Raid

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Aqbat {the Coptic neighborhood} in Al-Ram town.

Detention

At 12:00, Israeli forces detained Hamza Annan Ayad {A resident of Abu Dis town}.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On January 12th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and PMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city and Beituniya town as they stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops to confiscate surveillance camera footage and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Attack

At 16:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops to confiscate surveillance camera footage during their raid into Ramallah city and Beituniya town and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents : Imad Khalid Abu Rayan and Rani Imad Mohammad Amer during clashes in Ramallah city and Beituniya town.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on January 13th 2019, Israeli forces raided Arrana village, stormed and searched a warehouse containing tractors and agricultural tools owned by Rabee Taysir al-Omari, and his brother Ahmad {both are Palestinian Detainees}.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 16:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Ghosoun town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Muwafaq Abdel-Jabbar Abu Zaytoun in Deir Al-Ghosoun town,

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Islam Abdel-Ra'uf Nazal in Qalqiliya city.

Attack

At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Khilat Nofal area in Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Aqraba town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 08:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Bithan village.
2. At 14:40, Israeli forces raided Einbuis village.
3. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town until 04:45.

Temporary Detention

At 09:20, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara town temporarily detained Yusef Ali Yusef Shihada {A resident of Orif village} then released him at a later time.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 09:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 13:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

At 16:15 on January 12th 2019 and again at 06:20 on January 13th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 18:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 19:25.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, stormed and searched a home, detained a child and distributed leaflets warning residents about consequences of continued stoning towards settler vehicles.
3. At 04:15, Israeli forces raided Harmala village.

Detention

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint detained Ziyad Waleed Abdel-Rahim Al-Qawasmi {A resident of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Uday Mahmoud Al-Amour {16 years old} ion Teqou' town.

House Occupation

At 16:05, Israeli forces stormed the west entrance of Teqou' town and occupied a home owned by Tayssir Mohammad Ali Hajjajha and converted its rooftop into a military post.

Closure of main Roads

At 16:05, Israeli forces closed the steel gate located at the west entrance of Teqou' town and impeded the free flow of traffic.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Khursa town and detained a resident.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Sa'id Abdel-Majid Abd Rabbo Halahla in Khursa town.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Qutaiba Nader al-'Alami, Uday Bassam al-Za'ayq and his brother Khalil in Beit Ummar town.

Physical Assault

On the evening of January 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Sa'ir town assaulted Ghassan Jaradat {A resident of Sa'ir town} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 13:10, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Masafir area located in east Yatta town and assaulted 2 residents: Jabr Ibrahim Awad Al-Zin and Ahmad Khalid Al-Najjar as they were herding their goats near "Migon" settlement and "Avigayil" settlement outpost and as a result left them hospitalized with contusion
2. On January 12th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Otniel" settlement located in west Yatta town unleashed attack dogs towards several residents and as a result left a resident hospitalized after a dog bit him on his shoulder and arm.

Injuries

Nasser Nawaj'a was hospitalized with bites and scratches on his shoulder and arm after Israeli sellers unleashed attack dogs towards him near "Otniel" settlement located in west Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Gaza districts.
• Israeli Military Jets broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 3 missiles {in 2 consecutive airstrikes} towards Gaza district.
• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by launching projectile towards the Green line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on January 12th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats demonstrating off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 11:00 on January 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Jabaliya town.
3. At 22:30 on January 12th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats demonstrating off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

1. At 07:30 on January 12th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats demonstrating off the shores Gaza city.
2. At 23:10 on January 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen sites located in east Gaza city.

Air Strike

1. In the hours between 23:10 and 23:20 on January 12th 2019, Israeli Military jets launched 2 missiles towards a Palestinian gunmen site in east Gaza city.
2. At 23:20 on January 12th 2019,Israeli Military jets launched 1 missile towards a Palestinian gunmen site in Jabal Al-Ras area located in North east Gaza city.

At 21:00 on January 12th 2019, Palestinian gunmen launched projectiles towards the Green Line..

1. At 11:00 on January 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 14:55 on January 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents positioned near the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

1. At 15:20 on January 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents positioned near the border fence in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 21:25 on January 12th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents positioned near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH
