WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents as they severed a military order for the demolition of several homes for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 19;30, Israeli forces detained Yusef Ahmad Mustafa Al-Jawas {A resident of the old city of Jerusalem}.
2. Israeli forces detained Ali Bassam Joudat Adwan in Al-Eizariya

Attack

At 13:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they served military orders for the demolition of several homes for allegedly being built with out a licence during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlement Activities

On February 5th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city approved plans for the construction of 13 settlement units in the west area of Al-Shiekh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem city on land occupied in 1967.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On February 6th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for the staff of international organizations and those holding from VIP and BMC cardholders only. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:00 on February 7th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, detained a resident then withdrew at 06:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Adham Kamal Al-Awdy in Ramallah city.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

On the evening of February 6th 2019, Israeli forces set up 3 Military checkpoints at Arraba town junction, near Aja village and near the entrance of Silat Al-Thaher town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Jalqamous and Deir Abi Da'if villages then detained a resident in Deir Abu Da'if village.
2. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Silat Al-Thaher town, Al-Fanduqumiya and Al-Atarat villages.
3. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Dan village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Salem Mahmoud Khalil Mahamid in Deir Abu Da'if village.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohamamd Adnan Tawfiq Abed in Kafr Dan village.

Settlers Attacks

On February 6th 2019, a Israeli settler under the protection of the Israeli military installed a mobile home on Palestinian owned agricultural land in the area located between Ya'bad town and Zibada village.

TUBAS

Assaults on Property

At 10:00 on February 6th 2019, the Israeli Military ordered 10 families to leave their homes in Al-Ras Al-Ahmar , Al-Maytat, Al-Burj and Hamamat Al-Malah's area located in the North Jordan valley area {after a military order} from 10:00 until 17:00 for alleged military training in the area.

Settlers Attacks

On February 6th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Rotim" settlement stormed agricultural land in Al-Farisiya area located in the North Jordan valley area and assaulted several shepherds who were herding their goats in the area during which Israeli forces detained a resident who attempted to defend him self from the settler attack.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Hussien Zuhdi Daraghma as he was resisting a settler attack on several Sheppard in Al-Farisiya area located in the North Jordan valley area.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 14:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces raided Zeita and Attil towns and Nazlat Issa, Nazlat Abu Al-Nar and Nazlat Al-Wusta villages.
2. At 23:10, Israeli forces raided Zieta town and Nazlat Abu Al-Nar village until 02:45.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

On February 6th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city and detained a child.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Osama Mahmoud Ali Sabri {17 years old} in Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bazariya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home and as a result left a 5 year old child fainted from tear gas inhalation during which he received medical attention.
2. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya town, Ijnisiniya and Bazaruya villages until 01:20.

Attack

At 18:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home and left a 5 year old child fainted from tear gas inhalation during which he received medical attention during their raid into Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 14:50, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Khirbeit Al-Qaser located in south Jalloud village and uprooted several Olive and Fig trees and leveled several plots of land in the area in order to prepare the area for a festival.
2. On February 6th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at the entrance of Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village closed the entrance of the village thus preventing residents from entering of exiting the area who had to take alternative roads.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.

Land Confiscation

At 17:50, Israeli forces served military orders for the confiscation of 98 dunums {acres} of land in Rafat village for settlement expansion.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:00 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Ifarim" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Jericho city until 04:20.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces raided Harmala village until 22:20.
2. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Azza and Ayda camps in Bethlehem city until 03:55.
3. At dawn on February 7th 2019, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village and summoned Qassim Talib Al-Shiekh to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city {located near Hajji settlement} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces raided Halhul town until 18:55.
3. At 00:25, Israeli forces raided Dura and Yatta towns and Al-Fuwar camp, detained 3 residents in Dura town and Al-Fuwar camp then withdrew at 05:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Tariq Al-Aqili {A resident of Dura town}, Mohammad Samir Mahmoud Hasaniya and Ahmad Samir Mahmoud Hasaniya {both are residents of Al-Fuwar camp} during their raid into Dura town and Al-Fuwar camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

•Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Central Gaza district.
•Israeli forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire and launching tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
•A Palestinian detainee died while in Israeli prison {He is a resident of Al-Shata' camp in Gaza city}.
• Palestinian gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire and launching 5 projectiles towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Killings

On February 6th 2019, Faris Mohammad Ahmad Baroud {51 years old}{A resident of Al-Shata camp in Gaza city} who was in Israeli prisons for 35 years died due to the medical negligence by Israeli Prison administration.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 16:30 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity east of Al-Buriej camp and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 17:30.

1. At 08:00 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.
2. At 19:30 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.
3. At 20:30 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.
4. At 21:30 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 07:30 on February 6th 2019, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Faraheen area located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 21:10 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.
3. At 21:20 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian gunmen sites in east Al-Fakhari town located in south east Khan Yunis city.
4. At 21:50 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian gunmen sites in east Al-Fakhari town located in south east Khan Yunis city.
5. At 21:55 on February 6th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian gunmen sites in east Al-Fakhari town located in south east Khan Yunis city.
