WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eizariya town {located near "Ma'ale Adumim" settlement roundabout} and detained a National Security Force officer.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Anata town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town.

Detention

1. At 23:25, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Biddu town detained 2 children: Sanad Fahmi Badwan and Uday Saddam Badran {16 years old}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Eizariya town {located near "Ma'ale Adumim" settlement roundabout} detained Mahmoud Aql Mustafa Dar Al Haj {A National Security Force Officer}{A resident of Aida camp in Bethlehem city}.

Temporary Detention

1. Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city imposed a 10-day sentence on the child: Harbi Nidal al-Rajabi { resident of Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem}, in addition to a financial guarantee of NIS 1,000 - as a condition for his release after arresting him earlier.
2. On the morning of February 2nd 2018, Israeli forces temporarily detained Dalia Bashar Saleh, 14 years old (Who holds a Gaza Identification card as well as a US passport) then released her at 18:40.

Deportation

At 10:00 on January 23rd 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem deported the child Ghada Rami Fawzi Ibrahim {14 years old} to the Gaza strip from her home in Al-Eisawiya village in Jerusalem district after detaining her on January 21st 2018 under the pretext that she holds a Gaza Issued Identification card.

Attack

At 17:15, Israeli forces positioned near Hizma town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Assaults on Property

On February 1st 2018, The Israeli Minister of Interior issued renewal for a order closing the Orient House and the chamber of Commerce, The Supreme Council for Tourism, the Palestinian Center for Studies, the Palestinian Prisoner Club and the Office of Social and Statistical Studies in east Jerusalem city for a period of 6 months.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Ni'lin town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Shuqba village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Turmus'aya town and Abu Falah villages.
2. At 12:15, Israeli forces raided Sinjil town.
3. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Dura Al-Qara' village until 05:40.

Temporary Detention

At 14:20, Israeli forces positioned at "Ofar" Military base temporarily detained Mustafa Hassan Ziyada {60 years old}{A resident of Beituniya town} then released him at 18:15.

1. At 12;20, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Jalazoun camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 13:05, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of "Psagott" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 15:45, Israeli forces positioned near "Al-Mahkama" Military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 17:10, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Deir Intham village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
5. At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned near "Nahliel" settlement near Biet Illu village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and detained a resident.

Israeli forces detained Hamza Ali Darwish during clashes near "Nahliel" settlement near Biet Illu village.

JENIN

At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Arraba town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 08:35, Israeli forces raided B'ir Al-Basha and Anza villages.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Araba town and Al-Mansoura and Fahma villages.

Military Checkpoints

At 14:35, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Hadidiya village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Abdul Rahim Hussein Bisharat, and his son Moath in Al-Hadidiya village.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Jamal village and detained a resident after storming his home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmed Ramzy Mohamed Mostafa in Kafr Jamal village.

QALQILIYA

At 16:15, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Muntar area located in North Azzun town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Dajan village , demolished a part of a home{under construction} for allegedly being built with out a licence then withdrew at 11:00.
2. At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Orif village.

House Demolition

At 09:50, Israeli forces stormed Beit Dajan village and demolished a part of a home{under construction} owned by Thiyab Hassan {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city} for allegedly being built with out a licence then withdrew at 11:00.

At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Nablus city then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:55 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {at the east entrance of Beit Sahour city} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:20.
2. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Faradis village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city until 01:05.
2. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city until 04:00.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Samou' town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 10:50 and again at 23:35, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 02:40
2. At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town until 20:50.
3. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil and Ithna town until 02:40.
4. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Yatta town , stormed and searched a home then searched residents until 02:40.

Detention

1. 1. At 19:00 on January 31st 2018, Israeli forces detained Wassim Abdel-Rahim Abu Sa'ed during their raid into Ithna town.
2. At 12:50, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Al-Rish Military checkpoint located in the old city of Hebron detained Malik Al-Rajabi {15 years old} for alleged stoning.
3. At 20:55, Israeli forces positioned at Jabal Juhar area located in the old city of Hebron detained 2 residents: Yusef Jaber Hajajrah {15 years old} and Khalil Ali Abu Ghazalah.
4. At 22:10, Israeli forces positioned near Bani Na'im town detained Iz Al-Din Jum'a Ali Zidat {A resident of Bani Na'im town}.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza District.
•Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Gaza district.
Israeli Military aircraft broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards North Gaza District.

• Palestinian gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire and launching projectiles towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:30 on February 2nd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town.

Air Strike

At 02:20 on February 2nd 2018, Israeli Military jets launched missiles towards Palestinian gunmen training are's located in North east Beit Lahiya town.

Palestinian Attacks

At 23:00 on February 1st 2018, Palestinian gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 07:20 on January 31st 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.
2. At 10:50 on January 31st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Shuja'iya neighborhood in east Gaza city.
3. At 09:05 on February 1st 2018, , Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.
4. At 13:30 on February 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire and launched stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Shuja'iya neighborhood in east Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Detention

At 15:00 on February 1st 2018, Israeli forces detained 4 unidentified residents as they attempted to climb the border fence from east Khan Yunis city into Israel.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
