WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
2. At 17:45, Israeli forces raided Biddu town, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident.
4. On the morning of January 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and confiscated a vehicle.

Detention

1. On January 30th 2019, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Abu Gharbiya {A resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
2. At 10:40, Israeli forces detained loai Sami Khader Al-Rajabi in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Attack

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Za'im military checkpoint located in Jerusalem city opened fire towards a school girl and as a result killed her for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli Soldier.
2. At 17:45, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Biddu town and as a result injured a resident.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village and as a result injured a resident.
4. At 21:40, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Hizma town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Killings

Israeli forces positioned at Al-Za'im Military checkpoint opened fire towards and killed Samah Zuhier Ahmad Mubarak {16 years old}{A resident of Ramallah city}.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured Mus'ab Waleed Ali Badwan during clashes in Biddu town.
2. Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in Al-Eisawiya village.

House Demolition

1. On the morning of January 30th 2019, Israeli authorities demolished a building {consisting of 3 apartments},3 merchant shops and 2 storage rooms located in Wadi Al-Juz neighborhood in Jerusalem city owned by Khalid Al-Malahi for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. On the evening of January 30th 2019, Israeli authorities demolished a home owned by Issa Ja'afra in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.
3. On the evening of January 30th 2019, Israeli authorities forced Majdi Fawzi Abu Taya to demolish his home in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city {in order to avoid a financial penalty issued in the event that the Israeli military demolishes the home} for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Destruction of Property

On the morning of January 30th 2019, Israeli forces demolished ,3 merchant shops and 2 storage rooms located in Wadi Al-Juz neighborhood in Jerusalem city owned by Khalid Al-Malahi for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Confiscation of Property

On the evening of January 30th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Ra'fat Fawaz Rabi' during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Assaults on Property

On the morning of January 31st 2019, the Israeli minister of Interior issued a order to close down the Orient House, Arab Studies Center, Social and Statistical Studies Center, Chamber of Commerce, Supreme Council of Tourism and Palestinian Prisoners Club in East Jerusalem for a period of 6 months.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On January 29th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 16:20, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village.

Confiscation of Property

At 15:20, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Khalid Ma'rouf Yusef in the area between Kobar town and Beit Illo village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:00.

Raid

At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and its camp, stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident in the camp then withdrew at 05:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Samed Fayiz Abu Safirat during their raid into Tulkarem camp.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles until 14:20.
2. At 11:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on January 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and detained a resident.
2. At 11:10, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Hajja village, stormed and searched 2 homes and a merchant shop.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Aref Marwan Ali in Azzun town.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:10, a Israeli settler vehicle travelling along the main road in Al-Fanduq village ran over Sari Samir Barham and as a result left him hospitalized with cuts and contusions.

Injuries

Sari Samir Barham was hospitalized with cuts and contusions after being run over by a Israeli settler vehicle travelling along the main road in Al-Fanduq village.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

1. At 11:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Shavie Shamron" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 07:15 on January 30th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles until 08:30.

1. At dawn on January 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and detained a resident.
2. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town until 02:40.
3. At dawn on January 31st 2019, Israeli forces raided Qabalan town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Karam Rabi' Zuhdi Issa in Nablus city.

Destruction of Property

At 10:50, Israeli forces demolished Foundations and columns of warehouses (under construction) owned by Mohammed Hassan al-Dumeidi in Huwara town for allegedly being built with out a licence.

1. At 23:05, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town, detained a resident then withdrew at 23:55.

2. At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town, Masahat and Rafat villages until 02:30.

JERICHO

At 20:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the village in west Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 16:55.

1. At dawn on January 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar village and detained a resident.
2. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, confiscated 2 barracks owned by Ismail Mughanam Al-Sha'er and Musa Salem Ayish then withdrew at 14:30.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem and Beit Jala city until 04:20.
4. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and detained 4 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Tariq Abu Mahamied in Beit Ta'mar village.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Yusef Taysir Issa, Yazan Mohammad Issa, Ahmad Mohammad Salah Abu Al-Hawa and Mohammad Khader Musa in Al-Khader town.

House Occupation

At 09:35, Israeli forces occupied a home owned by Shadi Saleem Mohammad Soliman located near the North entrance of Teqou' town and converted its rooftop into a military post.

Confiscation of Property

At 11:00, Israeli forces confiscated 2 barracks owned by Ismail Mughanam Al-Sha'er and Musa Salem Ayish during their raid into Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 12:05, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a merchant shop.
2. At 05:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At dawn on January 31st 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town, stormed and searched several homes and confiscated 50000 NIS from a home.
4. At dawn on January 31st 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on January 31st 2019, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya town and Beit Einoun village.

Detention

1. At 11:05, Israeli forces detained Bara Issam Sa'id Hamad {A resident of Yatta town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained Jihad Mohammad Odah Al-Alami in Beit Ummar town.

Assaults on Property

On January 30th 2019, Israeli forces prevented construction worker of Hebron Rehabilitation Committee to carry out the renovation work on the home of Hana Abu Haykal in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron.

At dawn on January 31st 2019, Israeli forces confiscated 50000 NIS the home of Mahmoud Ibrahim Mahmoud Jaber during their raid into Beit Ulla town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district and as a result injured a resident.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 13:30 on January 30th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Beit Hanoun town and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified residents after opening fire towards agricultural land in east Beit Hanun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
