WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on February 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village.

Settlers Attacks

On the morning of February 2nd 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at Bab al-Huta gate {The northern entrance of Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem and performed Talmudic rituals and provoked worshipers located near the gate and around Al-Aqsa mosque compound.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 1st 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Einn Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Mughier village, temporarily detained a resident then released him at 16:50.
3. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.

Raid

At 09:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town.

Temporary Detention

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Al-Mughier village temporarily detained Muneer Adel-Al-Na'san then released him at 16:50.
2. At 19:10, Israeli forces positioned near "Psagout" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city temporarily detained Hisham Shadi Hisham Shanana {17 years old}{A resident of Kobar town} and Mo'ayad Amjad Al-Iran {A resident of Al-Bireh city} then released them at a later time.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ti'inik village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ya'bad town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Haifa road in Jenin city detained a resident and temporarily detained a Preventive Security Force officer then released him at 11:30.

Detention

At 11:05, Israeli forces positioned a checkpoint at Haifa road in Jenin city temporarily detained Mohammad Soliman Ibrahim Jabarin{A resident of Al-Tayba village}.

Temporary Detention

At 11:05, Israeli forces positioned a checkpoint at Haifa road in Jenin city temporarily detained Mohammad Talal Salim Abu Murad {Preventive Security Force officer} {A resident of Al-Tayba village} then released him at 11:30.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 12:40, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Homish" settlement {which was abandoned} attacked residents and vehicles and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Foad Al-Shamti {A resident of Yatta town}.
2. At 03:30, Israeli settlers stormed Al-Farisien area located between Ya'bad and Quffin towns then withdrew at 03:55.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on February 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Habalat town, stormed and searched a home and summoned Ghalib Amer Omar Al-Laham to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 01:00 on February 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At dawn on February 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Sinariya village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Othman Ahmad Ibrahim Omar in Sinariya village.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Beit Immrien village then searched residents and vehicles until 12:50.

Temporary Detention

At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned near Yanoun village temporarily detained 3 residents: Kamal Atef Bani Maniya, Salah Loia Bani Maniya and Hamza Raji Bani Jabir {All are residents of Orif village} then released them at a later time.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:55, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the east area of Orif village then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli Military.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:40 and again at 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Raid

At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town until 23:10.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 15:40.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Nihalin village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:10.

Raid

1. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained 3 residents {including 2 children}, confiscated a vehicle then withdrew at 03:50.
2. At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Hatem Ibrahim Dariya, Yusef Hatem Ibrahim Dariya {17 years old} and Musa Hatem Ibrahim Dariya {15 years old} in Beit Fajjar town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Nayef Ibrahim Abu Mifrih and Mohammad Soliman Musa Abu Mifrih in Teqou' town.

Attack

At 16:35, Israeli forces positioned at a Military checkpoint located along road {60} in Al-Khader town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several homes in the town for alleged stoning from the area.

Confiscation of Property

At 00:55, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Hatem Ibrahim Dairiya after detaining him in Beit Fajjar town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Ali Baqa" mosque in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Wadi Al-Huriya area located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Arrub camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 24;00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and summoned Zied Akram Al-Qawasmi to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained 4 residents {including 2 children}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents {including 2 children}: Karim Musalam Abu Sal, Obied Imad Al-Ra'i {15 years old}, Hassan Yusef Jawabra {15 years old} and Hytham Al-Badawi in Al-Arrub camp.

Settlers Attacks

On February 2nd 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Arrub camp slandered and assaulted Ahmad Abu Sarour and his family as they attempted to remove them from their home located along the main road connecting Hebron and Jerusalem districts, claiming that the home is owned by a Christian Association and Beit Al-Baraka which was seized by settlers several years ago.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Rafah district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis and Rafah district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:45 on February 2nd 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

1. At 09:00 on February 2nd 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
2. At 13:20 on February 2nd 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in Rafah city.
