JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on January 25th 2019, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On January 25th 2019, Israeli forces detained Ali Naji Halsat in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Ziyad Ahmad Hussien Khadour in Biddu town.

Attack

At dawn on January 26th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city opened fire towards a residents who was driving a vehicle and as a result killed him.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Riyad Mohammad Hammad Shyyamahnat {A resident of Qutna village} after opening fire towards his vehicle at Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city.

House Demolition

On the evening of January 25th 2019,Israeli authorities in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem forced Mohammed al-Abbasi to demolish two rooms (a bedroom and a living room) of his home for allegedly being built without a licence.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On January 25th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and PMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Attack

1. At 11:55, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators who were protesting against land confiscation for the purpose of settlement construction for alleged stoning in Al-Mughier village and as a result injured a resident.
2. At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {participating in demonstrations against land confiscation and settler violence} for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident and left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 12:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning in Bil'in village.
4. At 12:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning in Nil'in village.
5. At 13:40, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
6. At 17:40, Israeli forces positioned at the military observation post in West Silwad town opened fire towards a child and as a result killed him and injured another resident.

Killings

Israeli forces positioned at the military observation post in West Silwad town opened fire towards and killed the child Ayman Ahmad Othman Hamad {16 years old}{A resident of Silwad town}.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured Rakiz Mohammad Na'ssan during clashes in Al-Mughier village.
2. Israeli forces injured Ahmad Mohammad Dar Nasser during clashes in Jabal Al-Risan area located near Ras Kar Kar village.
3. Israeli forces positioned at the military observation post in West Silwad town opened fire towards and injured Mohammad Hussien Mohammad Hammad {A resident of Silwad town}.

JENIN

Raid

At 22:40, Israeli forces raided Markat village until 24:00.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 17:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Tayyassir" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoint at the entrances of Rammin and Far'oun villages then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint the entrance of Far'oun village then searched residents and vehicles until 18:20.

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Shwekiya neighborhood, Tulkarem camp and Far'oun village.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:20, a group of armed Israeli settlers stormed Wadi Al-Ashqar area located in the area between Anabta town and Kafr Rumman village then withdrew at a later time.

QALQILIYA

Attack

At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NABLUS

Raid

At 12:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village until 16:10.

Detention

At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Fuwar area located near Tel village detained Issam Ahmad Ayman Saleem {A resident of Tel village}.

SALFIT

Raid

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Deir Ballout town until 16:50.
2. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Yassuf village.

Detention

1. At 20:45, Israeli forces positioned near "Arail" settlement roundabout detained Khalil Jamal Khalil Kahtter {A resident of Jericho city} for allegedly carrying a knife.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Mohammad Ahmad Bani Odeh {a resident of Tammoun town in Tubas district}.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:00, Israeli settlers from "Eli Za'av" settlement positioned near the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town stoned vehicles travelling in the area.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Container military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Sahur city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. On the evening of January 25th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Wadi Rahal village then searched residents and vehicles.

At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Jalla city.

Attack

At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance Teqou' town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents and temporarily 2 others {including a child and a journalist} then released them at 20:00.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Mohammad Saleem Abu Mifrih and Khalil Ammar Al-Amour during clashes near the entrance of Teqou' town.

Temporary Detention

At 15:30, Israeli forces temporarily 2 residents {including a child and a journalist} : Mohammad Ahmad Abu Mifrih {17 years old} and imad Jibril {A journalist} during clashes near the entrance of Teqou' town then released them at 20:00.

HEBRON

Raid

At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city.

Settlers Attacks

At 19:30, a group of Israeli settlers from "Kiryat Arba'" settlement located in east Hebron city attacked several residents and homes in Wadi Al-Hassin area and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child}.

Injuries

1. At 12:40, the child Sabri Al-Jabarin {8 years old} was hospitalized in critical condition after he was run over by a Israeli Military vehicle.
2. Israeli settlers from "Kiryat Arba'" settlement located in east Hebron city injured residents {including a child}: Hisham Jamil Abu Is'afin and his son Mohammad {10 years old} after attacking homes in Wadi Al-Hassin area.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza ,Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result killed a resident, injured 33 others injured {including a paramedic} and left 102 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 13:00 on January 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 13:30 on January 25th 2019, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 3 residents {including a Paramedic} and left 20 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 01:30 on January 26th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats demonstrating off the shores Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents {including}: Nour Al-Din Hassan Mahmoud Mansour {A Paramedic} after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 08:40 on January 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.
2. At 13:30 on January 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 10 residents and left 23 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 10 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 13:30 on January 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return and as a result injured 10 residents and left 36 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 10 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 13:30 on January 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 2 residents and left 10 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 15:15 on January 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian gunmen sites located in east Khan Yunis city.
3. At 16:00 on January 25th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards 2 residents riding a motorcycle in east Khan Yunis city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

Detention

At 08:50 on January 25th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents as they were attempting to climb the border fence into Israel from east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

At 13:30 on January 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as as a result injured killed 1 resident, injured 8 residents and left 13 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Ehab Atallah Hussien Abed {24 years old}{A resident of Rafah city} during clashes in east Rafah city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 8 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Rafah city.
