JERUSALEM

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

Since 11:35 on December 13th 2018, Israeli forces continued its closure of "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city {for the 28th consecutive day} and prevented residents and vehicles from crossing the checkpoint in both directions.

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ras Kar Kar and Kafr Ni'ma villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Deir Qadis village then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents, detained a resident and temporarily detained another then released him at a later time.
3. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes, detained 2 residents {including a child} then withdrew at 03:00.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Bassam Mohammad Shalash in Shuqba village.
2. Israeli forces detained Maher Shaher Haroun {A resident of Al-Amari camp} in Al-Bireh city.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Ayoub Ihsan Nasser {15 years old} and Assad Ibrahim Atiya in Kafr Ni'ma village.

Temporary Detention

At 12:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained Salam Mohammad Abu Assad during their raid into Al-Bireh city then released him at a later time.

Attack

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Bireh city.
2. At 02:05, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Kafr Ni'ma village.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 04:50, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation and also detained 3 residents.
2. At dawn on January 10th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Nidal Ameen Zidan {A resident of Jenin city}, Baha Hassan Abu Tabikh {A resident of Jenin camp} and Yahya Bassam Al-Sa'di {A resident of Jenin camp} during their raid into Jenin city and its camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Munadil Yacoub Nafi'at in Ya'bad town.

Attack

At dawn on January 10th 2019, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid in to Jenin city and its camp and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation and also detained 3 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents {including a child}: Mohammad Abdel-Kareem Majrami {17 years old} and Mahmoud Samer Jabarin during clashes in Jenin city and its camp.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 12:05, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 08:50,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 09:00.

Raid

At 09:15, Israeli forces raided Quffin town and detained a child.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Hufaytha Akram Hufaytha Harshat {17 years old} in Quffin town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Hablat town until 11:30.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village, detained 3 residents {including 2 children} and summoned the child: Yusef Daoud Ishtawi {14 years old} to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning then withdrew at 02:10.
3. At dawn on January 10th 2019, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents {including 2 children}: Abdel-Rahman Daoud Ishtawi {16 years old}, Hamza Mustafa Ishtawi in Kafr Qaddum village.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Kareem Hussien in Azzun town.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Burin village and temporarily detained 3 residents then released them at 01:10.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Madma village, stormed and searched a home and confiscated 2 vehicles.

Temporary Detention

At 22:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents: Yassir Qaddus, Mahdi Najjar and Ahmad Ali Qaddus during their raid into Burin village then released them at 01:10.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on January 10th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated 2 vehicles owned by Yassin Qutt and Ammar Qutt during their into Madma village.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles , temporarily detained 3 residents and released them at a later time then withdrew at 16:00.

Temporary Detention

At 13:10, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city temporarily detained 3 residents:Salem Ahmed Abdel Fattah Abu Saud, Fahad Muayad Hussein Abu Saud, Mohammed Bassam Jamal Qaddumi {All are residents of Nablus city} then released them at 21:20.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 08:30, Israeli forces closed the Container Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at 09:30.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town and prevented residents from entering and exiting the checkpoint.
2. At 15:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance pf Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.

Raid

At 13:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained a child then withdrew at 14:35.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Yunis Yusef Zaki Dariya {15 years old} in Beit Fajjar town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Wadi Al-Huriya area located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nabi Yunis area junction {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents and confiscated 5000 NIS from the home of Fawaz Al-Qawasmi.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and detained a resident.
3. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Deir Sammit village and detained a resident.
4. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Dura town, temporarily detained 2 residents then released them after questioning by Israeli Intellegnce officers.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ismail Fawaz Al-Qawasmi and Mohammad Radwan Al-Hashlamoun in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Yahya Abu Jahishat in Ithna town.
3. Israeli forces detained Ismail Shaher Rayan Al-Shawarnat in Deir Sammit village.

Temporary Detention

At dawn on January 10th 2019, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 residents: Hassan Mohammad Abu Zied and Ahmad Bassam Al-Zir during their raid into Dura town then released them after questioning by Israeli Intellegnce officers.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on January 10th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated 5000 NIS from the home of Fawaz Al-Qawasmi. during their raid into Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 17:00 on January 9th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North east Beit Hanoun town.
2. At 18:00 on January 9th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats demonstrating off the shores Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 18:00 on January 9th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Rafah city.
