JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on February 27th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 22 residents.

Detention

1. At 15:25, Israeli forces detained Raed Da''a in Jerusalem city.
2. At dawn on February 27th 2019, Israeli forces detained Adnan Ghaith {Palestinian Authority Governor of Jerusalem district} in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained 22 residents: Madaed Jaber, Mansour Mahmoud, Moayad Bader, Issa Abu Riala, Adel Mahmoud, Hassan Bilal Mahmoud, Khalil Nasser, Mohammed Hussein Derbas, Adam Kayed Mahmoud, Shadi Mohammed Attia, Mohammed Alaa Mahmoud, Ali Mohamed Nasser Abu Riala, Mahmoud Derbas , Jamal Saleh Mustafa, Waseem Raed Kleib, Adam Abu Shammala, Ahmed Abu Shamala, Bashar Obaid, Farouk Mustafa, Mohammed Mustafa, and Musab Moheisen in Al-Eisawiya village.

Deportation

On February 26th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning Hanadi Al-Hilwani {A resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque for a period of 6 months as a condition for her release after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

On February 26th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers spray painted anti Arab and racist slogans on the walls near Bab Al-Rahma gate located on the eastern wall of Al-Aqsa mosque.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 26th 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village until 05:20.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents and confiscated a vehicle.
3. At dawn on February 27th 2019, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Zakariya Al-Zabedi and Tarik Barghouth in Ramallah city.
2. Israeli forces detained Hamza Rassim Al-Barghouthi in Deir Abu Mash'al village.

Temporary Detention

At 20:10, Israeli forces temporarily detained the child Mahmoud Hussien Bazzar {14 years old}{A resident of Beit Illo town} then released him at a later time.

Attack

At 03:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Ramallah city.

Confiscation of Property

At 03:30, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle during their raid into Ramallah city.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Kafrit village.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Markat and Al-Jabrat villages.
3. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Silat Al-Thaher town, Al-Fanduqumiya and Al-Atarat village.
4. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Jenin and its camps then detained 2 residents in Jenin camp.
5. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town and detained a resident.
6. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Masilat and Bi'r Al-Basha villages.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Muhanad Omar Bani Azzat and Ammar Yasser Turkman in Jenin camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Khalid Khalil Kamil in Qabatiya town.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 20:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Kafr Zibad village.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town until 04:20.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Halbat town.

Detention

At 17:00, Israeli forces detained the child: Basil Ziyad Abdel-Rahim Al-Far {17 years old}{A resident of Qalqiliya city} as he was heading towards "Salem" Military base in Jenin district.

Attack

At 15:45, Israeli forces positioned near "Qadumim" settlement roundabout opened fire towards a vehicle as it chased it along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Nablus and as a result caused the vehicle to crash into a bus transporting several students from Al-Najah University and as a result left 3 University student hospitalized with contusions.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 University students: Sakhr Bilal Abdul Raouf Juma {A resident of Kafr Qaddoum village}, Ali Bassem Abdel-Khaled{A resident of Kafr Qaddoum village}, Mohamed Nasim Qassem after opening fire towards a vehicle it was chasing along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Nablus.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Bithan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Salem, Deir Al-Hatab and Azmout village junctions then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Yitshar" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Bithan village.
2. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya, Ijinisiniya, Al-Naqoura, Burqa and Bazariya villages until 05:50.
3. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Qibliya town.

Assaults on Property

On February 26th 2019, Israeli forces in Jalloud village prevented several farmers from accessing their agricultural land which is a few meters away from the local village school which is located in Area {B).

At 15:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town.
3. At 22:35, Israeli forces raided Bidya town.
4. On February 26th 2019, Israeli forces raided Rafat village and served military orders to halt construction on 3 homes owned by Maen Farah Ayash, Abdel-Raziq Sidqi Ayash and Ehab Oda Abu Riziq for allegedly being built with out a licence.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Jericho city, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ra'fat Nasser Al-Ayadi in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:45 and again at 20:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town.
2. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town.

Attack

On the morning of February 26th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Military checkpoint {300} located in North Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were crossing checkpoint to enter Jerusalem city and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town and Beit Mirsim village.
2. At 10:45, Israeli forces raided Abu Al-A'saja village.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident.
4. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Ithna and Dura towns.
5. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 01:10, Israeli forces detained Ayad Obada Al-Shawahin in Al-Musafer area located in east Yatta town.
2. Israeli forces detained Ayoub Ayman Lafi in Surif town.
3. Israeli forces detained Subhi Abu Zinat in Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding North Gaza district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured 4 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

1. At 07:30 on February 26th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70 m into the vicinity of east Beit Hanun town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.
2. At 13:00 on February 26th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Beit Lahiya town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 17:00.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 18:00 on February 26th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 4 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east east Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 20:10 on February 26th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
