At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Bir Nabala town bridge and detained a child.

1. On January 27th 2019, Israeli forces detained Basil Mustafa Abu Eid {A resident of Biddu town}.
2. Israeli forces positioned a checkpoint beneath Bir Nabala town bridge detained Yahya Ashraf Abdel-Rahman Zaqout.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mahmoud Attiya in Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On January 27th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and PMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

1. At 08:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Turmus'aya then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on January 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village and detained 3 residents.
2. At dawn on January 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sinjil town and detained 2 residents.

Attack

At 09:50, Israeli forces positioned in the area between Turmus'aya town and Al-Mughier village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning then detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ramzi Ribhi Attiya, Nafez Abdel-Al and Soliman Mohammad Al-Dik in Kafr Ni'ma village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ali Hussien Mohammad Asfour and Soliman Hussien Mohammad Asfour in Sinjil town.
3.Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Murad Al-Na'ssan and Aysar Attef Al-Na'ssan {both are residents of Al-Mughier village} during clashes in the area between Turmus'aya town and Al-Mughier village .

JENIN

At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Movo Dotan" settlement junction located in south Ya'bad town then searched residents and vehicles.

At dawn on January 28th 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp then detained 5 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Anas Issam al-Sukkiyeh {A resident of Jenin city}, Bahaa Jamil Rahal,{A resident of Jenin camp}, Qais Adnan al-Ghoul, {A resident of Jenin camp}, Thaer Mari Bani Ghra{A resident of Jenin camp}, and Anas Abu Rayyan, {A resident of Jenin camp} during their raid into Jenin city and its camp.

TUBAS

Raid

At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Tubas city and Tammoun town then detained 5 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Alaa Yasser Daraghmeh, Ihab Mohammed Rasheed Daraghmeh,{residents of Tubas city}, Abdullah Jihad Tawfiq Bani Odeh{ residents of Tamoun town}, Adam Abdel Aziz Abdel Razek Bani Odeh{ residents of Tamoun town} and Mohammed Abdel Aziz Bisharat { residents of Tamoun town}. during their raid into Tubas city and Tammoun town.

2. At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 00:15.

HEBRON

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at Zif village junction detained Mohammad Rubbin Al-Shuwaki.

Assaults on Property

On the evening of January 27th 2019, Israeli forces prevented Workers of the Hebron Rehabilitation Committee conducting construction work on a plot of land owned by Hana Abu Haykal in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron.

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards , Gaza and Central Gaza districts and as a result injured a resident.

NORTHERN GAZA

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 17:00 on January 27th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents positioned near the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries
