and Israel, while commercial crossings remained open, as well. Only emergency humanitarian and medical cases will be allowed to cross after prior coordination, until 24:00 on 02/27/2021.

At 08:30, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.

On the evening of 02/25/2021, a group of settlers under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, stormed citizens' agricultural lands on the outskirts of Al-Tira neighborhood in Ramallah, and performed the "Talmudic rituals" in the place.

At 11:55, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Tayasir checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 14:40.

1. At 08:30, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Qais Murad Barhoush - a resident of Kafr al-Labd.
2. At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Nihad Ahmad Sameh Idris - a resident of Tulkarm.
3. At 16:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Hammam Asaad Na'alouh - a resident of Shweika suburb in Tulkarm.

At 14:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Zakaria Wasfi Ahmed Abu Tabikh - a resident of Baqa Al-Hatab village.

At 22:55, a group of Israeli settlers came near the entrance to the town of Huwara, and set off fireworks towards the citizens' vehicles.

At dawn on 26/02/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Kafeel Haris while escorting a group of settlers while they were visiting the religious sites.

At 08:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 09:55.

1. At 16:15, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the northern entrance to the town of Teque fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. On 02/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning during their raid into the town of Al-Khader.

1. At 11:20, the occupation forces positioned at the entrance to al-Fawwar camp detained 2 children: Hussam Salama al-Maqusi, 16 years old, and Alaa al-Karnaz, 16 years old.

• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. • On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Rafah Governorate.

* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": on 02/25/2021 is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

At 10:15 on 02/25/2021, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Rafah.
