JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village.
2. At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained 2 children.
3. At dawn on January 16th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qutna village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 children: Omar Mahmoud Ziyad {15 years old} and Mohammad Abdallah Abdel-Rahman {15 years old} in Qalandiya camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Rami Osama Issa in Qutna village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers and 2 employees from the Israel Antiquities Authority under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On January 15th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and PMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 16:15.
2. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrance of Abboud town and the entrances of Al-Nabi Saleh and Deir Intham villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Eyad Hassan Abu Sbieh in Al-Bireh city.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Anza village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 2 residents.
2. At dawn on January 16th 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp then stormed and searched a home in the camp.

Detention

At 13:35, Israeli forces positioned at "Movo Dotan" military checkpoint located along the main road connecting Jenin and Tulkarem detained Mohammad Rashid Abu Al-Hayja {A resident of Al-Yamoun town in Jenin district}.

Attack

At 23:30, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Anzat village and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Ali Qassim Sadaqat and Abdallah Kamal Barahma in Anzat village.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Far'a village then searched residents and vehicles until 15:20.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Izbit Al-Tabib village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on January 16th 2019, Israeli forces raided Azzun town then stormed and searched several homes.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Diya Salah Mohammad Abu Sineinah in Izbit Al-Tabib village.

NABLUS

Raid

At 18:55, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Hatab village , stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 19:50.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement jucntion detained Assad Mohammad Assad Satiti {A resident of Jenin camp}.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:10.
2. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Wadi Qana road {the main road connecting Salfit and Qalqiliya districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 16:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
3. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zabidat village then searched residents and vehicles until 15:30.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.
2. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages in Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 18:00.

Raid

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 00:20.
2. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, detained 3 residents {inducing a child} then withdrew at 03:10.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Husan village and detained 2 residents.
4. At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town , stormed and searched several homes then detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 01:40 on January 15th 2019, Israeli forces detained Alaa Khalid Hussien Abed Khalil during their raid into Teqou' town.
2. At 23:05, Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint detained 3 residents: Amra Abdul Latif Fashafsha, Murad Malaysheh and Alaeddin Kamil Khalilieh.{All are residents of Jaba' town in Jenin district}.
3.Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Hazim Eid Atiya Sabah, Mohammad Khalid Soliman Al-Amour {15 years old} and Mohammad Atiya Al-Sha'er in Teqou' town.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ibrahim Khalid Ibrahim Hamamra and Amjad Ismail Za'oul in Husan village.
5. Israeli forces detained Yasser Mahmoud Taqatqa in Beit Fajjar town.

HEBRON

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Halhul and Kharis towns then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yatta town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Einoun village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 16:25, Israeli forces raided Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city, clashed with several residents for alleged stoning then detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Nasser Mohammad Raba'i {A resident of Dura town} and Hamza Husni Nasser Al-Din {A resident of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Yusef Nadi Al-Alamat {A resident of Beit Ula town} during their raid into Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city.

Attack

At 16:25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 08:00 on January 15th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of North east Beit Hanoun town and leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 15:00.

Attack

1. At 10:30 on January 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jabaliya town.
2. At 15:00 on January 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

1. At 14:40 on January 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.
2. At 18:30 on January 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 15:30 on January 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 07:00 on January 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
