WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' Military checkpoint {which connects Jerusalem, Ramallah and Jericho districts} and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1.At dawn on February 27th 2019, Israeli forces raided Anata town then stormed and searched several homes.
2. At dawn on February 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town then stormed several homes.

Deportation

1. On the evening of February 27th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning Nidal Bader Zaghir {A resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 3 months as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On the evening of February 27th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning Ali Hamad {A Security guard}{A resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 5 days as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
3. On February 27th 2019,, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning Khadija Khawayis {a resident of Jerusalem city} } from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 6 months.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers led by Yihyda Glick and under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

2.On the afternoon of February 27th 2019, Israeli Police stormed Al-Rahma area in Al-Aqsa mosque compound and took pictures of worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 27th 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:10, Israeli forces raided Abu Qash village and confiscated vehicle then withdrew at 09:50.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Safa village and detained a resident.
3. At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town then stormed and searched a resident.
4. At dawn on February 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained 3 residents.
5. At dawn on February 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city and stormed a gas station.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Majdi Mash'hour Karajat in Safa village.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ahmad Omar Zahran, Mahmoud Kamal Hassan Zahran and Omar Jamil Musa Atta in Deir Abu Mash'al village.

Confiscation of Property

At 08:10, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle in Abu Qash village.

JENIN

Raid

At 10:05, Israeli forces raided Kafrit village then stormed and searched 3 homes.

Detention

At 03:35 on February 27th 2019, Israeli forces detained Majdi Rafiq Abu Ma'alla during their raid into Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 21:40,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Tayassir" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 00:30.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30 and 06:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles until 07:40.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:25.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Othman Ribhi Abu Libda in Qalqiliya city.

Attack

At 01:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:15, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints in the area between Nablus and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:10.

Raid

1. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Tel village, detained 2 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 05:40.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:45.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Abdel-Rahman Samir Zidan and Yusef Mohammad Ramadan {17 years old} in Tel village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Imad Fihmi Sawalmat and Aqabat Fayez Barham Al-Shuli in Assira Al-Shamaliya town.

Closure of main Roads

On February 27th 2019, Israeli forces closed with dirt mounds an agricultural road located in Wadi Al-Radam area in east Aqraba town which connects agricultural land Which leads to the land of agricultural and to large areas will be used for the project of solar cells and alternative energy.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city and confiscated a customs Police vehicle then released it at 10:00.

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town.
2. At dawn on February 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town.

Provocation of Palestinian Forces

At 09:40, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the North entrance of Salfit confiscated a customs Police vehicle then released it at 10:00.

JERICHO

Raid

1. At 03:00 on February 27th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Zabidat village and detained 2 residents.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Aqbat Jabr camp in Jericho city, detained a resident then withdrew at 02:45.

Detention

1. At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Abdallah Husam Farah Abdallah {A resident of Nour Al-Shams camp in Tulkarem city} as he was traveling to Jordan.
2. Israeli forces detained Eyad Mohammad Abed Zabidat and Murad Mohammad Abed Zabidat in Al-Zabidat village.
3.Israeli forces detained Hamza Khalid Mahmoud Awad in Aqbat Al-Jaber camp in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area {located at the south entrance Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages in Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 18:00.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Ithna town, stormed and searched 2 homes and confiscated a vehicle.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint at Zif village junction detained Uday Soliman Mohammad Id'is.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:30, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Thaer Nizar Tamizat in Ithna town.

Destruction of Property

On February 27th 2019, Israeli forces stormed Khilat Al-Daba' in Al-Musafar area located in east Yatta town and uprooted 50 Olive groves owned by Ali Mahmoud Jabbre Al-Dababas.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured a resident.
• Israeli Air force broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 7 missiles {in 4 consecutive airstrikes} town Central Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 18:45 on February 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Beit Hanun town during the march of return and as a result injured 1 resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 1 unidentified resident after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Beit Hanun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Air Strike

1. At 22:55 on February 27th 2019, Israeli fighter Jets launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in east Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 23:15 on February 27th 2019, Israeli fighter Jets launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in east Deir Al-Balah city.
3. At 23:25 on February 27th 2019, Israeli fighter Jets launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in west Deir Al-Balah city.
4. At 23:35 on February 27th 2019, Israeli fighter Jets launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in west Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 18:45 on February 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
