JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village until 13:35.
2. At dawn on January 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp the stormed and searched a home.

Detention

On January 13th 2019, Israeli forces detained Ismail Ahmad Khalaf Ali Al-Darat {A resident of Abu Dis town} for allegedly opening fire towards a Israeli Military base located near Abu Dis town.

Destruction of Property

At 09:00, Israeli forces demolished 2 livestock dens owned by Ibrahim Ahmad Abdel-Wahab and Hytham Ahmad Abdel-Wahab and also demolished a concrete fence {surrounding 16 dunums of land} owned by Mohammad Hassan Badriyat in Beit Iksa village for allegedly being built without a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On January 13th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and PMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khirbithat Al-Misbah village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Ni'ma village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ni'lin town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village until 03:15.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:50.

Detention

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces detained Khattab Moath Ghannam {A resident of Bil'in village} near Ras Kar Kar village.
2. Israeli forces detained Rami Riziq Fadil in Ramallah city.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Abu Da'if village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jalboun village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
2. At 22;30, Israeli forces raided Silat Al-Thaher town and Al-Fanduqumiya village until 00:40.
3. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes.
4. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Faq'ua village.
5. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp, Al-Silah Al-Harthiya and Bruqin towns and Ti'inik and Bi'r Al-Basha village.

Attack

At 01:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Assaults on Property

At 10:00, Israeli forces removed 4 families from their homes in Khirbit Ibziq village located in the North Jordan valley {based on a prior notification} from 10:00 on January 13th 2018 until 06:00 on January 14th 2018 for alleged military training in the area.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Enav military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 14:10, Israeli forces raided Izbit Shufat village until 14:30.
2. At 15:45, Israeli forces raided Rammin village until 16:35.
3. At 16:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and , Qor, Safarin and Kafr Sur villages until 17:40.
4. At 17:45, Israeli forces raided Izbit Shufat village until 21:25.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 13:50, Israeli forces raided Jit village until 13:25.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 05:25.

Attack

At 16:20, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Khilat Nofal area in Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connect Nablus and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ibba town until 13:25.
2. At 00:45, Israeli forces raided Awarta village until 02:25.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Qasour area in Burqa village and destroyed 1000 Forest seedlings planted in land to be turned into a nature reserve. Stones were also thrown at the house of Fattin Mohammed Salah.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Bidya town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located near Bidya town detained Anas Mamdouh Khalil Hamad {A resident of Qalqiliya city}.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 08:40, Israeli forces intensified its restrictions at Al-Hamra military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces raided Nihalin village, temporarily detained 2 residents then released them at a later time.
2. At 16:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town.
3. At 18:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city until 23:20.
4. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:55.
5. At dawn on January 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Harmalah village and summoned 2 residents: Hamdi Nasri al-Zair and his brother Firas to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning,

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Soliman Al-Amour in Teqou' town.

Temporary Detention

At 16:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 residents: Jihad Mohammad Ali Fannoun, and Amir Mohieddin Mohammed Shakarna during their raid into Nihalin village then released them at 19:20.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Sammit village , detained a woman and confiscated her vehicle.

Raid

1. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar and Surif towns.
3. At dawn on January 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained 2 residents.
4. At dawn on January 14th 2019, Israeli forces raided Dura town and summoned 4 residents: Munther Mohammed Atwan, Mohammed Ahmed Salim Haribat, Ahmed Salama Abu Ras, and Issam Masharka to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Deir Sammit village detained Maysar Bajat Masalma {A resident of Deir Sammit village}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Hamza Bassam Jawabra and Iz Al-Din Al-Huwar in Al-Arrub camp.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:25, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Maysar Bajat Masalma {A resident of Deir Sammit village} after detaining her at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Deir Sammit village.

Settlers Attacks

On January 13th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound garden and chopped off the limbs of several old Olive trees.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and 2 residents {including a child} died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards demonstrators in North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on January 13th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats demonstrating off the shores Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 09:45 on January 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North Beit Hanun town.

Killings

At 06:20 on January 14th 2019, the Child Abdel-Ra'uf Ismail Mohammad Salhat {14 years old}{A resident of Jabaliya camp} died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards demonstrators in east Jabaliya town on January 11th 2019.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 08:40 on January 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 07:30 on January 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 07:30 on January 13th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.
3. At 15:30 on January 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 07:30 on January 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 15:30 on January 13th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents positioned near the border fence in east Khan Yunis city.

Killings

At 14:00 on January 13th 2019, Anwar Mohammad Zied Qadih {33 years old}{A resident of Khuza'a town} died of serious injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards demonstrators east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city on October 19th 2018.

RAFAH

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
